Customer service was unacceptable, the floors were dirty, there was a dirty rag and mop bucket on the divider ledge, a broom was out leaning on a wall in the dining area, interior windows were dirty, glass dividers separating eating areas were filthy and the seats were ripped and torned, the table was sticky and there was a stale smell in the air. First of all, my chicken and fries were small. The bar tender was absolutely rude and she had a very poor attitude. She didn't even ask my fiancee about her sides. We didn't get any silverware or napkins, and the strawberry lemonade was watered down. Plus she answered her personal cell phone and held a conversation while working. So unprofessional, I would call up there to talk to the manager but the phone rang for 10 minutes and no one picked up while we were there. Overall the service was quite poor. Wow. I can't believe how horrible this experience was. I was staying nearby so I ordered online, out of convenience. Huge mistake. I should have checked their reviews first. I showed up when my order was supposed to be ready, and waited for 11 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Employees came in and out the door and the area and just ignored me. Me and 2 other people stop in for lunch at 12:15. Parking lot isn't full and restaurant is about half full. The hostess says it will be 30 minute wait. Before I go and order my food from chilis because I love their food and deals. I notice horrible reviews. Basically old ones and couple new ones. Like are we going to same chilis? Because they have the best service, better then logans across from target. Everytime my friend wants to go out to eat I yell chilis because even if they are busy they take care of us aways. The food was bad, and the customer service was even worse. I ordered Curbside pick-up. I texted "here" once I arrived, and waited... and waited... and waited some more. When no one came, I called the location twice. No one came to the phone. So, I ended up going inside. Once inside, there was a woman at the counter waiting for food. Two other customers same in behind me. Still no staff member. Finally, a staffperson walked in from outside. She looked like she literally rolled out of bed and came to work, uniform and hair unkept. She had 3 young kids with her. She walked by the customers, myself included, no greeting or anything. She went in the kitchen and yelled literally at the top of her lungs, "Hey y'all!" And then went on to repeat 5 or 6 times, "Y'all better have a check for me or it's gonna be some problems." A young lady in pajamas walked up and called her name and she said "These people say they ain't got no check for me." Mind you, we are still waiting to be served. Finally, a customer says "while you're back there, call someone to help us." The staff says, "oh they coming" and walked off. Maybe 5 minutes later, someone comes. I tell her I had curbside. Worst service ever! We were sat in the bar where the tv was so loud we could not hear one another talk, so we requested a quitter place which almost seemed to be a problem or so it seemed! Our food took exactly 1 hour to come out! Buffalo chicken sand and 4 sliders! While in the meantime everyone around us received their food and drinks! First, the hostess tried to tell me I could either sit at the bar or wait 30 minutes for a table or booth, so I reluctantly decided to sit at the bar although there were clearly plenty of tables and booths available. Next, the food was terrible, probably the worst I've ever had from a chili's restaurant. My queso dip had brown grease floating in pools on top of it, and my quesadilla was so burned around the edges I had to pick them off. And to top it off, after paying, the bartender didn't give me my card back until I pointed out that I hadn't received it back yet, even though she had already given me a receipt to sign. I never, ever give a really bad review because I always try to look for the good in everything. The only reason that I gave this one star is because Yelp will not let me leave it blank. So here is the story.....it is Tuesday night and the southeast is in the middle of Winter Storm Leon. Although it is not bad in Jackson, it is very, very cold and I have been driving for several hours, so when I checked into my hotel at the Hampton Inn, I was really glad to see a Chili's right next door. When I walked in, it reminded me of that scene in the movie Animal House when the white guys walked into the night club with their dates and everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at them and you could tell they really did not want them there. I should have left then but I didn't and I proceeded to the bar to grab a seat. I sat down and although the bartender looked at me 3 times, he never acknowledged me. After 5 minutes of him walking by me and then laughing and joking with some of the wait staff and the kitchen staff, I politely motioned for him to come over. When he arrived, he did not say welcome to Chili's, what can I get for you, he didn't even say what the "F" are you doing here, I am going to spit in your food and drink, he just looked at me with this big stupid look that said "Yeah, you called me over here now what do you want." So I place my drink order which was a "Crown and Ginger". It is a very popular drink and pretty self explanatory if you ask me. Well apparently not to Darrell...(pronounced Duh Rell). He brought me vodka and ginger ale. Now who the hell has ever heard of someone ordering that combination? After I told him it was wrong, he proceeded to tell me that they do not have ginger ale and he had to make it himself using coke and sprite. But that still doesn't explain the vodka instead of the Crown Royal which is a blended whiskey. So now Duh Rell is even more mad at me for sitting at his bar so when he brings me the correct drink, he grabs a menu on his way back to serve me. He almost spilled my drink when you threw it on the bar and he tossed the menu to me like a frisbee. This is the second time that I should have left the place, but at this point, I was dead set on pissing this asshole off and was not going to leave. I sat there with my drink and listened to him talk to all of the other bar patrons except me, you see I was the only white person at the bar. He spent a majority if his time talking to a woman seated next to me who apparently used to work there but now works at Logan's. I decided to really get under this guys skin so I started trying to engage him in conversation. He was wearing a Broncos beanie cap and since the Broncos are playing in the Super Bowl, I asked him about the game. I got a short, "I'm not a Broncos fan, I am a Peyton Manning fan" answer from him as he rolled his eyes at me. Now I was really determined to make him mad. So I called him over again and ordered some food and made sure that I asked him to include something that wasn't on the dish and to leave something off that is supposed to come on the dish. I knew that would make his day. I could hear him in the kitchen as he laughed and joked with the kitchen staff and some of the wait staff, so I knew this guy wasn't a complete asshole, it was just apparent that he didn't like me and the only reason I could come up with since I had never seen Duh Rell in my life is because I am white. Now I was really mad and I made it my nights mission to have him hate me before I left his bar. After 30 minutes, he brought my pasta dish and I carefully inspected it for accuracy and spit, I joined in on the conversation he was having with the black woman sitting next to me at the bar. Every time he thought he was getting some where with her, I would join in and she would laugh and he would get this really mad look in his eyes and just stare at me. I was having some fun now so I decided to turn it up a notch. When Duh Rell would walk away from the woman, I started chatting her up. I was telling jokes and making her laugh and asking her about Jackson and it was pissing big old Duh Rell off so bad that instead of asking me if I would like anything else, he brought me my check. When he threw the check down on the bar in front of me, he leaned in with both hands placed firmly on the bar and said "Have a nice evening". I took this as my third invitation to leave and I did, but not without getting one more jab at this idiot. Instead of leaving a tip, I wrote down Keisha's (the woman sitting next to me) phone number as I had gotten it from her while he was back in the kitchen. I had no interest in her whatsoever except to piss off big Duh Rell. So, good luck Duh Rell, not only with the woman and your wife but also with your career as a bartender. You are going to need it with the attitude that you have. To the ownership and management of this establishment, Duh Rell is bad for your business. Make a change or close your doors. read more

We eat here quite often because the food is always great and the menu is huge so lots of options. The chili's rewards app is the main draw because once or twice a month we earn a free kids meal or appetizer. Without the rewards however we most likely wouldn't come here, the service is usually terrible. The hostess is always smiling and sweet but they always seem understaffed in the waitress department. This is how it always goes down : walk in, smiling nice hostess seats us immediately but always forgets to bring the high chair even after asking and agreeing to bring one, i get up from table after ten mins and get one myself. Fifteen mins of sitting while waitress looks over a few times before being greeted and asked about drinks, expect an eye roll when asking about happy hour. Fifteen more minutes before drinks are delivered ( three waters and two margaritas) Food order not taken when drinks delivered for some reason so another ten minutes to order food. Here is where this chili's always redeems itself with me because the food always comes out hot and in a timely manner although i have yet to ever receive my salad ahead of my meal. The waitresses never check back after food is delivered. If you wish for extra salad dressing or steak sauce or even a drink refill forgeeeht about it, you will most likely have to return to the hostess stand and she will gladly get it for you. You are expected to pay at the table using the kiosk provided which is convenient but if you are paying with cash or want a receipt expect to leave the cash on the table and beg the hostess again for receipt on the way out. Literally no service. This is a really long review but i can't even. Great food tho. Oh sidenote. Once i had to ask for the manager because i was charged for food i never received and it only took them twenty mins to get to the table to adjust my check. read more

Service was pretty slow. Our waitress had a bad attitude and didn't seem to care at all about her job. The manager came by and was very friendly. However the chili's happy hour ends at 8 pm (every other chili's i've ever been to is 24 hours), and they don't allow parties greater than 6-8 ppl. Rudest hostess I have ever encountered! Went in a restaurant that was half full and was told there was a 30 minute wait. I looked around at all the empty tables and asked why. The hostess gave me a scathing look, just LOOKED me straight in the face and did not answer. Then turned her back on us. We left. Will never go back. I thought the Manager would like to know how badly their employees treated guests, so I called up there to speak to a manager. Someone picked up the phone and must have set it down on the counter, because no one spoke. I could hear people in the back ground, but no one ever "answered" the phone. THREE TIMES IN A ROW!
