Excellent friendly customer service, turned up on time, very professional and competitively priced. Our central AC system died after 30+ years and Chill Out removed the old system/ducting & installed 4 mini-splits in 4 areas of our home. I couldn't be happier. They were well below the other rates we were quoted on the island (we spent a couple months researching, and a few other places quoted us in the $30,000++ range for just installation of the new split systems. But more specifically for my unit in my bedroom, it's a window unit and no matter how hard I tried I could never get it cleaned. They did an amazing job, I didn't even know how bad it actually was till I saw my before and after pictures I was amazed and so thankful they gave it a good deep cleaning. I had been dealing with my commercial AC not working for 7 weeks and was getting the run around from other local HVAC companies and was referred to Chill Out from a friend! Our central AC stopped working and we had an appointment set up with another company. The day this other company was scheduled to show up they canceled on us, this was on top of the 300$ they were going to charge us just to come and look at our air conditioner. I complained to a friend of mine and she told me about Chill Out AC and how great they are. I texted them and got a response within 15 minutes and made and appointment. The day Chill Out was supposed to come out the tech called to let me know he was in some trafficc and would be about 5 minutes late ( amazing customer service). They get five snowflakes out of five! Wonderful communication, even with a text to let you know they will be there in 10! My AC had been working on and off. I guess my blower wheel was a mess. TJ even noticed that my wires were not connected up to his standards and redid them during my cleaning. Probably why it only worked sometimes. Such an amazing company to work with. TJ and Danielle are awesome. TJ saved me a ton of money on my existing split system. Another company (I won't say who) changed out circuit boards, only one of them needing to be from geckos. A few weeks after, the AC stopped working again. The company that did the repairs said I needed a whole new condenser, basically a whole new unit. I found it too coincidental that it would go out after just changing circuit boards so I called Chill Out. TJ discovered that one of the boards they replaced wasn't actually new, it was used, and that was the issue. He changed the board for a minimal amount and I was back in business.
