Their specials are delicious. They have the Mexican Roll and Chicken Yakisoba is my favorite on the specials. $10 can't find that no where these days for that amount food. Service bit on the slow side when we visited last. The chicken was a bit dry that time but most of the time its fresh and good. read more

Hands down the best General tso in town. actual Chicken meat and not battered skin and fat. For me it's Perfect 10-10. Also ordered the spicy garlic Chicken which is now my favorite thing to eat! 10-10 IMO! Wife's Yakisoba is another home run! 10- 10 from both of us. Enjoyed my dinner up at the bar and tried three different rolls and the edamame with spicy sauce on the side. The edamame was basic as you would find in any sushi restaurant, but at Jessie's they serve it with a Mexican style salsa that is perfect and spicy. If you don't like spicy, order it on the side and you can dip the edamame as much as you'd like. Rainbow roll-this roll was basic and mild tasting. Different types of fish with avocado. Tasted really good dipped in Siracha and/or the table side teriyaki. Las vegas Roll-This fried roll hit the spot and was delicious. Crunchy and wet with multiple sauces. Firecracker Roll (special)-My Favorite. Mildly spicy with tuna, jalepeno, avocado, and fried. We enjoyed everything and will return soon ! read more

I love coming to see these beautiful girls when I drive all the way from an exhausting 3 Hour Drive from Seattle into town. Not only is the greeting welcoming. But they always indicate it's open seating. Great service all the time doesn't matter if you come for lunch or in the middle of the day or before they close. The food is always fresh and My Favorite is a miso soup. Everything is delicious here you can't go wrong. read more

Stopped by Jessie's for takeout and was really impressed. Ordered around 6pm and had a full meal ready in about 25 minutes, which was great for dinner rush timing. I got the chicken stir fry and miso soup -- both were delicious. The portions were generous, and the miso soup was honestly one of the best I've had. It was lighter on tofu and seaweed, which I personally loved. Service was friendly and efficient too. Definitely would order from here again! read more

Mine and my boyfriend's first time and definitely going to be back! They had a full house and all the girls were very attentive and made sure you were helped even if we weren't their table! My server gave us lots of suggestions and even let us take our time and did not feel rushed on ordering fast. The place is pretty spendy but the food was delicious. I ordered something over the phone and it ended up not being what I thought I ordered. I called back and spoke with a female employee who decided to argue with me instead of being kind and helpful. I am not a regular customer so the menu was a little confusing. I actually called this little witch (feel free to change the first letter) out on "arguing with me" and told her this is really horrible customer service. She refused to give me her name but told me I could speak with the manager. The Manager called me back which means now she's know which employee it was. The funny part is I ended up liking what I mistakenly ordered. So I suggested to the Manager to teach these girls kindness and they could have said something like, "I'm sorry this happened, maybe you will like it and if you don't, we will do what we can to make it right. In the last two years I told everyone I know this place has the best Sushi in town, but after this experience. "Hell No!!! Now I have a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be going back because the service is so lousy. read more

I love surprises! A coworker told me a story about her daughter celebrating her birthday at Jessie's. She states that she sat at the bar ate her favorite sushi and Jessie carved a swan out of an apple for her birthday dessert. The restaurant is unassuming looking more like a pizza place. What it doesn't have in decor it surpasses in food. My wife ordered the teriyaki chicken and rice. The portions were large and served with a green salad. We ordered three rolls to get a sense of the chef's ability. The presentation was great and the portions filled the plate. We had hot tea and hot sake to drink. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this place and I must say, it was really good. Even though the place was packed, I was seated right away. The customer service was very good. One of the first things I noticed was the cleanliness of the place. It was evident that the management takes pride in maintaining a hygienic environment for their guests. The res. The portions were generous, leaving me satisfied. Despite the hearty servings, the prices were fair, offering excellent value for money. However, I couldn't help but notice that the furniture seemed a bit outdated. While this didn't detract from the overall experience, updating the decor could enhance the ambiance and appeal to a wider audience. Despite this minor downside, I'm already looking forward to my next visit. This has become one of my favorite places in Yakima to have lunch or dinner.
