I called Nicks Pluming and AC initially and they came out Saturday at 2pm to look at my AC…read moreand told me that the capacitor needed to be changed that was 2k but if the unit needed to be changed that would be 6k and that there could be a leak. Pretty much a bunch of BS I called Efficient Polar Air they came out Saturday at 9PM said that the builder when the HVAC person installed the unit they didn't vacuum enough and if anything the expansion valve needed to be changed and vacuum to be done but couldn't confirm anything Nicks Pluming/AC was saying. They fixed the issue for there standard service call and if it keeps reoccuring the expansion valve and vacuum needs to be done.
