Build your taco/burrito/quesadilla/nachos/bowl with so many options of tasty topping that they don't change "a little extra" for. Or they have a more specialized menu of the seafood options, fajitas, enchiladas etc. Service was fast. I cog a taco and shared nachos with wife. The taco looks sad, but the flavor is % there. Awful service. The preparer had no idea what she was doing. The food came out completely wrong and she argued that we made the wrong order and would not budge. It's also overpriced. Plastic cutlery, and prison style trays. In the end we canceled the order and left. There is a Torchy's one minute drive away. read more

Let me start by saying I have been to this location countless times and the food has always been great. I thought it would become my "Cheers" but the last two times I have been there, the service has been sub par with today being the straw that broke the camel's back. No greeting at all! Sat at the bar for 10 minutes with every single person working there seeing me and my daughter and yet no one came to assist us, no one went to get whomever may be tasked with working the bar...no one said "no one is here working the bar yet" NOTHING! Brenda and Simone that work there provide amazing service and it is because of them that we have come back so many times but I am absolutely furious at the lack of acknowledgement today. I'm confused the negative reviews - I frequent multiple Chiloso locations and this is by far my preferred location!! The service is spectacular. You order through a counter line where you can see all of the ingredients and choose how to build your meal or you can order off the menu. I visit for the breakfast tacos, because there'a just not a lot of places you can get a full meal for $10 anymore with fresh ingredients to top it off! I order 2 tacos and load them up with eggs, breakfast meat, and fresh veggies. The habanero sauce is spicy and a little goes along way, but the jalapeño ranch is the best for taco toppings and chop dipping. Breakfast orders include complimentary chips and a drink - with 2 tacos ringing in at just $10.72 after tax, you'd be hard pressed to find a comparable meal! There's lots of seating and a self serve drink station. I recommend you stop in for yourself, as in my experience you won't be disappointed!! read more

This is the new Chiloso in town. We previously had Oscar Delta (chiloso kitchen), but they remodeled Oscar Delta and changed it up and opened up the actual Chiloso. They have a build your own bowl/salad/nachos table (like a chipotle) that is very good. It is way better than your standard chipotle/freebirds because there is more options and quality is better. They also have many menu options, which are really good too. From tacos, to breakfast items, to quesadillas, to seafood, to even daily specials, it's all very good. I've recently been ordering from the on menu items because they are just really good. It's just a little bit smaller of a place than the other location, but still solid seating capacity. read more

The absolute best Mexican restaurant in Forney. The food is fantastic! I was more than pleased with my first visit

I was craving a smothered burrito and was lead here by yelp. This was around lunch time but it wasn't too crowded. It was very noisy because the music was so loud. I asked for a smothered burrito, the lady proceeded to warm up a tortilla and lay out foil. I told her I asked for a smothered burrito because you know it has to be in a bowl or pan to hold the cheese right. She proceeded to tell me and then the other worker I said just burrito. Maybe if y'all turned down the music she could've heard me. We get that cleared up, no biggie. She then walks away with ninja speed to make my smothered burrito but I hadn't told her what I wanted on it. She was just piling on the fillings, then turn to ask what type of meat I wanted. I let her know I didn't want that type of rice or beans and she remade it for me. I'll give her this she was quick with it. Now the food... it was trash! The rice in the burrito and the side of rice that comes with it were undercooked. Speaking of, why are they piling rice on a burrito and making it the side that comes with it? So here I am 1st bite crunching on my rice trying to find the beans, sour cream, chicken heck anything. Once I did I was under impressed to realize the it was dark meat chicken, like drumstick dark meat. I basically dumped the insides out and ate the queso smothered tortilla for lunch. I was not about to waste $15 lol. The queso was good. It had a nice kick and consistency even once it got cold. Can't rate any of the salsa's or chips because they didn't ask or put them in the bag. I was not a fan. Plain and simple. I had a few bites of my food and left hungry and irritated. The chicken bowl I ordered was WAY too hot for me and nowhere in the description didn't list that it was even remotely spicy. Hot to the point that I couldn't taste anything else. I am a fan of spicy, and maybe if I was in the mod for it it would have been different. But this place has been hyped up SO MUCH, that this being my experience was pretty disappointing. Not Recommended at all. You order one thing and get other. The flavor its not there . You will find more flavor in the frozen ones in Walmart. Complete disappointment. This is the new Chiloso that just opened. I went to the grand opening and was so excited about the opening. The ambiance is cute! I've been here a couple of times since opening and service has always been friendly. Food always fresh. There's plenty of seating inside. Our Chipotle has gone down hill so this is definitely a plus for us. They have custom builds nachos, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, salads, and bowls. I have tried all their meats. All were flavorful, moist, and fresh. The roasted pork is my absolute favorite! It has a VERY Spicy kick to it and I LOVE it! Soo good! They also serve margaritas there as well very yummy! Got a steak and chicken bowl it was absolutely delicious. They don't skimp on the portions the food tastes fresh and is very moist the margaritas were equally as good as the food. The staff was friendly it was my first time there they answered all of the questions I had and never once rushed.
