After multiple visits to China Express, I can say we have been very pleased with the quality and selection. The menu is mostly Americanized classic Chinese with a few more traditional dishes. The main dishes are made with fresh vegetables. The only issue has been constant over-breading on any deep fried chicken such as orange or General Tso's chicken. Been several times. Last time I received spaghetti noodles with soy sauce and a couple of very tough shrimp. Which was not typical. My order of fried wonton were underfilled tough and very stale tasting, the sauce even tasted more sour than ever. Very disappointed the portion sizes were smaller than usual as well read more

The food was excellent and very well priced. Love this place, my son is a very picky eater and the plain lo mein is his go to every time.

We have lived in Fayetteville for just over a year, and we have been to this China Express probably 8-9 times now, and we really have grown to love it. There's been a few orders we weren't crazy about, but we've found what we like and have a good experience every time. I do wish they had classic crab Rangoon, as they only have cheese wontons. We have never dined in, only called for pickup, but our phone service has always been nice. We will continue to choose China Express over the other local Chinese restaurants. read more

Small family restaurant with big city flavor. Don't be miss lead by the basic appearance. The food is hot and fresh. I was in town for a couple of days , and made this place my go to spot for lunch and dinner. Large menu selection and they know how to really use a wok. A friendly family experience. China Express seems to have the market cornered as far as Chinese food in Fayetteville, Tennessee. They are located in a strip mall that has seen better days and honestly, the interior of this establishment could benefit from a remodel, but service is friendly and the food is not bad, and I can honestly say that since it is the only Chinese restaurant in Fayetteville, it has the distinction of being the best Chinese restaurant in Fayetteville (though a pessimist can argue that it could also be the worse Chinese in town). I have eaten here several times and while never blown away by the taste, I have returned several times when business brings me to Fayetteville. If you find yourself in Fayetteville and are craving Chinese, give them a try. read more

Wow. We ate here probably a couple of years ago and we weren't too hoppy with their food. Today we ate there, and it was awesome. Got the general tso's chicken, fried rice, and the spicy cabbage. We like spicy and requested extra spicy, and they lit us up the way we wanted. We kinda like the food to bite back a little. We requested extra spicy on all items and they understood exactly what we wanted. Glad their cooking has improved so much. This is another restaurant we will definitely go back to. Use to go here a lot but I personally want the cook to have on a hat or something. Also not talking on phone or making change then working with food and not washing hands. I live for this place. They serve the biggest proportions and anytime I crave Chinese food I know I need a dinner combo sesame chicken with white rice and egg roll and freeeee iced tea! They are always super quick and super friendly! My 3 year old always tears the food up here without having to be reminded to eat. We also always share the dinner/lunch combo. read more
