The staff is very knowledgeable, greet you with a hello as soon as you walk in the door, and are more than willing to help you find exactly what you didn't know you were looking for! There were large classrooms on site, and had several instructors helping people create their projects while we were there. It was aweful. I threw those pictures away and went to Mail Plus to have them do the pictures instead. They could not have been nicer. They had the right equipment and kept taking pictures and showing them to me until there was one I liked, and we used that one. I was in the store one time where they offered to drive one of their elderly customers home because she just had a medical procedure and was a little unsteady. They are wonderful!
