Aparte de eso, faltaba el rábano en el plato, como se ve en la foto que debía acompañar a la Birria con Consomé. Y eso es lo más bueno que puedo decir de ese plato. Ahora, normalmente un buen bistec de falda mexicano, que allá le dicen arrachera, es un corte de res sabroso y blandito, ¡un clásico en la cocina mexicana y Tex-Mex! Pero aquí no lo pusieron, mi hermano. Como ven en las fotos, te clavan un bistec seco, ¡escondido bajo un montón de cebolla y pimiento! Si la estrella del show no brilla, ¡no hay más na' que hablar!
