Not sure why this place has such a low rating. I noticed some of the ratings are from 5-6 years ago and had to do with wait time. There were some reviews about the food being less than mediocre. Of note: I called for pick up and the food was ready in 20 minutes. Here's my experience. For a Chinese American takeout, this place is a solid 3.5 stars. We always order the fried chicken wings, shrimp fried rice and combination lomein so my rating is based on these foods only. The chicken is crispy and juicy. The lomein has great flavor and they give you plenty of it. The fried rice was a tad bland but a little soy sauce went a long way. Came here for a quick dinner and alas I wish I didn't. The service is just meh and it's very dark inside. I was ordering for me and my brother and lady didn't ring up this order. I was paying with cash (since they charge a dollar fee on ALL cards no matter the amount). I then had to run back to the card to grab some more cash. While they were making other meals I noticed they didn't use gloves when touching battered food. I'm not sure if that's sanitary but it definitely turned me off. Once I got home I had the wanton soup which had very little wantons in it. I counted four pieces in total. The wantons themselves were tasty though. My brother liked the General Tso's chicken he got. I got the General Tso's shrimp. It was way too saucy and syrupy-like. There was barely any broccoli in there plus the shrimp was so dried out once I bit into it. I didn't even think it would have been fried so that was a disappointment. I don't think I'd come back since there are a plenty of Chinese restaurants in the area. read more

I don't like their "Wonton Soup, Fried Wontons, Chinese Pizza and the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce" was just ok! I do like their General Tso Shrimp, Coconut Shrimp, Chicken LoMein and Shrimp LoMein! Their prices are very reasonable too! read more

I placed my phone order for delivery at 5:42 pm and the delivery person showed up at 9:10 pm. My order came over 3 hours later. After a hour in a half of waiting for my food, I tried to call several times to find out the status. The restaurant had their answering machine on so you could not speak to anyone. When the delivery guy came to my house he walked up and said we are really busy. I refused the order because I ended up ordering from another Chinese restaurant. It is TOTALLY unprofessional to have your answering machine on during operational hours. The restaurant should have given me a courtesy call letting me know the status of my order. This is the first and last time I will order from this cracker jack Chinese Restaurant. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!! #totallydisappointed read more

I'm done with this place! All these posts from the last few months and no mentioned that the menu price in the store AND online are significantly lower than what they charge you! EVERYTHING is upcharge at least a dollar. $5-$7 more than any other Chinese restaurant in town. This is the 2nd time in a month I checked this dude, I said, why is the receipt higher than the menus? Just take a free 2 liter he says? I ordered a quart of wonton I swear it has 8 wontons in it, it's all broth!? I added chives because there were none. I love this place. I wish ratings could go up to 10. The food is so delicious. The experience is ok, but waiting for your food makes it better. My food was ready so quick and easy and I loved how the ambiance was. The atmosphere is a little depressing because there werent many people working there but it was still nice. this place needs to be recognized way more. read more

We had ordered from this place several times in m the past and the food was typically okay. Chicken items were always good but the friend rice is dry. The last time we ordered they messed up several aspects of the order, food arrived only warm not hot, and the delivery literally took 1 & 1/2 hours. We could have watched an entire movie in between the time we ordered and the time or arrived. The delivery guy was apologetic bit we live 5 minutes away and I honestly regret not picking it up. I tried it the first time it was ok not bad. I called the next time and I didn't get a greeting on the other line I thought I dialed the wrong number. Nonetheless I place my order for 2 sesame Chickens with white rice and a few egg rolls. To my surprise when I picked up the food she automatically charged me for the quart size! I wasted my money. I ordered chicken noodle soup and got a water version of chicken and rice. I tried to push pass the appearance and taste because my throat hurt and I needed the broth or should I say hot water. They really need to change their rice brand. It was very hard and gritty. The chicken was more like the fat of the bird, yuck. The "pork," veggies, and favor in the dry rice was missing with the exception of a few very small pieces. They got one star because the shrimp and broccoli had decent favor so I was able to mix it to get some down. They lost our business. read more

The food arrived freezing cold, dry, no sauce, and no seasoning at all. Soggy egg rolls and soggy spring rolls. It was so awful. I called to explain all of this to them and all the lady did was make excuses & say no it was just made it's not bad. She wouldn't even apologize until I said "No because, stop making excuses.
