We were looking for a good take-out option nearby and were drawn by the great reviews. We weren't disappointed. Friendly staff. Very tasty meal overall. The egg drop soup was the best I've ever had. I'm not generally a fan but the soup was rich and flavorful with plenty of substantial egg bits. My husband loved the pork lo mein and I couldn't get enough of the chicken and broccoli. Can only guess eating there is probably even better. Last night I had the special Lo Mein and my BF had the Mongolian Beef. Both came with wonton soup, special fried rice (not that generic pork) and an egg roll (dinner special). The portions here are HUGE. Like, I ate twice last night and had more than enough for lunch. And it was GOOOOOD. The wonton soup has tons of flavor and the actual wonton wasn't chewy like other places. My rice was THE BOMB. They're not skimpy with the proteins. It had a mass amount of shrimp and pork and egg and so tasty. Soooo good. Lo Mein was also legit and full of everything it should have. I tried my bfs beef and it was also AMAZING. Hands down the best Chinese food in all of South Florida! Not only is the food delicious, but everyone who works in this family owned restaurant is amazing. Our first time here and definitely not our last. We live in Broward, Southwest Ranches to be exact and we can only wish any of the Chinese restaurants anywhere around here were half as good. We enjoyed a wonton soup, an order of special fried rice, chicken wings, crab wontons, and for dessert, get ready for this, an insanely delicious order of guava and cheese wontons. After wanting to die from the awful, sorry excuse that calls itself Chinese food in my area, I finally decided to venture out a little further and just suck it up to drive a little further for some better take-out Chinese. I should really say I sacrificed my husband because he's the one who drives to pick up the food when I order LOL. We do not live in Hialeah or Miami Lakes, but after ordering from here a few times, I must say this is our go to place for American style Chinese. We have had the General Tso's chicken, Orange Chicken, Pepper steak, Sweet n sour chicken, special fried rice, egg rolls, and Chinese donuts (nom nom nom!!!). We have never been disappointed. Our chicken always looks like chicken and the Orange and General Tso's comes in huge chunks with a thinner breading. My babies love to eat the huge pieces of fresh broccoli that come on the side.The special fried rice that comes standard with dinner is 5 stars alone (What?! Yes, you got that right, not pork fried rice, SPECIAL fried rice without an up-charge. SOLD!!). Our food is always fresh, done promptly, the prices are great (less than in my area), portions are generous, and the owner is always nice when we call, she sometimes makes jokes that make us laugh, and the service is great. The only gripe I've ever had after about 5 orders is that they didn't include our condensed milk with our donuts a couple of orders ago so we had dry donuts. No bueno, but another time she had included a couple of free dessert won tons after we told her we hadn't tried them but loved the donuts. Free samples?! Unheard of at a Chinese spot, usually at other places, you're getting charged extra for additional sauces! You can't beat that! read more

AMAZING Chinese food!! Right off the highway in Hialeah Gardens, it is heaven sent for me! I love everything about their food: portion size, seasonings, non greasy, etc. I could go on forever. One of the best and only decent Chinese take out/restaurants out here in south Fl. They are hard to find.. I also like that the establishment looks clean and the staff speaks both spanish and english. It is a family owned business and they really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. As many of us, Yelp led me to this particular spot in hopes of finding some good Chinese food. Usually I am used to being greeted and welcomed upon entering small intimate establishments but this was absolutely the worst. Not only was I not greeted, but the lady at the front just seemed to looked down on me since she only said "hello". I arrived around 1:30 so I inquired about the lunch special and she replied with a crude "we don't do lunch specials on the weekends, so we don't have that". I also asked about fried rice and she seemed to have gotten really upset with my question as she responded "what do you think chow mein is"? Confused, I looked at her and decided to ask what kind of noodles do you have. To wrap up my experience the person, it is quite evident that the lady running this establishment is extremely rude and unfriendly. She seems to not take too kind to non-regulars that come in and ask "stupid" questions! To me it doesn't matter how good the food is, if the service is rude and unfriendly, I refuse to take part in patronizing this restaurant. Response to Karen: Thank you for your reply. We are visitors from out of town. We bought two lunch specials. One was Sesame Chicken and the other was Kung Po Chicken. We enjoyed both very much. The lunch special comes with pork fried rice. This is a departure from most other Chinese restaurants around the country where with their lunch special they give what they claim to be is fried rice which is usually a pale imitation of a "regular menu" fr-it's just flavorless rice with coloring. This restaurant serves REAL fried rice. for lunch with meat, egg and onion. I believe it is a very good value. The only corrections I would suggest: the chicken strips in the dishes need to be a bit smaller and more bite size (these recipes required the use of a knife.) In the Kung Po, the peanuts need to be cooked with the dish and not just sprinkled on top at the end of prep (upon our request they redid the dish our preferred way.) Also both dishes were a bit salty. I believe all of these things would be taken care off if you were a repeat customer (and stated your preferences.) read more
