    Lunch caesar salad
    Jack H.

I visited for lunch, wanting to try out the food. This place has a lot going for it with ample space, character, and location. Yet the parking lot was mostly empty on the day I visited. I had viewed the menu online ahead of time and noticed they have great lunch specials. I had decided I would try the buffalo chicken wrap with a ceasar salad. This was on the menu as a half sandwich and soup or salad for $9.99. We got off on the wrong foot, since the waitress gave me the dinner menu as I was being seated. When I asked about the lunch specials I had seen online, she disappeared for a minute and then came back saying something about the other people like to hide the lunch menus from her and handed me a lunch menu. I'm thinking that was pretty disingenuous since if you are a server you know when lunch hours are, and she was fishing for a larger tip by getting me to order from the more expensive dinner menu. I will say the caesar salad was huge, quite a bit larger than I was expecting, and the salad was crisp, the dressing was well mixed in, and it had a nice amount os shaved parmesan cheese. The croutons unfortunately were stale and chewy, but otherwise a very nice salad as part of a lunch sandwich special. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap blackened, and the other options were fried or grilled. Honestly, I could not detect any blackening. I will say the wrap was quite good with a nice hot sauce and a fair amount of chicken and other ingredients. When the bill came I noticed they had charged me an additional $2 for the caesar salad. There was no mention of any additional charge when I placed the order, so again I felt like the waitress was being nice to my face, but playing tricks on my bill. They also have an up-charge if you use a credit card, but I paid in cash. Overall, just an OK experience. I think as an evening hangout there is a lot of potential, but nothing on the menu would bring me back.

Family went here in the middle of the day , not too busy friendly staff , the place is trendy with cool vibes clean , food was hot and fresh. Chicken salad was very good and sweet potato fries very good. My kids got wings and enjoyed them, buffalo , bbq and Parmesan. Would go back for sure.

Came in sat at bar. My husband ordered pork belly hash. It had an extreme maple flavor, the potatoes were all different sizes some soft some not cooked enough and Brussels were not cooked enough. I had burger and coleslaw both very good. Live music on Sunday. Brittany was our bartender she was friendly and helpful.

We finally stopped in! Service all in all was very friendly, our waitress was hustling everywhere. Unfortunately the bartender started our experience off wrong. We asked for margaritas with no salt. The waitress brought them to us with salt, told us the bartender said the salt is automatic on a margarita. She said she'd pour the drinks in a new cup for us, I said no, that puts more salt in the drink. The margarita just was not good. Tasted like all mix, a bad mix at that. We sent it back. Things slipped slightly downhill after that. We both ordered the mullet dinner. It was good. I had asked for cocktail sauce, but received an extra thousand island instead. Our waitress had not revisited since returning the drinks. I was able to grab the hostess and get cocktail sauce. I would have liked a Diet Coke, but by the time we saw our waitress again, ordering a drink wouldn't have made sense. The food was very reasonably priced! My salad was very good, and the onion reason were palatable. There were ups and downs, but not enough highs for us to revisit.

We had our dad's 90th birthday dinner at Andy d's in Milton fl . We got together with Brittney and she was wonderful , helped me get everything set up almost 2 months ago. After we got it all set up , we came in with about 40 people and was treated with so much kindness and our servers did an amazing job .Mrs Lisa the manager made sure everything just ran smoothly. I haven't even started on the food , which was fresh , hot a generous amount of great food. So if you are looking for a great place to eat with owners and workers who care about you , then this is it Come check Andy d's you will not be disappointed at all it was just a great time

The place is really quaint with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The menu includes a great variety of different items. The soup of the day was a green chili chicken stew that sounded too good to pass on, so I ordered that along with a side of Gouda grits and a side of sautéed green beans. The grits were delicious! The green beans were very good; and the soup was good. My wife ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with sweet potato criss-cut fries. The fries were bomb! The sandwich was okay, she was trying to figure out what was missing. On the way home she realized it was missing cheese. A cheesesteak without cheese?!?! Service was very good. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. This bistro is not cheap by any stretch, but it is good and I'm sure we'll return.

This…read morewas the fancy place in town to go to if you had a hot date, or for before you go to prom. I never made it out, though, until I moved away, got a job, and then came back to visit recently. I went out to explore downtown Milton some, checked out Blackwater State Park, and got hungry and decided to finally come check this place out for lunch. So we drove up, got a table, and started browsing the pamphlet they gave us of the history of the building. It was a quaint little read. The restaurant is in an old house that had many different lives over the course of its existence. It was wooden, comfortable, had a nice bar built into it. Very cozy and rustically upscale. The service was also very good. A nice lady that tended to all of our drink needs. Very pleasant. And the food came out in a timely fashion. As for the food, we started with the The Sampler (A mixture of our house favorites: Artichoke cheesecake, Baguette, Loaded Brussel Sprouts with Shrimp, Coconut Shrimp with Mango Chutney). This was nice. I love a good savory cheesecake, you don't see that very often. It was very interesting loading the sprouts with shrimp, but I've never said no to a shrimp. And the coconut shrimp were pretty standard. It was a good plate, but not mind-blowing, if you wanna try a different app. My main was the Creole Crawfish & Andouille Pot Pie (Louisiana Crawfish, Savory Vegetables, Andouille, Cajun Cheese Cream, Puff Pastry). This is a loose-leaf pot pie. So basically a gumbo with a puffy piece of puff pastry on top. So it's a lot of fun, but don't expect a lot of crust with each bite. Super creamy, super Cajun in the seasoning, no regrets getting this. I also got to try the The Blue Salad (Filet of Beef. Signature Assorted Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Cucumber, Bleu Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Candied Pecans, Bleu Cheese Dressing). This was a good salad! Nice and tender strips of filet, funky bleu cheese, sweet and crunchy pecans. I love a nice interesting salad like this. Nothing boring involved. And a ton of that delicious dressing. Overall, the Bistro was well worth the wait. Good vibes, good food. I'd come back.

Not bad but nothing unique or notable. I didn't like the sausage patties though. They were too salty for my taste. This is one of those places that everyone seems to know each other and if they don't know you the service is not the same. Food was just ok. Nothing to brag about. 3 of us for $50 lunch for being a casual place. Nothing fancy. They have been there for awhile and they close early. All 3 of us agreed we would not go back. A piece of peanut butter pie $5.75 and it was a small piece with a couple of squirts of whipped cream if you even want to say a couple. We got it to go for my Dad and I was shocked they could charge that much. They stop serving breakfast and do just a lunch menu even though they close early, we probably would have enjoyed the breakfast more maybe. Definitely not a fan of this place. Food was nothing special.

Today, however, I decided to try something new based on a recommendation from my family member. I ordered the Philly Wrap accompanied by sweet potato fries. The dish did not disappoint; it was rich with flavors and thoroughly satisfying. I would certainly order it again. Our dining experience was good. Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Additionally, the restaurant was not overly crowded, allowing for easy conversation without the usual clamor of a busy dining room. But there was one significant drawback to our experience: the metal seating. Each time someone pulled out or adjusted a chair, it produced a loud, screeching noise that was incredibly distracting and disruptive to our conversation. This issue detracts significantly from the overall dining experience, and I would strongly suggest that the management consider replacing these chairs. In summary, while the food and service were commendable, the issue with the chairs significantly impacted the ambiance. Therefore, I would rate this restaurant 3 out of 5 stars.
