Sonny's consistently fails at delivery. They know their 3rd party delivery is a failure yet they don't care enough about the customer to correct the problem. We will NEVER order delivery from this location again. Spending over $100 for a family of 4 and tipping the delivery driver 20%+ only to get a partial order. We are always disappointed to only receive a partial order. When calling the restaurant, they blame the delivery service and say 'they' always mess up!! Why use them then? The delivery service blames bad quality control on the restaurant. Who loses here?? The customer!!! Unacceptable!! Do what's right!! Get in your car and deliver the order. Deal with the bad delivery service. Don't settle for less!! Sonny's you have failed me for the last time.

I paid $100 for the worst experience. Never order takeout. I arrived early to pick up my order and it was waiting. I specifically asked the cashier if I had the entire order and she replied yes like I was stupid. Got home, my food was lukewarm at best and had clearly been sitting out. I was also missing a rack of ribs. I called up there and after some checking they agreed they had misread the order. Drive #2. The cashier halfheartedly offered me banana pudding. No thank you. I love driving almost an hour, reheating my food, and being offered the cheapest thing on the menu. It's a truly lackluster experience and I'm never doing this again.

I love Sonny's , it is my favorite BBQ. However, this was our first visit to this location because we were on this side of town and I was disappointed. We arrived at 11am and were seated promptly. Our server took our order and returned with our drinks without hesitation. Let me state they seemed to have enough servers and they all seemed to be on top of their game. However, the downfall was the kitchen, it took 25 minutes to receive our appetizer and 41 minutes to receive our food. We were not the only table from where we were seated I could see others waiting along with servers waiting on their food for their customers. Once our food did arrive it was not of the Sonny's standard of which I am accustomed. It was not hot but warm, my bun was stale and my sweet potato could have used a little longer in the oven. This looked to be a new building and it was clean and nice parking lot. We will continue to support Sonny's but will return to our usual location at 8313 Chellie Rd.

In town visiting family and in need of an after church lunch spot. Waited about 30 mins to seat a party of 20 so not bad at all. Our server Brittany was friendly, attentive, and handled our large party with ease. She even came outside with us after our meal to take some photos for our group. We got the sampler platter, corn nuggets, smoked wings, and Turkey sandwich among other things. The bbq was delicious! And don't get me started on the sweet tea and lemonade. Would definitely recommend if you find a Sonny's location. Definitely wishing we had some more bbq options in MD.

I poured extra sauce on the ribs and chicken

Came here for the All you can eat chicken but then decided on a rib and chicken combo. This is your typical smoke house selling ribs, pulled pork and chicken. The ribs and chicken were tender and had a nice smokey taste. The chicken was good its wasn't overcooked or dry. I was glad that the table had 4 different bbq sauces, smoky, sweet, hot and regular. I like to mix all of them together to get a nice blend. They had good side dishes and the food was really worth the price. The waitress was very pleasant not overly friendly and the decor was a nice comfortable atmosphere. This is not a bad spot to grab some good smoked bbq food.

Brisket platter, dry, not very flavorful.

I was so impressed by the wine and libations menu. I had two glasses of a nice French Sauvignon blanc. My husband enjoyed the whiskey selection. We all enjoyed appetizers- heirloom tomato and burrata salad with yummy bread and a special of the day- crab claws in a white wine butter sauce with grilled lemon. Both divine. The lamb burger was perfectly seasoned and everyone enjoyed my truffle fries. The homemade tzatziki sauce was perfectly balanced and just delicious. The lobster rolls were stuffed with fresh, sweet lobster and the basil aioli the perfect compliment. Such a great value. My girls' likened it to lobster rolls we get in Maine. The blackened fish sandwich had a nice, bold Cajun flavor and the pickled cucumbers were the perfect match in acidity. Overall, one of the best meals we had on our entire trip!! I'm convinced anything you get here will be fantastic.

Good drink service, good food service times, and just really nice people all around. The food and beverage was also so so good. They had some of the best NA drinks we've ever had. The proteins were cooked to perfection. A whole snapper that was textbook. And those potatoes, I will dream of them forever. So delicious. Cons: Not a single con. I don't live in Pensacola, that's the only con. Tips: Great NA drink options. Perfectly cooked potatoes. Ask for the biggest snapper, because it won't be too much food, I promise.

After a long grind of a work week in the Florida Panhandle, I rolled into Pensacola International…read moreAirport running on fumes, deadlines, and pure hunger. Let me tell you this airport is cozy. And by cozy, I mean you blink and you've seen all 11 terminals. It's so small if you miss your gate, you can probably still hear them calling your name from the parking lot. Naturally, I "ran into" Beach House... mainly because it's the only place to run into. But thank God it was there. I ordered the bowl and the wings, and listen I was hungrier than a hostage. That food didn't just hit the spot, it tackled it. The wings were on point, crispy and sauced like they meant business. The bowl? Cleaned it like it owed me money. After a week of work, that meal felt like PTO for my taste buds. Now let's talk about Kourtney. Airport service can sometimes feel like, "Here's your food, good luck in life." But not Kourtney. She delivered the kind of service you don't expect in an airport especially when most customers are one-and-done travelers she may never see again. She was friendly, attentive, and on it. Absolute pro. If airport hospitality had a Hall of Fame, she's first ballot. I know I'll be back working the Panhandle again, and when I do, I'm pulling up to Beach House before I even check my gate. For now 100% recommend. Small airport, big flavor, and service that actually makes you smile before getting crammed into seat 23B.

Disclaimer: I am only reviewing the bar…read more And that bar was awesome! The Pensacola airport does not have an endless supply of eating/drinking establishments, but what they do have works just fine. That includes Pensacola Beach House, a nice spot for a drink or maybe some bar & grille fare. We had a flight to catch and a thirst to quench. Pensacola Beach House met one of those two needs, serving up the locally sourced Pensacola Bay Brewing's brown ale in a bottle. A smashingly good choice! Though we did not eat, the service was excellent, and I did ogle the young man's street tacos next to me, which looked pretty fantastic. I was admittedly not hungry, so maybe next time. It is super easy to find on the only real concourse, great service, nice space, and not airport-priced. I think I paid $7-8 for a bottle of beer, which is not outrageous for an airport. Great spot!

The steaks were outstanding, prepared perfectly. We had two filets, steak trio and ribeye, all were cooked perfectly, great flavor and texture. I had only one opportunity, martini should be mixed to be much colder than was served. I did see this in previous reviews as well so maybe something that should be addressed with bartending staff (30 second stir or shake in ice and then added to chilled glass) Can't wait to visit again!

They hit that mark, but it cost me $40 with tax & tip. That is for just a salad and an order of french fries! The water came quickly in a real glass and tasted excellent. Very clean and cold, and greatly appreciated. Since it was a real glass I did not ask for a straw which is unusual for me. I enjoyed a nice view of the skatepark across the street as I dined, and watching all the people having a good time in the outdoors was refreshing. Most restaurants don't offer a view like this. There are a set of dining bars with chairs at the windows on either side of the door to amplify the view, but I opted for a traditional table since there were many available when I entered. As for the food... well, it was good, but not great. The $14 iceberg wedge was dotted with some delicious pancetta and gorgonzola cheese, and the lettuce was super fresh and crisp. Where it missed the mark was the overly mayonnaisey dressing. It really needed some more seasoning or something and I could not taste any buttermilk at all, even though it is called a "herb buttermilk dressing." The single cherry tomato (halved) was delicious and sweet, as were the 4 thin slices of radish. While the presentation was nice, it really needed more tomatoes and radish in my opinion, and a stoutly buttermilk dressing. The duck fat fries were crisp, too crisp. I enjoy the soft mushy potato inside the crispness of lard-fried potatoes, but very few of these offered that. They were generally too crisp, and some were crispy all the way thru making them a solid crisp. They came mostly unseasoned so I had to use the salt shaker generously. The sausage bits were good but a bit on the greasy side. The dipping sauce was mild, bland and oily, and I wished they had offered a ketchup alongside as well. Whether homemade or store bought, ketchup would have added color and some much needed acidity to the plate. Your mileage will vary, but for me, there are better options in my price range and this is not a place I can take hungry teenagers.
