Stopped here for an uncomplicated, simple, know what you're gonna get dinner on a road trip. It delivered on food. It was ok. It's a chili's. Service was better than expected. Let me start off by saying that I love eating at Chilis! Today I went here and got a 2 for $20. I know coupons are not normally accepted along with the 2 for 20, but I asked the waiter if I could use my "free desert" coupon because it was my birthday. He talked with his manager and he agreed that I could use it. The Chilis staff is amazing!! And their food is up to par with the service! Every time I eat at this location, the food is amazing! After my initial review on 3/13/2021, Chili's responded with a $20.00 gift card. I stopped in yesterday for lunch. Hostess needs to learn how to greet customers with a smile and not frown as it is an effort for her to seat guests. Patrick the waiter was spot on and offers great service and conversation. he works hard and makes sure all guests are promptly served and looks for the refill signal. Still saw cleaning fluids and towels sitting on a number of tables during peak serving hours. Not a pleasant view. Cleaning fluids should not be out in the open during operating hours, they should be hidden and out of sight of the guests. Maybe at the cashier station. Food was served hot, what a relief from my last visit. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Mild buffalo sauce, which is good, because too hot ruins the chicken. The restaurant still has some performance issues to overcome, but Patrick's service bumped the rating up to 3 stars. read more

Oh lord. No. I'm really hoping I don't get sick from this meal. They ran out of Thousand Island dressing and didn't tell us until the salads came out. The broccoli? Weirdest texture and flavor - I think they threw it in the microwave with no liquid to soften it. The salads themselves were super wilted. I'm not joking when I say the cucumbers seemed to be well on their way to being pickles. The tomatoes were pretty close to being white in color - they were that unripe. The burger? Dry. The potato soup was ok, and my salmon was surprisingly good - best part of the meal. This place gets a two because the service was adequate - our server was nice and did what she could, but you can't do anything when the food is this craptacular. Went for Valentine's Day where the wait for any other restaurant was up to 2 hours. We waited 15 minutes, ordered immediately, and had our food to us soon after. Visited on 12/27 about 8pm. Restaurant was full, staff was stretched. Husband reported that men's room was dirty. Looking around the dining area, the need to sweep the carpet was very evident. Napkins and other debris littered the room. Wait staff was polite and personable. She explained the bartender was very busy and apologized in advance for the delay in serving our drinks. Husband ordered wings, dry with sauce on the side. When they showed up 25 minutes after ordering, the wings were coated with sauce. Waitress offered to send them back to the kitchen and reorder. My husband refused not wanting to spend any more time waiting for food. My order, small steak with asparagus, was cooked to the temperature ordered and delicious. Our order wasn't even cooked all the way! The penne pasta was undercooked; like some pieces were actually crunchy. The chicken was raw pink in the middle. Hubby contacted DoorDash for a refund which they provided. Kudos to them. Hubby then went down to the restaurant to address his concerns with the manager. This guy didn't give 1/2 a s***. We had five different people come to our table - our server took the order, a different guy brought our drinks, a young lady brought the appetizer and a different guy brought the food. This is by far the worst Chilis I have ever been to. We ordered fajitas and picked them up and brought them back to our hotel. We opened them up and there were no shells, no cheese, and no salsa. The food was cold. So I called and spoke to the night manager. He wanted ME to get back in my car and drive all the way back to get what they forgot to put in my bag. He asked what he could do, and I suggested he comp one meal. He said he couldn't do that without the meal! So I paid for two meals that I got half of and that was okay with him. She saw me sit down but she didn't acknowledge me. She walked into the kitchen and didn't come back for several minutes. When she returned, she said hello and tossed me a menu. She did not offer me a drink. She walked around the bar serving the others. Then she went into the kitchen again, this time for even longer. I would leave 0 stars if possible. Former F&B for 18 years and only once in my life had a worse experience. Wait time for a Saturday wasn't horrible, server was polite and attentive while the kitchen was backed up. 4 meals ordered 2 arrived and the other 2 10+ minutes later, still no biggie for prime time Saturday dinner. When my meal came- Chicken Pasta, there was a 3 inch long piece of plastic in the middle of the meal, luckily it was spotted after the first bite. A couple minutes later my daughter found a larger thicker piece of plastic in her sour cream for her fajitas, most likely from the sour cream container. I immediately contacted the manager and she was kind enough to remove my Pasta, which I did not have remade so left after 1.5 hours with no meal. She also removed the $7 fried pickles. Awesome gesture for finding choking hazards in 2/4 meals. This experience will not only deter me from this Chili's but most likely won't return to any location. Notice the discounts, a meal removed the was never received and $7 pickles! I'm not looking for handouts, but the manager had a very quick apology taking my plate away never to be seen again. I think the only reason why this location is not closed down is due to it's location. It get interstate customers so that helps business. This place has changed managers way too many times which is why I believe it is run so poorly. Food comes out wrong and is hit or miss as far as taste. I used to get a lot of to-go orders online because I am unable to hear clearly to order over the phone. You can no longer complete online to-go orders at this location. You have lost my business as well as many others I know. Make sure you don't leave your customer copy of your receipt on the table. A friend of mine left hers and the waitress decided to add in her own $7.00 tip, this was after my friend left a cash tip on the table.
