Worst service ever! First, we were told our party would be seated immediately upon arriving. We had to wait approximately 15 mins before we were seated. We had two waitresses take care of us both were rude and one even rolled her eyes. We were accused of not paying for one of our meals (inaccurate) and about 5 crew members blocked the door preventing us from leaving. A caucasian family seated nearby were so rude to us and we can only assume we were treated this way for being Afrcan Americans. I usually love Chili's, but I came today for my son's birthday, and the waitress was rude, but I was going to leave a tip anyways. She ran my card afterwards and I asked "was there an option for a tip?" And she said "yes I selected 20%". The food here is always yummy! Their honey chipotle chicken crispers are particularly good and you will NOT be disappointed if you choose the 2 people for $35+presidente margs. Tried their curbside service this evening and was pleasantly surprised. The amount of food received was the same as if we had went in and sat down; which is rarely the case with pickup. It was ready when we asked, it was still hot when we got it home and didn't taste like it had been under a heat lamp. AND The cold stuff was still cold. The only issue I had was with the app, I had to pick a dressing for our salads)which it comes in a separate cup so it's not really a big deal) but I hate wasting food. read more

The fajitas themselves were very good and came with generic black beans, basic pico de gallo, low quality shredded cheese, tiny bit of sour cream and a tiny bit of guacamole. I went there the other night for my birthday and the service was terrible. It took forever to get our food and when we did our fries were cold. This is the second time we have eaten there and our fries have been cold. Then I told our waiter that I had a free dessert for my birthday and it took over 20 minutes to get my lava cake. Then we got charged for the dessert when it was supposed to be free. The table next to us got an apology and free dessert from their waiter but ours acted like he didn't care. He even made a smart remark that I would get my cake before they closed. My husband was wanting to go there for his birthday but changed his mind. I enjoy Chili's usually. Our waitress was wonderful. However, the food was not very appetizing. I ordered their pick 2 for $16.99. I got brisket and crispers. The brisket came out swimming in some sort of nasty bbq sauce. I asked for a small portion with no sauce and the waitress was quick to get that. What I discovered was the reason for the bad sauce. This was a mediocre beef roast being served as a brisket. I ate my 3 crispers, paid my $16.99+ and left it all behind. Very disappointed. read more

Please delete the mango chili chicken off of your menu. It is disgusting and horrible combination of flavors. Not only does it look like my vomit, broccoli and the rice both tasted like mangoes. it was very alarming and scary. My burps smelled like mangoes for five days after I ate this meal. I usually love Chili's but this location is one I will never step foot in again. The waitstaff acts like it is a huge inconvenience to wait on your table and don't care if your order is right or not. Portion sizes are also noticeably smaller than other locations. They brought me cold leathery fries. Asked for new ones. The next ones were no better. Said so. Next, the manager brought me some mixed color old fries with an oily sheen of having been re-cooked. Told them to forget it. If they have a policy of not cooking new fries until they unload all the old ones, then that should change. They did comp my burger, so good on the manager, but really. Had to send food back because it was not cooked properly. When they returned it I noticed that they put the same steak I had ate off and had steak sauce on back on the grill and recooked it on the same grill other peoples food was being cooked on. After telling the wait staff (which was awesome), she said she would get a manager for us. She then returned to let us know that the manager deducted it from our bill but not once did the manager ever come to our table and ask the what was wrong I apologize or anything about our food like the waitress did numerous times and the waitress even stated that please give Chili's another chance it's usually not like this so it's really bad when a wait staff cares more about the restaurant than the manager did read more

My experience here was good. My waitress was fantastic. I didn't enjoy the salad but only because I don't like spring mix salad and wish regular restaurants would still offer either iceberg or romain. I have never in my life been treated so terribly here. I walked in with a friend of mine and my two and a half year old. It is not kid friendly. I work as a server and hostess when necessary. And understand when it's busy there can be a wait, but you always take a name and at least say we will seat you ASAP. We were asked if need a booster, I said yes. They said give us a few minutes to find a table. We said okay. No one asked us for a name. But there was a three top that walked in behind, two kids probably around 6 and 8 and an adult were sat immediately after we were told to wait. Then a couple other two tops came in and their names were taken and called and we were flat out ignored. They didn't say a word when we left. I will be telling my family and their friends who have kids my daughters age about our treatment. I have been to other Chili's in multiple states and always have been treated fair. This has been the worst dining experience I've ever had. I will not be returning and will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Just because a child is in tow, doesn't mean the tip will be light and considering it was already loud, if she were to yammer loud, it wouldn't have made a difference. read more

Subpar at best. The 15-20 min wait was about the only good thing here. My steak was 70% fat, the strawberry daiquiri was a frozen smoothie with very little flavor, my husband's fajaitas weren't even cut through and tasted flash frozen, the shrimp he had was cold on the plate also. He answered our questions expertly and was very professional. Chain restaurants are not always the best at anything. This Chili's is an exception. Service was super. Order was correct. Food served super quickly. Quality of food excellent! (We ordered the "two for twenty" chicken fajitas). Facility was very clean. Best chain restaurant in C'dale. Loved the electronics at the table. The service is why I gave it two stars, my server was great, I was meeting up with a friend to eat, I made a special request for a drink, and he and another waitress made it happen. Not only was I impressed with the wait staff's response to my request the blackberry smoothie was wonderful as well. My honey chipotle shrimp and steak dinner was served on a pan so hot it literally turned my asparagus to char. Upon my waiter setting it in front of me there was so much steam and smoke coming up I couldnt breathe (no history of respiratory problems). The charred taste extended to everything on the pan and as a result the steak which I ordered as medium rare was well on its way to well done. The only good thing I can say about the food, was that the fries were excellent(served on a seperate service). read more

Went to our brand NEW Chili's a few days after it opened. I was expecting the service to be a little slow since they had just opened, but I was amazed with they GREAT service.
