Delicious food! Fantastic service! We ate on the patio and it was very nice. Prices were pretty good too--not overpriced.

Coming into the restaurant you are seated and given menus and silverware. There is old school Mexican decor and the tables and chairs are beautiful. I ordered the ribeye steak and my husband ordered the mixed fajitas. The beans and rice were okay and the fajitas were okay. The tortillas were also okay. The steak was very delicious and the vegetables and fries were perfect. I got a mixed drink called liquid marijuana it wasn't too sweet or too strong.

We went here during lunch time on a Friday. The prices were very reasonable and affordable. The service was very good. I ordered the taco salad for $12 dollars while my wife got the seafood enchilada. They did give us a lot of chips and salsa which bad my stomach very bloated. I ended up being full during the entire day and night. Food was decent. The atmosphere was great as well. If you are paying through credit credit, they make you scan a QR code and you enter the credit card information. Not so sure if it is more convenient or not. Anyways I would not mind coming back here again.

Update: Thank you for the good customer service and delicious food! I got to eat again after coming back to spend the time with the family here in Forney. Missed the restaurant after a year away got to eat good food here. My parents, sister, brother in-law, nieces and nephew enjoyed the food. You need to try the tortilla soup with cheese and veggies one of my favorites. We had one cup tortilla soup, one bowl tortilla soup, quesadilla de queso y chicken with cream cheese and Guacamole and tacos with rice and beans. Thank you for the amazing food! Gracias Eduardo por el bueno servicio.

They was amazing as well and fresh

Taco plate Carne Asada and barbacoa with rice and Beans

My husband and I visited for dinner. I ordered the taco plate carne asada and barbacoa with rice and beans. The meat was flavorful, yet VERY OILY. The rice (very oily) and beans were alright. My husband ordered the chicken flautas. The chicken was dry with no flavor. He drenched it with guac and sour cream for some flavor. $40 with tip for two plates. The service was decent. Just your average server taking your order. The ambience was eh.. It felt very dirty inside. Crumbs everywhere.. One thing that really got me is the restroom. It's beyond FILTHY! After I "tried" to use the bathroom I wanted to vomit.

    #5 combo

Had dinner there Thur night, the marg's and the #5 combo was pure heaven! Can't beat their refried beans, truly addicting. The 2 enchiladas and 1 tamale are the perfect entree along with a generous scoop of brown rice. Have been here before, our server Martin was great. Just like Arnold said, "I'll be back"

Wasn't too impressed with this place but didn't really expect much. This Mexican restaurant is average, not terrible but definitely not the best I've had. To start I ordered take out and when picking up the order the hostess was not welcoming at all. She barely said anything and when she did it was with a bit of attitude. I got the beef fajitas and subbed the beans for extra rice. As you can see from the photo they gave me all onions and maybe two bell peppers which was disappointing. The steak was tough and dry making it hard to bite into the fajita without taking a whole piece out. The rice was also dry and tasteless. Id be willing to give this place another shot but wouldn't order the fajitas again.

Ordered the fajita quesadillas and the Sangria SWirl Margarita. The service was prompt and I had a short wait between the time I ordered and my food arrived. The quesadillas were ok, but could have used a slight bit more season the meat. The margarita was pretty decent as well. Not the strongest I've had, but it didn't feel watered down.

Absolutely the worst Mexican food I ever had. The enchiladas has a terrible sauce and the tacos we ground dried out beef.

Our waitress was outstanding as she took care of us. I am not so sure if there were more, but she was handling quite a bit of tables. She gave us samples of each of the sauces and even the boom boom one. Please note it is a dollar extra for the sauce. I ended up ordering the taco salad. It is not your typical that you see however as there is not taco bowl, but a substitute for the strips. They use fresh vegetables and nothing looked expired. In fact it looked just like the photo on the menu. We got a lot of chips and salsa and our waitress asked if we wanted chips to go and we thought she was going to give us a box to put the chips, but nope it ended up being a bag. Beef was not dry and quite juicy. Our waitress was so good that I tipped her 30% for doing over and beyond.

I'm not sure if it was just a bad day to come here or what, but the fact that it was so busy did not match the experience that we had. Although the drinks we got were ok, the tajin rim on my cucumber margarita was barely existent. It was maybe a few flecks of tajin. Then when our food came out, the rice looked completely bland. Jasmine rice with zero flavor is certainly an interesting choice for a Mexican food restaurant. We ordered queso and it just tasted like melted down velveeta with some tomatoes in it. By the time the queso came out, we were out of chips. Instead of bringing us more, we had to ask our server several times for some. Felt out of the ordinary for a restaurant as typically they'll just bring you more chips? The tomatillo sauce was very good on the enchilada, but that was about the most flavor of the entire night. I don't know that I would recommend this place to anyone... just drive 1 minute up the road to Manny's! To top it off, the whole vibe of the place feels weird. Extremely upscale on the outside, but as soon as you walk in it's just odd. Additionally, two enchilada plates and queso with two margaritas came out to $80. This was extremely expensive for the quality of food that we received.

Flautas were great and the grilled avocado and my steak chimichurri were amazing. Something they do that really separates the restaurant from the rest is hot food hot on hot plates.
