My wife bit into an onion ring packed with wet, gritty, raw batter that never should have left the fryer. She immediately spit it out because it was obviously unsafe and later ended up violently vomiting afterward. That should have triggered immediate accountability from management. Instead, the General Manager, Jennifer, acted annoyed that we even brought it up. No apology. No concern. No accountability. She refused to remove anything from the bill and treated the entire situation like it was somehow our problem. Then Buffalo Wild Wings corporate started sending scripted copy-and-paste responses promising that the franchise owner and field executive would contact us directly. That never happened. Not once. Weeks of silence after making repeated promises tells me everything I need to know about this company. Buffalo Wild Wings had every opportunity to resolve this professionally and failed at every level imaginable. Restaurant management failed. Franchise ownership failed. Corporate failed. People deserve to be served food that hasn't been tainted or under-cooked. Buffalo Wild Wings apparently doesn't care about that.
