I really enjoy Chinese food And have ate at every other place in town before finding them. The food is very authentic and made by the owner herself with a lot of care and she really takes pride in what she cooks. It's so good that I have not went to any of the other places in town the last couple of years since finding them. There is no comparison in the quality and authenticity of the food here in my opinion. Save your time and money and go eat somewhere else. This place has got to be the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten.

I like this place since it's more of a homecooked meal and comfort food. I see other reviews which are complaining that it's not like normal takeout or Panda Express - they are right, it's not that type of place. You will not get fried slop with sugary sauces here. The food tastes fresh and how real food should. The food tastes like something your mom would make in the kitchen and that's great. They have Asian offerings that are not available elsewhere in Bismarck, like their steamed buns. Their tempura shrimp is always excellent with a nice crunch and sauce to go with it. Portions are plentiful and always filling. The owners are always pleasant and kind. They've been nice and generous to me every time, regardless of the time I come in to get takeout. Service is always top notch. The location is extremely clean and spotless. Love the Chinese music playing in the background. I will need to try the hot pot one day when my family comes into town. Anyways, I am glad they exist as they give something different than the usual old boring fare around Bismarck. read more

Best Chinese food I have had in a long time, It was flavorful and homemade, the people who work there are the owners and they are so kind and helpful, the ambiance was very unassuming like any small business, but it was very welcoming. if I could rate it higher I would, I also recommend the fried dumplings and the eggrolls so much, also the fully homemade orange chicken and if you like spicy things i would recommend the Mongolian pork, it is amazing. read more

Wow!! We finally made it over here and we're NOT disappointed!! We did the Hot Pot and it was so delicious! The proteins and veggies were fresh and delicious! I love they have a spicy and no spicy broth. The service/owners were very friendly and made the evening feel like sitting with good friends! They were attentive but not intrusive. Thought we'd give it a whirl. Probably the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Food had been sitting in catering pans for probably too long. Chicken was very very overcooked. China Food Perfect is one of the best Chinese places in Bismarck. As a Chinese person they're food is the closest to authentic this city has to offer. They still have that American twist but their flavors are closer to the food I'm used too. Most other Chinese places here only offer deep fried garbage but this place is different. I've gotten the orange chicken, Mongolian pork, fried rice, and cream cheese wontons. They've all been good. I've also had a Thai tea boba and the tapioca was fresh and chewy. It's like Panda Express but fresh and served with a side of love (ahhh...). The Orange Chicken was absolutely moist and delicious, the sauce was great. The Teriyaki chicken was incredible. I enjoyed the egg roll, and the BBQ Pork Bun was ok, but not my fav. I should have went with the dumplings instead. Disgusting. Definitely not perfect. I love Chinese food and this place was literally the grossest I've ever had. The food was overcooked, off color and tasted terrible. The sweet and sour chicken they had out was a disgusting brown color but the side of sauce was the normal bright red color? Tasted like pure salt, and the spicy chicken tasted like straight hot sauce-no flavor, just spice. We ate in the building and it was super awkward. Picked up large orders of Cream Cheese Wontons, Fried Pork Dumplings, & a quart of house-made Kimchi to cater a Tiki Party. The orders included generous amounts of sauces & plenty of Fortune Cookies. The owner/operator who waited on me was attentive, helpful, & friendly. The apps were delicious & a hit. The wontons were generous filled, perfectly seasoned, & crispy. This place just opened up, so we thought we'd give it a try. I hate to admit it, but this was by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. We ordered beef broccoli, kung poa chicken, fried rice, lol mein, mystery pork dish, wantons, and egg roll. My husband picked it up and when I opened the containers I was like, "What is this?" NOTHING had sauce. It was so gross and quite frankly bizarre. I never thought anyone could screw up fried rice or lo mein, but I was so wrong. Worst Chinese food we've ever had. Ordered orange chicken, and this was more like broiled chicken. Even the chow mein noodles were bland. Putting soy sauce on everything still didn't give it any flavor. Also had Kung Pow chicken, more like broiled bland chicken bits with no flavor. Even the colors of the food looked pale and gross. This is not the place to go if you want greasy midnight Chinese food. You go here if you want Chinese food that is closer to authentic. You definitely go here for the Chinese Pancakes! They are crisp on the outside and filled with goodness in the middle! Also, do yourself a favor and get the bubble tea, delicious! The food was horrible the rice tasted like minute rice. The meat was terrible as well it almost tasted like fish. Would not recommend.

For someone who loves Chinese food, I was not impressed. I am definitely disappointed. I will not be going back.
