Sadly, I had to travel on Christmas Day back home from Tennessee and there was not anything open except for China Cuisine. I must admit, I judged the book by its cover, thinking the food would be awful after seeing the exterior and interior of the restaurant and the very sad looking buffet. But...my takeout was actually quite fabulous! My family and I tried multiple things, I had the General Tso's Chicken with fried rice. My husband had the Beijing Beef with noodles and my kids had the Sweet and Sour Chicken. All of it was better than I've tried almost anywhere. I couldn't decide what I liked most, the rice or the noodles. They tasted very fresh and well-seasoned, without too much salt. My chicken had just the perfect amount of crunch and my husband's Beijing beef had a good variety of meat and veggies. I really wish this place was in my neighborhood, because I would make it one of my go-to spots. Give it a try if you're ever driving by. And just a tip, get the small entrees, because the regular/large are enough for three to four people. read more

The food was very good. The establishment can use a face lift. I like a bright and polished environment. It helps give you that, I'm glad I left home feeling. The service was fair, no one always in your face. The personnel were attentive. I agree with the prior review, the place appeared cleaned, but you can't help looking for something. :-) The silverware was clean...I did inspect them. Just a feeling I had. This was my first visit. As I said, the food was great, next time I think I will call ahead for take out. The buffet is the main attraction, but you do have the option to order from their lengthy menu. Takeout menus are available. If your in the area, or just haven't tried them; its well worth a stop. I would recommend China Cusine to anyone. read more

This Chinese Buffet seems to be the locals favorite as it has been around longest and had come recommended, so I tried it even tho my first experience was a good one at Yang's which is a newer buffet in Atlanta, TX just down the street. The food was good in general and a stand out was the fried cream cheese jalepenos even tho not a Chinese standard. I liked their use of seared onions, fresh tasting green peppers throughout their dishes. I don't comment on any of the dishes because they were all decent but nothing stood out. My issue with is what happened after eating at China Cuisine (a title so generic I found myself wanting to skip it as soon as I learned of it). They must use MSG and perhaps other artificial fillers in the food because my wife had an allergic reaction and I've never seen this happen to her ever in the 5 years and countless restaurants we've eaten at together. Her cheeks became extra rosie and her face seemed to swell up over the next few hours. I felt this swelling happened inside my belly as time went on and it was quite uncomfortable for hours. I ate a full plate and went back for seconds to a half full plate and had a small amount of dessert which is the normal amount I generally eat at Chinese buffets. All that aside, the people running CC were friendly and seemed to be happy and that does count for something in my book. If this wasn't the case I would have given 2 stars. Very good, and this is coming from a teenager (very picky eater). The vegetables are nice, have just the right amount of flavor, and are fresh and crisp. The staff are very friendly and keep your drinks filled, your table cleared of dishes, and you are checked on regularly. It is a small little buffet. Very quaint and cozy place. Please go and visit, you wont regret it. Very cheap, for three people it only cost 25$. read more

We eat there a lot. Great prices and the food is consistently good. Sunday is all you can eat crab legs on the buffet. The only downside to that is that there is never enough. They only bring out a few at a time and they are usually gone before you have a chance to get any. Love to get quick dinners to go. Would recommend. read more

I come here with my Mom almost every single time I am up to visit. This is a regular old converted Pizza Hut turned into a Chinese Buffet. There is no menu, only buffet. Although the place seems clean, for some reason, I can't shake that "grungy joint" feeling when I'm here. That's OK. This kind of place is best when they are a little grungy feeling. The people who work here are really nice. They keep our drinks filled for us. The food is pretty darned good, too. Especially good are the Salt and Pepper chicken and the green beans. Love the green beans. There is a wide selection and items change as some foods become unavailable, like the green beans. The standards, General Tso's chicken and sweet and sour are always avaialble. They have two soup options every night as well. I have seen that they are attempting to have sushi, but when I look at it, sad and dried up, I kind of cringe. They have some fruit and pudding options for dessert as well as serve yourself icecream and almond cookies, which are my faves. read more
