Chilly breeze rep, Bobby came out upon request to check out our air conditioner. Said our compressor had rusted old terminal and stated we needed a new system. Then he says he went to get something out of the truck, but he left, and text me he going to office to see if he had a system we could use and would text me. He never came back, never called or texted. I am telling everyone I know at the hospital I work atnot to call him. What's his problem? I have since hired another company to install a new system. For several years my compressor made noise. Blamed many sleepless nights on my insomnia. Told by another company only thing to do was replace a/c. Called Bobby last Saturday morning to get a second opinion. So glad I did! He worked me in the schedule same day. Took a look at the compressor, that sits outside my bedroom window. I manage to get a company out of Katy come look at it and replace the capacitor for $289.00 and get it going again. Then the technician informed me the fan and a lot of other things needed to be replaced. That would have been an additionally $800.00 if not more according to his pricing schedule. I told him I appreciated him getting it going again but would shop around for pricing. He seemed offended and said that people don't understand that he is an educated HVAC Technician. OK.
