I did a mobile order for breakfast (2 hash browns and 2 breakfast burritos) 10 minuets before breakfast ended and when I went to the drive through they said I was too late for breakfast and they were canceling my order. They didn't and I never got the money back. Do better, I ordered it before breakfast ended, they should have made it then. Went last might 11/26/23 around 7:45. Went through drive #2 could not hear order taker due to loud vehicle . When it drove away I said "sorry hello?" The order taker said very hatefully "I've asked 3 times and you wouldn't answer!" When we were placing our order one of the managers came up to the two cashiers and asked why are they working the registers and not using the kiosk. She asked were they broken? We went thru the drive-thru, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich (cut in half),fries and a coke. At the window asked if it said cut sandwich in half. Cashier confirmed. I stopped for a bit of caffeine and a bathroom break and was sorely disappointed on both counts...first of all, the bathrooms were in awful shape; only one of the stalls was actually useable and the other two were a disaster. The guy i work with and i will go in there a couple times a month for breakfast when we have time to kill. We order our food, sit back, and watch the circus. The main problem with this place is how long it takes to get your food. It's quicker to go down the street and sit down at ihop. This is possibly the slowest "fast food" place I've ever been in. Do not go here if you are in a hurry. There are always people coming in that have been waiting in the parking lot for their drive thru order wanting to know where it is, and people stand up by the counter after they order expecting to get their food in a couple minutes and start to really get loud and complain about the wait after 10 or so minutes. Hey, I was in Hillsboro and decided to check out this McDonald's while in the area. Across the street from Hillsboro's Outlet Center sits this large retro looking McDonald's and I have to say that I love the style they're going for. The staff was friendly (we got a new trainee as our cashier so it was slightly slow, but for good reason) and the dining area / restrooms were clean. My Big Mac tasted fresh, the tea was good and the fries were salted nicely. The main dining area was decorated appropriately to the decor they were going for, and they have three televisions so you can have something to watch while you eat. As far as stuff for the kids, they have a huge separate indoor play and dining area. Plus they have some computer games on the wall in the main dining area. Overall, a nice place to go to sit, relax and have a quick burger. read more

Young man with shaggy hair working the drive through window on the morning of 4Nov2019 at 5:00am had an extremely poor attitude. I pulled up to the outer drive through lane since a lady in a truck was already sitting in the inner lane. After waiting for a brief moment I heard a faint sound of a lady asking to take the order. Since it was so faint I assumed it was for the other lane. I soon realized it was for me, ordered, then pulled forward. I thought I would let the person working the window know that the speaker was kind of faint and that I had been taken care of before the lady whom I essentially cut in front of in case she was upset about it. I was met by this young man who ended up being confrontational, argumentative, and had an extremely poor attitude overall. Hopefully this actually reaches someone who cares. When my wife and I pulled up it was a long line because you guys are the only fast food restaurant open right now. People are ordering food and then all of a sudden every other car in front of us starts to drive off and the person directly in front of us orders and when it got to us they told us they are closed.
