We ate here twice and got really sick both times. Besides the food, store is nice and waiters/tress are really friendly.

Every single time we have either been here or attempted to eat here it has been terrible from the service to the food. We gave this place 5 tries before I decided to write this review. It's a shame because I've loved my experiences at the locations in other areas but the Pace one sucks. We were sat the third time and never once greeted by our server for over 30 mins. I was shocked how bad of an experience this Chili's was. I ordered the honey chicken and waffles and my wife the classic sirloin and avocado. The chicken and waffles was disgusting and basically two chicken tenders cut in half over four small undercooked waffles. The sirloin was good, but over salted and the meal literally covered 1/4 of the plate. The restaurant was kinda dirty as well... We won't be going back to this Chili's. read more

Foods usually pretty good at this one but they always seem understaffed. 20 minutes before they got tonour drinks this visit. Their sweet tea usually sucks as well. Love the honey chipolte sauce wish they sold by the bottle. The 2 for $20 deal and the rewards points makes this a go to place for parents. Also if you stop at the tom thumb and buy a chilis gift card for any amount its an easy 10 cents off on gas with your rewards card. Every few visits we get a free kids meal with chilis rewards points. Been here almost an hour still no appetizer and our drinks are empty. read more

Ordered curbside which I normally don't do. They gave me a 5 minute window of when the food would be done. Food was 15 minutes late which isn't a big ordeal. drove home less than a mile and the ribs were hard as a rock, fries were cold and tasted like rubber and was cold. Ordered the Margarita chicken. It came with surprise meat chunks (beef?) mixed with the black beans. Not exactly ideal to find the chunks, especially because I'm not a beef eater or mystery meat eater AND the restaurant was empty...so I was a bit confused how the meat got there. My partner and I waited the entire time for another plate to come out -- mystery beef discluded. He didn't even snack on his food to be polite (felt bad due to his food being cold by the time the new plate came out). The woman that dropped it off, maybe the manager, barely said a word. It was all a bit awkward. They didn't even offer us a small discount or maybe even the kindness of heating my partners food up. We didnt complain, said thank you, and tipped. We won't be going back. Favorite restaurant but least favorite location. Tried a second attempt with the family and I was disappointed with the cleanliness. Floors were sticky and you could see the spills. They sat us at a table that was filthy underneath. Nobody acknowledged a broom or the dropped silverware from prior patrons. (Obvious messes they stepped over) I will continue to go to other locations except this one. We came after a lunch rush I suppose, and the servers that were still there just didn't seem to be as diligent with the clean up. Spent an hour there and nothing was clean at all. Our app order came out wrong but I didn't complain. I just wanted to eat quick and leave. I tipped over 20% still bc I was a server for many years. They should know better from start to finish shift. I ordered the shrimp Ceasar salad with two extra sides of Ceasar dressing. When my food arrived it had mandarin oranges in the salad and both extra dressings. The entire thing tasted like watery fruit lettuce. The shrimp were gummy and had zero flavor. I could not eat it. No attempt to make things right were made. Very sad because we love chilis. Went to this location three times...TWICE we were seated and then ignored for about 20 minutes before they took our order, food took forever to come out, but then again, there were 3 people that we saw working in the whole place. The third time we went, we waited for about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence, then we left and went elsewhere. The food itself really isn't the problem at this establishment; as its on par with your typical chain restaurants - it's the service; but specifically only the table service - as I've never had much of an issue when sitting at the bar. I'm not sure if this Chilli's has a higher than average turn over? But it seems like it, as the initial wait after you get seated is usually atypically long; in fact - it caused me and my wife to walk out on one occasion. As well, the time it takes it get refills on drinks has been a pretty consistent problem, the 4-5 times I've dined there. If you gotta go there, sit at the bar. read more

Making a comeback!!! After several trips to Chili's with sub par service we attended a fundraiser and the service was great!!!!

I have had nothing but terrible service at this location. On 3 separate occasions it took the waiter 10 minutes to even greet us. We kept coming back thinking that it was maybe a fluke and the server was having a bad day...nope it continued to happen. On the last time we were there we waited 10 minutes, no one came to our table to greet us and we just finally got up and walked out. We will never come back to this location. Sucks because Chili's is a good place to eat, just not this one. read more

About the only thing I can say good was that the food was good. Let's see, where to start. 1. They sat 8 of us at a round corner table, luckily we had 3 kids so we could fit even though we were cramped. 2. The waitress we had forgot to bring us an appetizer and drink that we ordered and had to remind her two extra times for each. 3. She took a long time to bring refills to our drinks, probably at least 30 minutes. When she did was when our food was being delivered to the table. She placed a full Dr Pepper in front of my 2 year old (because there was no room and she couldn't wait for us to clear space) who then knocked it off the table all over herself...not even an apology!! 4. After the drink incident, you can guess we used ALL of our napkins so common sense would be to bring us more right? We had to ask twice for extra napkins too. 5. After we were mostly done with the meal, she came by and asked "are we all good over here?" I about blew up but she rushed away and never returned! We sat around for another 15 minutes and didn't see our waitress again! So I guess we didn't need any boxes or need any help paying our bill or the little ziosk thing? 6. So we've been officially ghosted so we pay our bill and go to the hostess at the front and I ask to speak to a manager. They have to call one up twice and it takes him 5 minutes to get up there. I let him know everything in this review and you want to know what his response was? "Well you said the food was good so at least you got that." Waited 20 minutes for table on not so busy night because the servers were too busy to bus their tables (hostess finally cleared one herself). Waited an eternity for our food only to have incorrect order, cold yet overcooked food. Was told I didn't get tostada I ordered because they were out of corn tortillas. So the kitchen decided what to sub it with w/o asking me (maybe thought I wouldn't notice)! My wife enjoyed her meal. I filled up on chips and salsa with the long wait for bad food. Very disappointed. The wait for food was over an hour and 15 minutes at lunch (the server blamed computer updates for our order getting delayed). The food was just ok for the price. We enjoyed Chilis in the past, but have found on our last several visits that this location has become increasingly disappointing in terms of service and food quality. LOVE THIS PLACE! I ordered the margarita flatbread, (as usual), in the 'to go' part of the restaurant. I got home only to find my flatbread covered in some kind of sauce that smelled like chili. when I went back up there to politely tell them it wasn't what I wanted, they let me keep it, remade the pizza I wanted to begin with, gave me a free 32oz drink while I waited, and got my money back. Warning! We got hustled today at chilis. We were there around 4:30 PM today and ordered the "special sale item" the fajitas, 2 for $13.99. I had the steak ($1.00 extra for steak) my wife had shrimp ($1.00 extra for the shrimp). The service was average. The food was normal size portions and tasted average. I was expecting to pay around $18 for the meals. When we got the bill it was a shocking $34.06. I asked the server to explain the charges and that's when the shell game scam began. The first thing the server told me was that the menu is confusing. A Second server came by to try and help explain the menu. I felt like I was buying a used car at this point. They double charged us extra for each protein(?), I still don't understand why. It looks like the menu was designed to make you think you are getting a good deal. Then when the bill comes they explain why you have to pay all the extra fees. We got tired of them explaining our bill, so we just paid and left. We will never ever ever return to any chilies restaurant, and we will make sure all our friends know about this bait and switch as well. read more

Worst customer service I have experienced at a restaurant in a long time. All the staff seemed like they were on sedatives. Everything they said was a one word statement or response. Our waiter was even worse. When he first walked up, he just said "what do you want to drink", we had three people with us. He seemed angry and impatient. Yet when he was dealing with a table of pretty ladies, he was giggling and full of conversation. Not only was the customer service biased, but also the service. He was going to their table every 30 seconds to check on their drinks and brought them different drinks constantly, until their table was full of glasses. We ordered one meal and it took over 20 minutes. He finally came once and asked if I wanted a refill for my drink, I said "Yeah, sure". It took about 15 minutes for him to return with the pitcher, during the wait I saw him going back to that table and refilling all their glasses. The meal we ordered, a ribeye steak, was so over cooked it was like trying to chew on a 15 year old tire. Service was non-existent. Manager finally took our order after 10+ minutes. Dinner order was incorrect, asked for hot sauce but waitress never came back except at the end. Too much socializing by the staff. Written a survey before but I guess management doesn't read them or doesn't care. You can't blame the serving staff for their obvious lack of training. You can't blame their bus person after serving heinously filthy utensils on a sticky table. You CAN blame management. After 4 years and maybe 10 visits to the Pace location, we've decided we will never return. The cleanliness was always marginal, and the food was always of lesser quality compared to other Chili's restaurants local or nationwide. Our last visit was a failure. Our server was pleasant but absent. We had to ask for utensils that arrived dirty. One knife had a glob of food that was beginning to grow mold. We had to ask for napkins and noticed other patrons uncomfortably sneaking to serving stations to get their own supplies. We then had to ask for condiments. We then had to ask for refills, etc. Food was unacceptable. Kids' cheeseburgers were hockey pucks and my wife's "Lighter Choice Grilled Chicken Salad" was highlighted by wilting lettuce swimming warm dressing. By this time (and well through the spectrum of emotions) we just wanted to leave ... but we had to wait for our server to ask for the check. This Chili's is dead. read more

My husband and I eat here regularly and have had good experiences every time. They have some nice new menu items and the prices are reasonable. The wait staff seem to be well trained and one time when we didn't like the entree, the manager came over to talk to us and then took it off the bill. The new Crispy Fiery Pepper Crispers should be taken off of the menu or teach someone how to cook them, had it last night and it was the worst. Went tonight with a friend. She ordered a bowl of Southwestern chicken soup and I ordered a chicken flatbread. Plus two ice teas. Shortly after, our waiter brought her soup. He said mine would be out in a couple minutes. Twenty minutes later as my friend finished her soup, I found another waitstaff and asked her to cancel my order as my friend was finished and we were ready to go. She went to cancel and then a manage (I think?) came out and said that my meal was about ready. I said no thank you. I was not going to stay and eat after my friend was finished. They did apologize (still no waiter to the table though!) we did the pay at the table and I was quite surprised that they had charged me for my tea. Do not get the tacos. Eww. I ordered 2 shrimp 1 prime rib taco with no fresh cilantro. My tacos come out with just a few pieces of cold tiny shrimp with a fourth of a slice of browned avacado . My prime rib "meat" tasted and smelled like dog food and was cold and hard. I feel sick to my stomach. Appetizer was good. Waitress was fine. Still tipped her good, since it wasn't her fault.
