Service was pretty slow. Our waitress had a bad attitude and didn't seem to care at all about her job. The manager came by and was very friendly. However the chili's happy hour ends at 8 pm (every other chili's i've ever been to is 24 hours), and they don't allow parties greater than 6-8 ppl. I think the rest of the reviews pretty much sum everything up. This Chili's is struggling, and it needs help. I still come here, but only for takeout because I love the honey chipotle chicken crispers. We tried coming on a Sunday to watch football and get lunch, and I don't know how this place is still open. The place was dead, yet it still took a while to get seated and then took a while before the waitress (who was over at the bar chatting it up) would come take our drink order. Then a long wait to get our drinks, then an even longer wait 'til we could order food. The entire time we were there, workers were singing and dancing in the kitchen, cutting up, and doing everything they could to avoid actually working. The workers just seemed apathetic and didn't care to do their job in an efficient manner, which you'd think might prompt some changes, but from the reviews, clearly nothing is changing.. read more

Rudest hostess I have ever encountered! Went in a restaurant that was half full and was told there was a 30 minute wait. I looked around at all the empty tables and asked why. The hostess gave me a scathing look, just LOOKED me straight in the face and did not answer. Then turned her back on us. We left. Will never go back. I thought the Manager would like to know how badly their employees treated guests, so I called up there to speak to a manager. Someone picked up the phone and must have set it down on the counter, because no one spoke. I could hear people in the back ground, but no one ever "answered" the phone. THREE TIMES IN A ROW! I called up there to have someone pick up the phone, but not say Hello or anything. I wish i had checked Yelp before going in there because now i see how bad their reviews are and i do not wonder why. read more

We were told there would be a 15/20 minute wait. After 30 minutes, we finally got a table even though we noticed multiple empty tables in the restaurant during our wait time. Just sitting at the bar for ten minutes disgusted me enough. The bartender is does inconsistent pours, over pours... Just sloppy bartending in general. After fifteen minutes I was waited on and ordered a coke. It took seven minutes for me to get a coke that barely tasted cold. Absolutely delicious! I loved it! My mother and I went there late afternoon for some lunch. There are SOOO many choices for you to choose from. The customer service was very chill and welcoming, the wait time and delivery was to be expected. I got the Guacamole Burger! It's really great if you're looking for a big kick! In your meal. What a set of sick heads, I am an industrial consultant from the NYC area who had been in restaurants from coast to coast and twice when I tried to order a ginger ale, they said they don't have it. How could make a rye and ginger? Instead they said they could make ginger ale like it was some exotic expensive liquid. After reading prior reviews, I was somewhat worried about going to this Chili's. I was pleasantly surprised. My wife and I were greeted at the door and seated immediately. Our server, Keris, was very pleasant and extremely attentive. Despite being late in the evening, our apps, entrees, and dessert were well staggered. Our drinks were never empty. And we were asked how each portion of our meal tasted. Food was as good as in most Chili's - I'd visit again! read more

Me & my friend decided to go to Chili's last Tuesday , and as we walk in we were well greeted with smiles. Our host was very patent with us & didn't complain nor throw an attitude not once while dealing with us. The dining room was nice & clean when we sat down. She also helped us work around the menu with no problem. I would defiantly recommend people to come here for lunch or any other time, because they have great customer service.... The Chili's on briarwood is the best because of the waitstaff. While turnover is typical in this industry, I can always find my favorite server at this location. They are fast and cheerful and always willing to make the experience stress free. She even listens to my grips about the ever changing menu and specials! It is very convenient and close by so this is the spot for me. read more
