This is a pretty good place, as far as I know there is no seating on the inside, and it's not much of a restaurant, as much as a storefront where you come in and out. When I first went their I doubted that the food wasn't frozen (it didn't taste bad, I just didn't know if they made it in house) but after going there a couple times I found a bit of evidence to support that they make the stuff their. The service isn't very personal, I've been there about five times (all in person) and I don't know anyone's names, or see many regular cashiers. Food is good which is the reason for the 2 stars. However the staff frequently make mistakes when packaging orders and absolutely refuse to correct their mistake. For example we always place large orders usually anywhere from $80-120 not including the driver tip $10-25 depending on how much we order. This last order we ordered peper steak, beef and broccoli just 2 of the items when we got the order instead of pepper steak we got spare ribs and instead of the beef and broccoli we got something red. Immediately we called to ask them to correct the order and offered to save the wrong items and send them back however they refused. They only offered for us to pay for the correction of the order and keep the wrong order. So essentially they wanted me to pay for the original order they messed up then pay them again to correct mess up. To me that's just bad business when a mistake is made own it, correct it at your cost not the customers. read more

Everything here was great! We got hot & sour soup, sweet and sour chicken, gen tau chicken, lo mein noodles, fried dumplings & egg rolls. The large portions were quite large and tasty. Thre got & sour soup was fiery and gingery. Well brewed back next time we're in Steubenville! read more

Average Chinese food. The fried pork dumplings were barely seared. Very gummy. Needed to be cooked longer. Crab Rangoon's had no grab to see or taste (oh well). General Tso's was good. By no means the best but good. Typical portion size. Smaller individual pieces of chicken that were nicely cooked. Would order somewhere else next time. Tiny mom and pop place with amazing food. I've been a happy customer for over a decade

I understand that everyone is working hard and trying to deal with all that is going on. That is why after the first time I didn't say anything. But I just can't let it go again. This food was awful. I ordered the Dragon & Phoenix. Among other things, which were all bad. But I could not even eat it. The chicken part was so dry and crunchy and I couldn't even find the shrimp, it was huge battered pieces that were supposed to have shrimp in there but if there was it was so over cooked that I didn't even taste it. I do not feel good about leaving such a bad review but it was just that bad that I don't want anyone else to throw their money away. read more

Very unhappy with my delivery experience. Placed am order at 9:00 and it is now 10:15 and I just called and they said they have to wait for the delivery driver to get back to pick up my food and bring it to me. Will not be eating here again. read more

Really good for the area as far as delivery goes (for sit-down, go to Hunan or Sesame Grille in Steubenville, or Dragon Palace in Weirton). It's all typical American Chinese food and frankly the best Chinese food delivery available here. read more

absolutely TERRIBLE. waited about an hour & a half for my food. i live 6 minutes away however had my child asleep & didn't want to cook. i call at about 48 minutes, was hung up on the first time, then was given an attitude the second. she told me my food had been done they were just waiting on a driver & it would around 20 minutes. the food got here, i only got 1 egg roll & 1 crab rangoon when on the website i ordered two. it also says my total is 18 but when i ordered online it came to 30 bucks, tip included. the delivery driver even said they were messing up a bunch tonight. if i could rate this place no stars, i would. ‍ read more

YOU'VE BEEN WARNED... #1 - My first order had hair and pieces of tinfoil embedded in the chicken. They demanded I bring it back to "prove it", so I did. They reluctantly gave me a refund. There was also barely any shrimp in the lo mein, and the General Tso's chicken was terrible! (Small, hard pieces with a very bland flavor.) #2 - I reported them to the city health department, but did not file an official "report" - I should have!!! I just became busy and didn't bother... This is just the cheapest chinese food you can get "quality wise". This place is the biggest joke for a restaurant I have ever seen. They need to buy a new printer because it is hit or miss wether they get your order or not. It is ALWAYS a problem where they call you for random questions. Great food. Im not a huge fan of Chinese food but I can order from here any day. The only down side is the ordering process. It may take a few employee transfers on the phone but they do eventually get the order right and the food comes quick (after ordering) and is delicious. read more

The food is edible, I actually like a couple of their offerings. I've been a customer of this place for a fairly long time. I've decided to give a score of 2* because of what happened to me last night leading into today. Last night, I ordered 2 noodle dishes. One was a lo mein, the other was a mei fun. I consequently recieved 2 lo mein dish. That was fine. I called the restaurant and tried to have my issue addressed. The night person said they would replace my meal but just not at that time because it was half an hour before they closed. Fast forward to this afternoon...I called this restaurant to redeem my replacement meal around 530 this evening. I was informed by what sounded like the lady who offered this "coupon" that I couldn't have this delivered unless my order exceeded the 15 dollar cutoff. I really like Chinese food, but not enough that I wanted to eat it for the past 5 meals, but the lady on the phone was unrelenting. So I tried to get confirmation of what she proposed, I asked, so if I order the mei fun (the replacement meal) at 8 bucks a plate, and I ordered some combination dinner for 7 bucks a plate that would equal the minimum 15 dollar order placement. The lady corrected me and clarified that the price of the replacement meal does not count towards the minimum 15 dollar order placement. This means that I would effectively be ordering another 3 meals. WOW that was a really long arguement about why this restaurant only barely deserves a score of 2*. I apologize, but this sort of customer service has been flat and unremarkable ever since I started first ordering from here, suddenly this whole situation has me all pissy because most of that food will probably be wasted. I just hate throwing money away. Anybody feel like Chinese food tonight? read more
