?? Where's the fries! What a joke
Kris F.

Severely disappointed - the 6 pc chicken fingers had 10 French fries, and side Mac n cheese 3 noodles like it was a joke! Service was meh but this location was busy.

AVOID!!! T-Bonz, Applebees, and Ruby Tuesday are all within a couple minutes. This Chili's just cant get it together. By and large I like Chili's as a chain, but this location is just terrible. I live very close so occasionally I order to-go. Maybe once every 6 mos, just to see if it's gotten better. It never has. They have no idea how to cook a steak. I order my steaks medium rare (cool pink center). Every time it's anywhere between medium well and burnt charcoal (today was quite close to the latter. I included a picture.). My side salad was decent, but the "loaded mashed potatoes", they only put 2/3 of the ingredients. To add to the disappointment, I placed my order online for pick up, but when I go inside, no one is at the to-go counter. After waiting I had to go ask the bartender who simply told me "yeah, you gotta go to the to-go window". Like, no kidding... but if nobody is there, how long am I expected to wait, exactly? I got there after the schedule time for my pickup and I still ended up standing around for a good 10 minutes because, even thought my food was done (the to-go desk gives you a view right into the kitchen area), it was just sitting around and was never packed up. When I got home the food was lukewarm, my steak was terribly overcooked, and overall the meal was lackluster. Save your money! This place sucks. And to any Chili's representative that reads this, save your empty "call/e-mail us so we can make it right" replies and put your energy into not having a trash location. You're riding a 2 1/2 star rating! Besides, I've read the other reviews. When reached out to, customers are promised some form of restitution, but you don't follow up.

Overcooked cheese fries

It's been a while since I've been to this particular Chili's because previous experiences were lackluster, but I recently went to a Chili's in another town and the food was good so I decided to give our local one another try... I really wish I hadn't. To start with, they gave my daughter her kids menu (it's paper and they're SUPPOSED to be disposable) and when she opened it we quickly realized it had been used previously - it had coloring and writing on it and bits of food markings. We asked for another one and explained why and they brought a new one out but didn't bother apologizing or explaining why she was given a dirty, used one to begin with. Next, my husband ordered the Texas Cheese Fries as an appetizer. It came out completely overcooked (see photo). The cheese was rock hard and crispy, though they did sprinkle it with fresh green onions. As my meal, I ordered the original with beef Skillet Queso. The skillet came out with barely enough queso to cover the skillet, I couldn't even really "dip" my chips because I'd immediately hit the skillet. In the photo I posted, I scraped the queso back with a spoon to show how shallow it was served - the photo was taken before I even attempted to eat any. (See photo) It also tasted really bad, like something was wrong with it - I've ordered it recently at another location and it didn't taste like that, so I know it isn't just the recipe. My husband's mashed potatoes were served at a temp that felt cooler than room temperature. My daughter ordered the kids quesadilla and it came out completely inedible. Her tortilla was as crispy as the tortilla chips. The cheese inside was completely hard and overcooked. (See photo) My sons ordered the Seafood Alfredo & the Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Both boys were happy with their meal, but when my middle son asked for a to-go box for his leftovers he was given a box that contained a long hair (seen in photo) so he decided he'd rather just leave the food.

I came here with a friend after her horse lesson in the mood for food. I had mentally decided on what I wanted to purchase from Chili's but after seeing the 3 for $10 on the menu I decided on getting that instead. it comes with a beverage, appetizer and entree which was very interesting so I ordered a sprite, Chicken Enchilada Soup and The Old Timer with Cheese. Truthfully I don't come to this location but I'm glad we came here that day. So totally worth it :)

All Chili's have the same menus, but it's the people that make the difference. The employees are awesome, it draws an interesting and fun crowd. Wish chips and salsa at the bar were free like at my last Chili's, but hey, that's the price you pay for a great Margarita!

Chilis is within walking distance to my job and I normally place my order online so I don't have to wait. I placed my order online for the chicken and waffles and walked across the street. When I got there I was told that they didn't have my order. I was devastated and hungry. I went to lunch later than usual so I thought my food would be ready. They found my order and I was told that there was a glitch in the system. I waited about 20 minutes. When I made it back to work and opened my plate, it looked oh so good. The chicken was crispy and the waffle was sweet and crispy with a little fluff, it even had bacon crumbles and jalapeños on it. You can NEVER go wrong with bacon! The dish had lots of flavors that complimented each other well. It was sweet with just the right amount of spice.

We started with the Oyster "Rockefeller" and crab cake served with vinaigrette mixed greens--both were absolutely delicious and set the tone for the night. For entrées, we had the Duck Confit with succotash (corn, beans, bacon), Chicken Française, and the market fish, which was a beautifully butterflied flounder. Every single dish was cooked to perfection. Honestly, the pictures don't do the food justice--the chef clearly knows what they're doing. The cocktails were just as impressive--well-crafted and flavorful. Prices are reasonable for the quality you're getting, which makes it even better. The atmosphere is small, cozy, and super cute--perfect for a date night or a girls' night out. Customer service was top notch, and even the bathrooms were clean (which always matters!). Highly recommend checking this place out--you won't be disappointed.

It has been mentioned before that reservations are necessary even for a weekday. For Evans, that is unique. We were lucky that a table was available and that we had a good view of the interior and the kitchen. My husband is the chef in our house so he observed the kitchen staff while I, interested in ambiance, made note of the clientele and the wait staff. This is the conclusion I made. This venue looked like a great place for a first date, a drink in the evening with friends or dinner with someone special. I would not go there for a family birthday party and it is definitely an adult venue. The staff was obviously well trained for excellent service. The smiles were genuine. Our server's recital of the days' specials wasn't rushed and she answered my husband's questions. She was also was patient with my husband's suggestion for an already perfect dish. The tables were uncluttered by table clothes and condiment's. The noise level set off our smart watch's alarm but we had not problem conversing. Just one more thing. I almost never see restrooms mentioned. Winston's Tavern has clean, very clean, restrooms as befitting a very classy venue. Thank you for the experience. You will do well especially during the masters.

They're Veteran-run, too, and the Table for the Fallen Heroes is a powerful reminder of sacrifice and respect. The vibe is lively, warm, and inviting -- helped by the fact that they even feature live entertainment, which brings so much energy to the space without overwhelming conversation. The burger and fries were excellent -- high-quality beef, perfectly seasoned, and crispy, flavorful potatoes. Their craft cocktails and solid beer selection were another highlight. We visited on trivia night -- Beatles Night -- and we even won second place! The evening felt fun, community-driven, and full of personality. The location is also a win, with an arcade just a few doors down, perfect for a lighthearted outing after dinner. I loved this place enough to go twice in two weeks while visiting the area. Ordered the waffle sandwich and it had zero taste and 2 strips of bacon that were severely undercooked. My daughter got the Classic with home fries and they were soggy, and the toaste wasn't toasted at all. My wife got the creme brulee French toast and was telling me it tasted like lemon. Yep, she bit into several lemon seeds as they didn't even take care not to get them in the food. Never again.

It was bold, curious, mysterious and honestly had me asking for the name of the coffee before I left! We had a server in training, so two servers! Both were outstanding! Quick to refill our drinks and remove plates that were empty. The food.....let me just say I not only spoke with management, I also was able to speak with the head chef to give my praise. I am not one to sing false praise, trust me. When I tell you I have never, ever, had a brunch as delicious as his!!! I am a French toast connoisseur, and his was a 12/10! There was not one bite of food that wasn't outstanding. I was truly impressed, with his creativity and his attention to detail because it shined like a diamond from the front of house all the way down to the sweet lady filling the cakes when I was taking my pictures for this review! "Let me get it all full and pretty now before you get those pictures!" I mean, if she wasn't just the sweetest thing, and took 100% pride in her work. Same with the gentleman working the omelet station. He came in the day before to prep the fish (which is a long day of work!) The love they put into each dish truly shines through effortlessly! With permission, personally, I would suggest they rename their Sunday Brunch to "Soul-filled Sunday Brunch" because #1 I left ready to go to sleep! #2 I had a religious experienced during that meal, in blessings and dining I have only ever had at Church Potlucks! #3 It elevated some fancy and some common foods to such heights, I was expect to be hearing gospel music while I ate! #4 Personally, I hope heaven's banquet table is much like today's-full of love, flavor and most importantly-community!
