It's the perfect comfort spot when we don't feel like cooking but don't want anything too fancy. We're huge fans of the Triple Dipper--it's so fun to mix and match apps. The Southwest Eggrolls and Mozzarella Sticks are a must (if you know, you know). Plus, I'm all about the free chips and salsa perk with my rewards membership (it's free). The service here is always good. The staff is super attentive but not overbearing, which I appreciate. Those table tablets make paying the bill so easy and stress-free. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked! Chili's has come a long way since the last time I've been. The mozzarella Bricks had the best cheese pull and seasoning. The Homey Chipotle Crispers were sauced perfectly and went so well with the Ranch. The burger sliders had ranch on them as well and were delicious. My husband loved his mushroom Swiss burger and said the fries were some of the best he's ever had. Chips and salsa were on point but I didn't care for the queso. Only because I like a sharp white versus yellow cheese, and I didn't know that's how they did there's here. Just my preferece though. Can't wait to come back and try more! read more

The quality of the food at this store - actually every Chili's Ive been to in years - had plummeted over the years. I ate at this Chili's yesterday and the ribs had almost no meat on them. Half a rack of ribs and the only meat was between the bones - and barely any there at all. I could have put all the meat from the ribs on one fork. I literally paid for BBQ covered bones. The chicken strips were dry and stringy. The fries were soggy and room temperature. The sausage was fine, except the cook couldnt be bothered to cut all the chunks apart. I have an esophagus problem where my esophagus closes when I eat. I explained this to our waiter when I requested hot tea. He told me their tea was brewed hot. (Aren't they all?) We were looking for a place to grab a quick bite, and my husband suggested this spot. We started with the fried pickles, and was immediately disappointed. They were too thick and really tangy. I know I've had them before and don't remember them tasting this way. My son had  the Cheeseburger and corn, and really enjoyed it. I had the Cajun Chicken Pasta and thought it was tasty. My husband had the Chicken Bacon Quasadilla and really liked it. The Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie was amazing! The tables were nicely spaced out and everyone was wearing mask. Remind me to never again take a table in the bar area and expect good service. Whoever thought having the bartender also be a waitress needs to re-evaluate their workforce. After watching two other tables get served that were not in the bar area, and arrived well after we did, we figured waiting 45 more than minutes for our appetizer was long enough. My husband ordered two take out Shrimp Fajitas two sweet teas and a coke after receiving the message that our order was ready he went inside to pick it up we drove for one minute across the parking lot to eat the food wasn't hot and the teas didn't have ice it was warm we had to go back to get napkins and something to eat with and we ended up taking our food home and warmed it up as this order should've been done right for the as almost $56 we paid for it... read more

I haven't been to Chili's in a long time. In fact it's been since my last review at this very location back in 2017. Mostly that's due to the hours I kept while working overnights for a couple of years. I'm also not fond of the traffic in that part of Great Bridge. Anyway many of us are working from home so I guess I'll call this a DoorDash delivery review. The other week I ordered lunch every single day via delivery and in this case it was a Bacon Cheeseburger & fries from Chili's. I have to say it's been another home run for both Chili's and DoorDash. The meal arrived very quickly after the driver picked it up and was still hot upon receipt, including the fries. The burger was cooked to my specification (medium well) and there was a bounty of fries surrounding it. I have to say it was as close to a perfect lunch as you can get. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Where to start? Walked in and was sat at a dirty table. Proceeded to wait I don't even know however long to even be acknowledged and have our drinks taken. Ordered an appetizer that never came because they forgot it. Then brought it out at the end so I'm sure it was just sitting back there. And as well after waiting forever for food it was okay. Not horrible until I got down to the bottom and ate frozen chicken. And don't bother expecting a refill. At least it was quiet and peaceful. But I will probably never go back to this chiles again. We ordered take out from here last night. Our meals were a mess when we got home it looks like they packed our food in a salad container. The portions were small and they gave us raw broccoli instead of steamed. I called the restaurant and they said oh they just not have cooked the broccoli long enough. Very poor service. Waited almost an hour for food. Everyone there has "attitude" and I don;t mean in a good way.

We went for lunch and our visit could be summarized as Food was good , service not so good. We ordered three lunch combos - double hamburger, chicken quesadillas, and the chicken fresh mex bowl. All of them were great. We got seated right away , no wait. A bunch of tables were empty but it still took over ten minutes for someone to greet us and ask for our drink order, another 10 minutes to get our food order. Our waitress never came back refill our drinks even though all three of our glasses sat empty. Shame the front of the house messes it up for the back of the house. read more
