I went in for a microneedling facial, at the wrong office because that staff member did not clarify which location she booked me into. I sent an email with no response. I discussed my concerns, and then dermal filler was pushed which is a much more profitable for the business, this was my first time, and I am from out of town, I was charged $2500 for 3 units of filler but with discounted codes charged $2300, keep in mind I wanted microneedling. I was overwhelmed and I had 2 different staff members to push dermal filler. I offered 2 free samples for after care and I was not told the truth about the pain of the procedure or the detailed aftercare. *READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE* I would've wanted someone to warn me... I'm honestly so disappointed. I'm 27 years old, first time getting Botox & they wanted to put 110 units on my face for $1700 (They added in skincare products that I didn't ask for -an extra 300) I don't need all of that. SCAM. I told them 3x that my budget was $400 & that I don't want that much done, especially on my first time. I don't need much..The receptionist thought that she was a nurse practitioner & told us that they're prices and amount of units are normal. SCAM. They're not. (Google it) Not even close. My best friend who came with me (that is the same age as me and her skin looks great) gets her forehead done in Tennessee for $300 (20 units). I'm aware that Tennessee is cheaper but if you look at averages online this estimate is way beyond. They were selling Botox, like it was filler. They were very sketchy and took forever for pricing. They left us in the room for 30 minutes while discussing pricing.. this is also not normal. They tried to get us to sign up for a membership to get "cheaper prices" even though they were aware that we live in LA. Nobody I know gets 110 units of Botox even an older woman. I don't usually write reviews. But I feel like people should know before it turns into an awkward/uncomfortable experience like mine. I'm in my late 30's and I usually get Botox or Juvederm quarterly. I know pricing and I know units. I typically pay around $300-$400. They had a sale $3.50 per unit of Juvederm. Great price! To my surprise when they were going to charge me almost $700 for my service I about hit the floor! Nobody on this planet needs almost 200 UNITS of anything shot into their face. I literally just walked out. There's was no way I was going to let some one juice me up that much! My head would pop off and just roll around on the floor. I went to them when they first opened 3 years ago & wanted to buy a Groupon, they said they would match the price instead of me buying one. I ended up paying more than the Groupon. I let it go since they just opened & were desperate for customer s. Today I drove 3:30 hour round trip for my appointment for a Juvederm lip injections. In the consultation Natalie asked me some health questions & I have no issues, don't even take any medications. She asked if I smoked & I said yes. She then told me that they don't do the procedure on smokers. She said they would if someone quit 3 months before. I was beyond pissed, for the wait trying to get an appointment, plus the long distance road trip from hell. Folks I've been getting this procedure done for many years & I've never heard anything about not getting it done because someone is a smoker, no else has this policy. Before this rejection, I asked for them to open the Juvederm box in front of me, so I can see if they're giving me what I bought. I wonder if this was an excuse because they didn't have the product or not enough experience to do it I wasted months waiting for nothing to get accomplished. I asked them WHY didn't they ask me about smoking before I showed. Taylor used to text me weekly when they first opened, trying to get me to come back for another lip injection. I am so impressed with the quality of work by Nurse, Afsha. To find someone so meticulous and dedicated to their craft here in Kennesaw, is amazing. I have had lip filler and Botox services here over the summer, which were executed flawlessly. I am now in the middle of a series of 8 RF laser treatments at chin up, and am very pleased with the progress so far. The pricing is very competitive, and the customer service is outstanding. Buyer Beware the old bait & switch.. this business may not honor their monthly specials. I called to confirm before booking an an appointment to verify that the two products & quantity I wanted qualified for savings according their monthly "special" and was told "yes". I booked the appointment drove over an hour to get there ..they tried to up sell me to spend more money and then was told the two products I came in for did not qualify for the monthly special. Waste of time not to mention gas I will not be returning or recommending this establishment. They also took everything out of my ALLE account before any services were rendered or agreement on the payment as I walked out without any services performed. read more

I debated writing a review but i'm truly amazed at the scam taking place here. Beware of their outrageous pricing. They tried to charge my friends 1700 dollars (they added in 300 skincare that my friend said she wasn't interested in) for her first ever first round of botox and that is completely INSANE. You're not that upscale, you're in Kennasaw, Georgia. Get a grip and stop scamming women that don't know any better.I went in the room with them and I was flabbergasted. We drove an hour and a half out of the way to come here. The girl tried to push a membership and It was already established that none of us lived in ATL. My 53 year old mother didn't even get near this much. I get 20 units in knoxville (skin is amazing after) and I pay $270. I'm aware Tennessee is cheaper but botox should NEVER be over a grand. Only filler. I also want to make it known that I worked at a well established aesthetics place in Miami and ran their marketing. I know how much the product costs and i'm very educated on this topic. Spare me the allergan comment too. I see you all like to hide behind their "recommendations" of course they want you to use a lot. but that doesn't mean you need to.
