They are under new management from New China Restaurant in Tulare, which is already my favorite Chinese restaurant, so I knew I had to give them a try. And they did not disappoint! The food was absolutely wonderful, and the service was just as amazing. The cook, Tony, and our waitress, Callie, were two of the nicest people I have ever met. They made me feel so welcome and truly made my dining experience special. Thank you so much, Tony and Callie, for making my experience at Mandarin House such a wonderful one. I will definitely be making the drive from Visalia to Exeter whenever I'm craving Chinese food--which will probably be a few times a month! the mango chicken is to die for!!
