And this Company IS as good as it gets. I have experienced a very unique time in working with a Ms. Kelly at Tracy AC & Heating. This young lady (I really don't know her age but since I am going to be 86 next wk, everyone is young to me) was the most outstanding person I have ever worked with in getting a very needed AC system repaired quickly. My Warranty Company fortunately chose Tracy AC to be the repair company for a my non-functioning air Conditioner. My contact with Tracy AC turned out to be the most professional, polite, truly concerned individual I have ever worked with in Customer Service AND she knew exactly how to go about solving a very bad problem. My wife had recently come home from MD Anderson and was very sick just before the AC went out. I explained this to Kelly and she immediately started trying to expedite the repair needed to get our AC back on quickly. While I do not want to make a long story out of my predicament, I was really in left field trying to determine what and how to do anything relative to no air conditioning for my wife. I thought of sending her to a motel but she was really not up to that. I explained this all to Kelly who started a consistent series of telephone calls to my warranty company. So many things happened to make this a really hard task for Ms. Kelly. The warranty Co. did not deliver the compressor when it promised. Once delivered to a warehouse, the warehouse could not find a ticket from the Warranty Co so Kelly was unable to get the compressor as promised. She not only continued to call the Warranty Co. even on the weekend to get something accomplished. While not successful due to the warranty co's mistakes, Kelly did contact them again and was able to get the compressor identified and she immediately sent her technicians to pick up the compressor at he ware house, rather than wait on a delivery to Tracy AC and in turn she sent the technicians to my house on the same day and had the AC system repaired. I also want to note that Kelly called me on a Sunday to tell me hang on cause she was gonna get this task accomplished and because she was concerned with my wife's health condition. Now what Company employee does that? Kelly has been an angel to me and my wife and I would direct anyone at all in need of Air Conditioning Service to contact Tracy AC & Heating CO. and especially speak with Kelly. Our a/c went out last week and the first repairman said it would take a new system. I searched Yelp and other places to find a second opinion. We decided on A/C and Heating by Tracy since it had very many highly positive reviews. Tracy came out and checked out the system and agreed it would be cheaper to replace than repair, because of the systems age. I got 3 quotes from different companies. The quote and customer service from Tracy was definitely far above the others. Kellie answered all our questions, gave us exact model numbers of the equipment they would install and had many discount options to offer. We did some further research and felt the quote from Tracy was the best and most honest. We decided to replace both of our systems, because of their age and the work was scheduled. The team came out exactly as scheduled and both systems were removed and replaced in less than 8 hours. They were very professional, very clean and very courteous. Spent most this summer without AC because my home warranty company couldn't get their act together (review for a different business). Went through 3 providers before I got to Tracy and his team. They were nothing short of amazing with all aspects of customer service. They identified problems that the other service providers were unable to. Work expeditiously to get us on their schedule. Installation of a new system went through without any issues. Tracy even worked me into his route for a couple of ad hoc follow ups. Replacing an AC during the summer is stressful and often times frustrating....I highly recommend calling Tracy if you find you are in the need. Our A/C went out in the middle of the night. Tracy James and a technician were at our house by 11am that morning. Within 10 minutes, they discovered it was related to our thermostat and the units needing Freon. My wife and I were convinced we were going to have to replace one of the units because it's so old, but Tracy was incredibly honest in telling us that we didn't need to spend thousands on a new unit yet, but could get by with a few hundred dollars of Freon. He also did not charge us in full for the Freon in good faith that we'll use him in the future. He was adamant that we do our research before making such a big purchase. He showed great integrity by putting aside the opportunity to make more money. I don't feel like this is always normal practice. We now have an A/C guy! NO THUMBS UP.... THUMBS VERY FAR DOWN!! Tracy came to my house to investigate poor AC performance - not blowing cold. He checked the Freon and found it was crazy low. He filled it up with 5 lbs of crazy expensive Freon and went away. He didn't check for any leaks! Never got near or touched the coil! Not long after, problem returns. A competent AC repair company came over and properly investigated... and guess what, 5lbs down again. BUT, they took the time to do their job and found a leak in the coil. Fixed it and everything's great. That means Tracy AC caused me to waste hundreds of dollars on Freon because they didn't take the time to properly investigate - which is why I thought AC people charged that insanely high initial visit fee! Thanks for wasting my money and time Tracy AC!!!!!! Never again!!!!! read more

Our AC went out in the middle of the night, so I emailed Kellie prior to the office opening. My husband called in around 9-9:15am to see if we could get someone over right away. Kellie said she would find someone and call back with an ETA. Prior to 10am, Tracy was on the way and the AC was blowing cold again by 10:37am. I was shopping for a new unit & duct work. Kellie & Tracy came out the same day I called. I asked for serval quotes which I was given. I went with the Trane and I'm very happy with it, so quiet. The crew showed up a few minutes early and went right to work. I was told it would be an 8 hour job and they were done in that time frame. They cleaned up everything. I'm enjoying how cold my house gets especially my kitchen. I don't think the duct was working in the kitchen before but it is now burrrrr.
