So, my family and I arrived to eat at the location (10th Street West in Lancaster, CA) approximately at 9:15pm on a Saturday. When we were seated, we waited for a server/waiter to approach us to take our drink/appetizer order. No one approached us nor looked our way. It was busy at first, and we understood that. But, once we patiently waited for 4 tables to clear and for the tables to be wiped, we expected for someone to notice us after the restaurant cleared. All 4 waiters who cleaned up must have disappeared because STILL after there were 4 remaining tables occupied by guests (plenty of servers compared to tables), we still weren't helped. My wife flagged down two waiters (one waiter TWICE), and we still got nothing. Waited 35 minutes at a table on my daughter's birthday, and had to leave. Horrible customer service. A new guest came in to dine with you guys, and someone attended to them immediately. We got handed menus and were left there for over 30 minutes. I don't know what's going on in this location but it's seems like it's getting worse and some of the bad reviews sound similar to ours. I placed a order online for 'curbside pick up' and my husband has been waiting for 15 in his car and he calls the restaurant and they answered and put him on hold and then hang up. I checked in for a Car pick up when my food said it was ready the guy dropping off to the cars said my food will be out right away he then came out several times and checked on everyone but me 45 minutes later I decided to go in and check on my order that just happened to be sitting there when I arrived home my food was ice cold from sitting there for almost a hour....would not recommend this place to anyone read more

45 minutes for cheddar bites!!! We ordered sliders and they were ready for pick up. Cool. We asked how long it would take to order cheddar bites and lady said about 10 minutes, all they do is fry it. They got us to pay for it and the waiting game began. We would ask different waitress and all of them said, "let me check on it". Either they didn't come back or they said "2 more minutes". Well, 2 minutes became 45 minutes. We were going to leave already, but you know that moment when you've already waited so long, you might as well suck it up. We just kept thinking that until we realized it was already 45 minutes. I don't even understand how it could take forever, all they had to do was deep fry it! Changing my review from two years ago from a 2 to 5 stars. We have gone a few times this year and they have done well. Today, our experience was great! Our server Andrew was the best (5/28/21 @ 11:15 a.m). Very attentive to everyone not just our table, any time we needed anything he was on top of it, and he was polite. It's a typical franchise restaurant so there's really nothing special about the place. The food was good, and when me and my friend had trouble using the little kiosk to split our check, our server was more than accommodating in just having us pay the traditional way. My rating would've been higher but there are two things that's more of a complaint to Chili's in general than this particular location. A lot of restaurants offer something small to munch on before the entrees arrive that's included with the overall cost (read: free). And being charged an extra $2 to play around with the tablet/kiosk? Diner beware. read more

I came in Thursday afternoon after my wife came out of work to watch the season nfl kickoff as we came in we had a wait time of 20 mins understandably busy as we were seated we put in our order and our drinks we did wait over 15 mins for our drinks to arrived waiter claim they had forgotten to place the drinks in reason why we waited as long as we did also our food took just a bit longer than usual to come out as the food arrived to the table we were pleased by the amount of food the 3 for $10 option came with I had the bacon only burger 9/10 would recommend steam broccoli and the potato soup10/10 would recommend My wife had the chicken crispers with loaded mash potatoes with corn on the cob 10/10 she would recommend As the waiter was going around other tables filling up cups for refills it seemed like she kept forgetting our tables we had ran out of drinks and napkins it took me awhile to finally get her attention to ask for a refill and a straw and I finally got her attention to get the refill she proceeded to bring me my drink but with no straw due to covid going around I didn't want to put my lips on that cup another 5 mins came and went until my wife had to ask another waiter for a straw the new waiter now had to come up and asked for a straw to our current waiter she joked with us and said we'll at least you know your cup is clean we didn't find it funny as we were running into problem with service all night to conclude yes we still tipped our waiter we just hope that the waiters get better training when it comes to being attentive to each table hate to give them 3 stars but it is what they deserve tonight I look forward to coming back and having some sort of better service so I can bump up this 3 to maybe a 5 read more

If I can give half a star i would, we did that pick up older and i walked in with my food sitting on the counter with my drinks, as well as the workers having no gloves or mask! The bar section is where we mainly go when it comes to happy hour or to watch football games. Great deal specials especially on Sundays where its happy hour the whole day. Bartenders are usually attentive. Free chips and salsa. The food qualities sometimes lack in flavor. Sorta just slapped on but presentation is a thumbs up. I've been to this Chili's multiple times, and have always had a great experience. The one thing that I like about this place is that they are very kid friendly. With 3 small kids, sometimes it's difficult to go out to eat, but we have never had a problem here. The servers have always been excellent and helpful. Took my 4 year old daughter here for lunch yesterday and had another flawless experience. The waitresses were attentive, and we received our food quickly. My girls love the mac N cheese here. I'm a fan of the ribs and burgers, but opted for the grilled chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon which was delicious. I like their ziosk option which allows you to check out and pay anytime. Since they've had this I've used it every time. Great work Chili's, we will continue to come here! read more

She was upset that we asked for a refund because there were fingernail prints on my tortillas. I posted a photo. There was also dirty residue on them. Nobody in this establishment wears gloves, even the cooks, and that is disgusting considering COVID-19. I can't believe they would serve old nasty food with fingernail prints. We paid $34 for that.
