When we got home we were delighted to find a large container of soup with dumplings atop which it was written FREE. What a lovely surprise! The family feedback is that the pork is tender and perfectly cooked, and the chicken fried rice is also yummy. I don't eat meat but the family are enjoying the soup. My Mei Fun is delicious. I love that it doesn't have fillers like water chestnuts but instead fresh broccoli. We will definitely order again from China One because the food is good, the customer service and efficiency are excellent, and the location works because I was able to fill up my gas tank, drop off a Goodwill donation, and run into Aldi for a couple of items while it was cooking.

I placed a large order for myself and my coworkers and the delivery was timely and the staff friendly. They also hooked it up with sauces. Everyone else enjoyed their food (egg drop wonton soup, seasame chicken, chicken and garlic sauce, etc). The filling for the crab ragoons was delicious but there could have been more and the exterior was a little tough. The exterior of the egg rolls was also a little tough. Will definitely get the lo mein again and perhaps try some other menu items.

We placed a large order totaling around $90 for ourselves and my brother-in-law's family. When my husband ordered, he specifically asked for 7 duck sauces, which were clearly listed on the receipt. When we picked up the food, we paid and even left a $9 tip. My husband checked the bag before leaving and noticed the duck sauces were missing. When he politely asked for them, the woman at the counter raised her voice and claimed we hadn't been charged--again, despite the receipt showing the charge for 7 duck sauces in black and white. My husband reminded her he had asked for them and even tipped generously, and that if there was an issue, she could simply take it out of the tip. Instead of resolving it calmly, she continued to be loud and disrespectful. It wasn't until the man working there stepped in that she finally handed over the sauces. This was disappointing and unnecessary. My husband is a huge Chinese food lover, and we truly wanted to enjoy a nice meal while visiting family. Instead, we left angry and disappointed. Customer service matters, and this was far from the welcoming experience we hoped for.

I coudl (well actually now I can't) rattle off all the rolls and items we got. I have had a bit of sashimiand sushi in my 45 plus years of international and domestic travel and living in NYC/LI. As well I worked for a Japanese company for 10 years......... this was VERY well done and my top spot in the Sarasota to North Port corridor and thankfully 6 miles from my home..... my wife works a mile away!!!!!! As a restaurant amongst over 150 I have tagged they are also top ranking with me.
