We were in the mood for Asian food and saw the large sign from the road so we decided to stop in for lunch. They weren't very busy. The service was fast and good. The food was so tasty and they gave us a good portion of food. Prices seem to be on par with what you would spend in St Thomas, but it was the lunch menu so it made it more affordable. There was ample parking and it is located across from a touristy area called yacht haven. Good location. read more

I decided to come here as it was close to the tram ride to Paradise Point. This was probably my favorite place to eat at during my stay at St Thomas unexpectedly! I was seated right away by efficient, friendly servers. The place itself was roomy, clean, and well organized. Bathroom was also quite neat. I started off with the chicken wings which were nice and crispy. My main dish was the orange chicken which had the right amount of sweet and spicy, not too much breading and had a good amount of chicken. I ended my meal with the mango smoothie (you have to order and pay for this separately, which was kind of weird and annoying, but worth the effort!). This was probably one of the best mango smoothies I've had in a while! I personally find it really difficult to find mango smoothies that are well done. If you don't want a smoothie, they also have milk and boba teas available. I think going here for the smoothies itself is worth it. Not sure if I'd quite describe this place as a hidden gem given its proximity to several touristy destinations, but I would definitely recommend coming here. Also, if you're Filipino the staff here appear to be all Filipino and many of the customers were also Filipino, which is kind of random. That helped create a nice welcoming atmosphere as well. read more

I don't understand all the good reviews on this food! Each of these dishes were $17/1$18, it's an appetizer side , noodles were the size of my palm and the meat is probably 1 -2 ounces. and absolutely not a main dish. This was a take away order, the sauces weren't sent for these dishes. I also had a pho lunch at the restaurant about 10 days ago, had the beef short rib pho. Meat was just a huge piece of boiled meat. And the pho was tasteless. I have had it a numerous places and I just don't think this is very good. read more

Oh, M, Geeeeeeeee!!!! I am such a sucker for good Chinese food and I am always so picky. I don't think I would have imagined finding the best Chinese food in St. Thomas, but this is darn good food right here!! We ordered a couple of dishes and I was in a spicy mood. It was hot, humid, and the cruise ship peeps had me all agitated. So, I asked for it to be extra spicy and it did not disappoint at all. Super tender sliced beef, exceptionally delicious sauce, and crunchy veggies. Super duper! My girl had chicken and broccoli and it was legit. Same as above. Perfectly tender chicken, crunchy broccoli and sauce was so saucy and perfect! Also got the orange dragon roll and it was okay. Nothing special, but definitely good enough to order again. read more

3.5 stars. I was told on the Islands fried chicken and Chinese food are the most popular foods. So this was my Chinese food experience. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and it wasn't bad. I feel like it was better than your average Chinese place back in the States. It wasn't amazing, not like going to a Chinese restaurant in SF Chinatown or the equivalent, but I wouldn't say no to going back here for a meal. read more

This is the best Chinese food on island, hands down! I've ordered to go here multiple times and have rarely been disappointed. I've eaten the lo mein, chicken and broccoli, general tso and eggplant in garlic sauce, and would recommend them all. If you want Chinese on St Thomas, China King is your best bet. read more

We are here 2 times while staying in St. Thomas. We did take out both times and service was both fast and friendly! We got the orange chicken, general tso, and house chow main the first time and absolutely loved it. The second time we got orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and the house chow main and I didn't care for the teriyaki chicken as much. It wasn't bad, just very saucy and not exactly what I had anticipated. Definitely would recommend if craving Chinese food while in St Thomas. read more

Best on the island! The Vegetarian dishes were amazing. I ordered General Tso's Tofu and the Vegetable Supreme Sushi several times. They forgot to add the sushi in my bag on my last day on the island. I almost cried. I will definitely eat here again if I am in town. read more

I guess I can say that for a place serving Chinese food it was a little lack luster. The rainbow roll was ok and started the meal fine. However, any dish that had broccoli had undercooked broccoli which was crunchy and hard to chew on. The chicken and broccoli didn't hit home quite as good as what I'm used to. The curry chicken was decent. The Mongolian beef was alright as well. My sister got the stir fried seafood noodles, but that tasted a little off. The rice seemed overcooked as well as the side to everything. I can at least compliment the server for being nice and polite, but the food could have been better. China King you remind me of a mediocre date. My experiences with you didn't go badly but they were not that exciting either. You're either super busy because the cruise ships are in port or super dead because they're not here. I really love it when the cruise ships are not here because it's like private dining. Your name also kind of confuses me, I say this because there is something here for everyone as they not only have Chinese food but lots of Japanese sushi, Japanese hibachi, Thai, and good old fried American food. We've had their Mongolian and Kung Pao chicken as well as Szechuan beef with fried rice, they are 10% cheaper and tastier across the street at Great Wall restaurant. Their spicy garlic eggplant is decent, and unfortunately not served at Great Wall. Don't be surprised, an automatic 15% gratuity will be tacked onto your bill. Service is very friendly,efficient and fast to justify the 15% but it's nice for customers to be able to determine what it is they would like to give. I'll definitely be back to this place to give it another shot. There are not a lot of Asian restaurants on this island, let alone reasonably priced food options and I didn't have the opportunity the last two times I was here to try their selection of Sake. read more

My wife and I find ourselves here twice a month at least because of the diverse menu. The rolls are excellent and the right size. Sometimes rolls are so big around that you couldn't possibly fit the bite in your mouth. These are just the right size. The full kitchen menu has the best Chinese food on island. Our favorite is the Mongolian beef with fried rice. Prices are average for the islands and the service is very fast. Not much of a view as you are facing the cruise ships from what looks like an old KFC but parking is great and the food is really good and consistent. We always feel we got a good meal for a fair price here which is rare to find on island. There are no refills on soda as they bring you the 16.9 oz bottle. At least you know what you are getting. We visited St. Thomas on the last day of our cruise and was sick of the mediocre Asian food served on the vessel. The restaurant is located across from Haven Pier where the cruise docks. We ordered pan fried noodles (Steeping $15.95) , roast duck, and calamari and "Special" chow foon noodles. The food was average and the noodles weren't fresh, they were the dried kind. The meal was just OK . The 4 dishes and a round of drinks costs us $85.00 for small portions. read more

Bland, overly Americanized Chinese food. The rice doesn't even stick together! Slow service. Then they hit you with an 18% mandatory tip-- and "round up" to the nearest dollar, forcing you to pay an even HIGHER tip than stated on the menu. When we argued to have it taken off our bill (we tipped separately) they told us it was their standard policy. So by their own admission their standard policy is DISHONESTY. Screw dishonest places like this. read more

Probably the best General Tso's chicken ($14) I've ever had. Nice big chunks of chicken, and not pieces of ????. The sauce was thick, and rich with flavor, and spicy. I ordered a Fanta Orange to drink (came in a plastic bottle), and they brought me a glass of ice with it. And I was eating the ice trying to cool off my mouth from the spicy chicken. It came with white rice, or fried rice. We chose the fried, and it was very good. I also ordered a Wonton soup ($3), and it was great. After I ate the Wontons, I put some of the rice in the soup, and it was delicious. We went around 6pm, but if you go for lunch, they had a lunch menu, which was about $2 cheaper for most meals, than at night. This place is nasty. We were warned by the waiter the water in this estblishment was dirty and they could not serve us tap. When questioned what water they use for the preparation of food, he stated they use special water. Oh okay! Good Chinese food, good service, a decent place to catch a meal. Nothing fancy on the inside or outside, but clean and well maintained. The staff is quick with service and the food was good. This afternoon I had some fried rice in this restaurant. Can not actually say I had it because it was so disgusting I could only have a spoon of it. The waiter asked if there was a problem with food and I told I did not like it because it tasted horrible. It is more disappointing that they did not offer a replacement than the food was disgusting. Although the sushi they make is with a quality of less than average. If you are going to this restaurant expecting a good Asian meal, before you go expect the worst so you don't get disappointed after what you see. read more

This is our favorite Chinese place on the island. Don't be fooled by the outside of the building, the inside is much nicer and very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food is superb. We really love this place, especially after trying others and finding them mediocre (or the other places are always out of things on menu).
