There were plenty of protein options, lots of vegetable and carb choices too, and my husband and I were happy to try and recommend different items to each other. The skewered chicken was my favorite item, while my husband liked the crab rangoon. The staff was bustling around bringing out fresh food and cleaning tables the entire time. We made sure to leave room for dessert, and again there were many pastry items as well as vanilla and chocolate soft serve ice cream. Small pieces meant we could try several treats, my favorite being the sesame ball with red bean paste filling, my husband loved the coconut macaroons, the cream puff was delightful, and the vanilla roll and chocolate cake were okay. My wife and I ate there the other night, June 28th, 2025 and all the food was delicious and hot. There was nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and there was always hot food coming out of the kitchen. They also had a large variety to choose from. We plan on going back again very soon. This review is for dinner time 4/24/23 For a Chinese buffet, I can honestly give them a solid 4/5 stars. Sure the place isn't very clean, but the food wasn't bad! Especially for.. Granger! I'm for southern California, currently out here for work and there's not many Asian restaurants in this area. I didn't eat everything in here, but what I had was actually decent. I'm pretty impressed. Their "teriyaki" skewers was probably one of the best skewers I've had in a long time. There's nothing teriyaki about it, but I like skewers. It's like a 5 spice/ char siu chicken skewer that was quite delicious. For $15.68 (tax included) I'd come back here to eat. There were a few things that I would pass on next time: mussels - bland, likely just steamed and that was it. Maybe I needed some hot sauce or something. Head-on Shrimp: Salty. Good buffet with a vast selection of food. The only thing they should add is srircha! Although, I went to the grocery outlet next door and bought one Staff was very tentative towards us and made sure we were well cared for. Drinks were charged but water was free. Tables were clean and so were plates. The booths had some rips in them but they were still comfortable. The ambiance of this place was very comforting and there was nice decor. Restrooms were up to par and did not disappoint. Not many people when I visited but this seems to be a good place. Would definitely come here again and enjoy their great food, good service, and have a nice time. read more

I enjoyed the space our family had to eat. Not too busy but busy enough to know it's a buffet. Only bad thing was things ran low and it took a bit of a wait for mussels but the seafood pick was good. Out of crab at 6:30pm. Napkins are small and cleaning our hands after pealing shrimp was leaving a small wads of paper all over the table. Wet napkins would be great. A lot of unethical observations seen today. First the waiters clean the tables with the same rag multiple times before they grab new ones. The ice machine seemed to be broken but the waiter proceeded with using his middle finger to try and get the ice cubes out. The few ice cubes that he did manage to get out he didn't hesitate to still serve to his customers with the fountain drink which was really disgusting to see. Then, you can obviously tell that their ice cream machine needs a deep cleaning around the areas that the ice cream comes out. This is not the place that it used to be. The owners/workers are very money driven and will skip corners to get you out and get new people in. At one point my partner who is in her third trimester was shoulder bumped by the waiter who you can tell was obviously in a hurry to get a table clean. No opolgy or empathy whatsoever. I would not recommend this place anyone who is seeking a nice Chinese buffet. I would give a 0 star if I could. read more

Went here to catch up with my niece and had such a pleasant experience here that I had to share. First, the lunch buffet price is super affordable, especially for what you get. The options were good and everything I tried was tasty. I really liked the glass noodles, mushrooms, and chicken with perfectly prepared veggies. They also had yummy dessert options. But the best thing, and number one reason for the high rating, was the excellent customer service! Staff from some of the more spendy restaurants and cafes I've been to could learn a few things on how to treat your customers from the folks running this restaurant. China Buffet has a great selection for everyone in the family. The egg drop soup is very tasty. Chinese buffets have their usual crowd favorites, but they add a few traditional dishes. The only thing I would change is the atmosphere. The restaurant is always full when we come in and the tables sometimes can feel cramped. read more

Terrible! Came here one time and ask them to bring out crab legs that was a part of the buffet and they said they stop bringing them out at 8:00 pm, ok so im back again to try to get some crab again at 5pm this time and only had like six legs in the pan so i took them and waited a half hour and i ask them are they bringing crab out, they said no more, Lol ! I said ok then I'll pay half since you're not producing crab like you say is apart of the buffet. Guy got loud and said go go ! I said ok but quite down, you're making yourself look like a fool in front of your customers. Lol and i was out again. Twice got little crab and was told no crab. Horrible. the worst resturant I have been to in my life. it made me want to cry. As soon as I walked in the door the air hit me, the air was thick, heavy, sweaty, hot, and fishy smelling. (good resturants air is crisp, air conditioned, fresh and light). the lighting was that of a warehouse, overly bright and florescent. When we sat down we were next to three large families with screaming, crying, children stomping around and throwing tantrums. I needed to use the restrooms so I got up and walked by the food. the food was sloppy, sweaty, overcooked, old looking, not covered and way too warm. Nothing looked fresh. there was also a kid sticking his hands in the rice because there were no covers. There was shrimp and noodles on the floor and in other food bins that they did not belong. When I went to use the restroom the feminine sanitary bins were overflowing and not covered..yuck! I did not want to eat after looking at used female products on the floor a couple feet from my face. When I went to wash my hands there was no towels or driers to dry my hands. The staff did nothing wrong but the environment was disgusting! I paying to eat out for the food AND the enviroment, so please take this review into consideration. and please decorate, even if it is candles on the tables and paintings/silks on the walls. read more

This place is filthy, I've never seen a place this dirty!! The bottom of the pitcher they used to give me water had mold build inside the pitcher, the "clean" plates were so dirty that they were stock to each other, my dessert taste fishy.. Terrible experience!!!!!! My baby nephew wanted a high chair with a belt to tie him, they said that they were all broken. Minutes later, he almost fell from the high chair. We went to the food area, there were no crab legs, I asked the waitress if they are going to bring some, and they said yes. I waited 10 minutes, then I approached another two waitresses and they told me 20 minutes for the crab legs. I stayed to check their honesty, and it came out it was a trick, thinking that we weren't going to wait 20 minutes for the crab legs. I went to the restroom, it wasn't clean, and there was no paper towel. The waitress was rude, and kept starring at us while eating. I asked him for a spoon and he said "where is your spoon?" I swear that's exactly what he said. When we left we didn't put a tip for the terrible service, he said "thank you very much" ironically. I replied "you're welcome" and he said "you're very welcome" ironically. We told the manager about that terrible experience, and she acted that she doesn't understand English.
