This is by far the worst Chili's I have ever had!! Thank goodness this isn't my local & I'll never have to experience this garbage again. The food was horrific!! 2 of us ordered burgers and they were hard and dry...like they got cooked 2 days ago! If they would've picked it up off the floor I wouldn't be shocked. Mine was stone cold & I asked them to reheat it. The waitress took it back but the kitchen did absolutely nothing except possibly spit on it. The cheese wasn't even melted! That's basic burger 101!! I mean seriously!! We were also traveling so with 3 more hours to go we needed the restroom...huge mistake!! It was dirty and smelled like someone had the kind of explosion that should only happen in one's own home. My mother has COPD & wouldn't let her go in there because it would trigger breathing problems for her. I barely made it out without vomiting, it was that bad. My mother asked to speak with the manager, waited 10 minutes & they never showed. Big shock! I'm certain they knew what was coming & couldn't be bothered. While waiting for the manager the hostess let us know that they receive these complaints all the time and both restrooms smelled constantly. She went in search of the missing manager several times. The only positive of this experience was the staff...our waitress, Lexi was super sweet and attentive without being annoying and funny as hell. The hostess was also very kind and seemed to genuinely want to help. I feel sorry for them that they have to work for such an asshole that can't even bother to address customer concerns. If I could give zero stars I would. We sat down and it took 10 minutes for someone to approach us and get our drink order by time we finally got them we ordered all our food. after 20 mins our food came out and my burger was completely raw, fries so hard it was impossible to eat. Then when I told our server to take it off my bill after waiting 30-40 mins she proceeded to say i would have fixed it if you would have told me well ma'am you never came back to the table. read more

OMG! This restaurant (and I use this word loosely) is a hot mess! It is located in the middle of hotel city yet it struggles to meet the needs of its customers. How in the world can they not have take out utensils? After a long day, working travelers often prefer to just pickup something nice and relax in their hotel room. Don't bother coming here . . . long wait, over cooked food, and no utensils!! I think the only reason why this location is not closed down is due to it's location. It get interstate customers so that helps business. This place has changed managers way too many times which is why I believe it is run so poorly. Food comes out wrong and is hit or miss as far as taste. I used to get a lot of to-go orders online because I am unable to hear clearly to order over the phone. You can no longer complete online to-go orders at this location. You have lost my business as well as many others I know. Make sure you don't leave your customer copy of your receipt on the table. A friend of mine left hers and the waitress decided to add in her own $7.00 tip, this was after my friend left a cash tip on the table. I've always really loved every meal I have gotten at chili's. The staff are always very nice and helpful. But there has been a time when I got a wire bristle in two of my meals. We told their manager and they handled it well. I just hope they fixed that problem. read more

My son was in town for a couple of days and wanted Chili's. While the food was okay, the service was horrible. It is obvious that the servers are more concerned about ignoring customers than serving customers. Our server was no where to be seen and I asked another server for more salsa. She looked at me, said nothing, and walked away. Salsa never came. Most of the employees seemed to care less about serving. When we lived in the area, this was one of the few places my husband and I went when we went out to eat. We always sat at the bar and had Danny wait on us. I think this is why we have had a different experience then other reviews I have read. He always recognizes us and made us feel welcome no matter how busy he was. The atmosphere was the main reason we continued to come. I don't think the food is anything exceptional but it always tastes well. The waitresses were great, but unfortunately, they were at the cooks mercy who, for whatever reason, took forever to get the food prepared and out. Me and my girls dined in at chilis this past Thursday for my sisters birthday. The best part of our visit was our service! Our server Miranda was very attentive and actually engaged into conversation with all of us. Not most servers do. We could she was had many other tables and YET she still manage to make us feel comfortable. Mind you, there were ten of us! So here's where it all goes down from there. This tall skinny guy (who is obviously not a server. He was dressed extremely nice so I'm assuming he's a manager or store owner) had brought us TWO pastas. Mind you there were 10 of us (two of us only ordered drinks) so all in all we were short some plates...including my 10 ounce steak. So my server stopped to check on us and that's when we explained that only two of us received our food. She had disappointment written all over her face but she assured us that she would get everything straight for us. At this point, I'm upset because we've already been waiting a long time but I wasn't upset with her because I knew it wasn't her fault. 5 minutes passed and she walked back up and I felt her entire mood shifted. She looked as though she was about to cry or has been crying and she said ....and I quote " It has been the upmost pleasure serving you ladies. Unfortunately, I will not be serving you from this point on due to miscommunication and misunderstanding between me and management." I asked her if she was being fired and for why, but all she said was that it seemed that way. My heart broke for this poor girl, because all we saw for the long hour of being there was that this girl was BUSTING HER ASS for these people and she genuinely loved to work. Furthermore, as she stood there talking to us , the tall man (I never received his name) walked up demanding her to leave and go home. I instantly became upset. My mother was getting upset. We all were trying to tell him that she has been a JOY to our table. One thing I remember him tell her " If you you were a better employee, you would have never lost your card" She said nothing else. She stormed out of the building. The tall man went on about how she was a "lazy worker", "Disrespectful ", "She can't do things right". I couldn't help but to think "Is all of the managers like this?" I really truly felt so bad for that young girl. I've been coming to chilis for a long time, and I never had her as a server but I did see her a few times. That young lady has a beautiful spirit on her! And Baby, if you happen to see this review, I want you to know you are going BIG PLACES! It doesn't stop here. God is going to bless you beyond measures. Don't be discouraged, continue to be you. Experience was pretty good all around. Family of four spent over $80 for dinner. Fried jalapenos and onion strings were very different and great tasting, fajitas were delicious, medium well steak was overcooked, the fried shrimp plate was good-cocktail sauce was amazing, BBQ ribs were very good. Some of the sides were mixed up but the waitress fixed it quickly and let us keep the sides that we didn't order. It would be good if they carried a french dressing for salads. Went for lunch. When the guy sat us down, he put a lunch timer on the table for the 15min or its free lunch special. So I started the timer. It took 11 min before anyone came to check on us. We ordered and when the food arrived I stopped the timer. 28:40 was the time. When the waitress came with the bill , I showed her the timer. She refused to honor the free lunch. Showed it to the manager and he didn't want to honor it. Either way if the timer was started after we ordered it still took 17 min to get our food. Dont think ill return. The couple across from me ordered, food was not prepared properly. Their plates were dirty and they didn't receive any silverware. This is "go to" place for us back home (Orlando). Service was slow and sloppy. Server was pleasant but slow with taking our order. Table next to us at seven people sitting there two people got their food finished their food before the rest of the table got their food. We tried to get ahold of the manager but she was too busy at the bar with another customer, unaware of her surroundings.We also had to go to the bar to ask them for the chips and salsa. This chilis does not participate in the typical two-for-one drinks. We did not know that when we got there otherwise we would not have eaten there. We have had a great experience with our local Chiles in Florida but this one is not very good. Admittedly we arrived at peak time on a Sunday night but the service left much to be desired. The ribs were overcooked and dried out and the waitress served the wrong drinks. We saw folks complaining and asking for the manager at two adjacent tables.
