My only disappointment was that the bowl was not larger. The same wonderful feelings came from the butter-steamed broccoli. The broccoli was the perfect consistency. It was not too crunchy, nor was it too soft and limp. The sweet potato Brulé is a sweet purée of sweet potatoes with cinnamon, butter, nutmeg, vanilla and a dash of clove (I think). Did I say butter?
