She was able to get us in within the hour. We went for an all over cryo session along with a local session. When we got there we were greeted by Sylvia, and went through the check in process. You are given recovery flip flops to put on, and directed to the locker room where you change into a robe. From there, we went over to the cryo chamber. She explained the process thoroughly. For someone who hates being cold, I was a little scared to do this. The temperature goes down to -120 - -240 F. You are in the chamber for 3 minutes. It goes relatively fast. But it feels so invigorating when you are done. She then explained all the other services the center provides. After she explains them all you want to do all of them! The local cryo session was about 12 minutes. While I was waiting to go, we were able to wait in the Salt room, that is decorated with hanging swing chairs and a lounger. It was relaxing to wait in there until my session. The local cryo session I had on my face and scalp. The temperature did not feel as cold as the chamber but was very relaxing. Left the center feeling completely relaxed.

The hours are great: open very early until late. This made fitting a workout into my day much easier. Locker rooms are clean & good water pressure in the showers (always a bonus). Hair dryers available too-so it was easy to workout, shower, and head to work. I mostly used the free weights & cardio equipment, but did notice a variety of group class offerings. I tried at least one yoga class which was good for beginners, but might not be challenging enough if you are a master yogi. There is daycare, but I disintegrated need it so I can't pretend I know how it works. The personal training staff is helpful & there are affordable training packages. I used several trainers (all good), but finally settled on just one: Bruce Lozito. We trained together for more than a year, and I definitely hit and surpassed some strength goals, like chin-ups. I can now do lots of them. When I was in high school I used to say I wanted to knock out chin ups the way Linda Hamilton does in the opening scene of Terminator 2. Well, it took until I turned 40 and started training with Bruce, but I got there. Yes, he's going to have you move some real weights ladies. Just do it! He knows what he's doing & he's going to teach you great form to prevent injuries. No, this won't make you look butch. You will look toned and sexy! If you are looking for a personal trainer, absolutely request Bruce!

He suggested that perhaps I should finish his portion of the job because he will not be working on it. He became very confrontational and behaved like a toddler when I confronted him about the job he was paid to do not being complete. He then lied to the vendor Thermasol about the issue and told them that he is being treated unfairly. He is unprofessional, has an incredibly bad attitude, and has no customer service skills. Furthermore he is careless and incompetent. Run, don't walk, away from doing business with this company.
