The food is adequate. Typical chinese food. The People working there are the most UNFRIENDLY people I have ever met making this experience so bad. They act like I was bothering them when picking up my order. Not friendly AT ALL. I also have to question whether or not their fried rice is actually fried rice and not just yellow rice with a few peas and carrots tossed in. They also extra charge for the fried noodles that you would normally get free at a sit down place. Unless your super hungry and can't wait to eat, I would find another place. Also not to mention went and picked up my own ordered then the man at the front desk ask "why no tip." This was our first time trying this place and I will definitely never go back. Food is alright, customer service and order accuracy is very much lacking. The woman at the counter seems like the last thing she wants to do in the world is be bothered by customers. i called back because items were incorrect in my order and she went from perfect communication to acting as if she doesnt understand english and pushed it to the point i just gave up and hung up. if youre in a pinch and need chinese theyre alright but otherwise there are better options in the area. Food is always prepared fast! I like to call ahead my order and they tell you about how long it will be until it's ready rather than order there and wait. I have eaten there at least 40 times throughout the past 10+ years and have never had a problem with anything. I enjoy the chicken dishes made with white meat. Sauces on them are very sweet (how I like them). My mom really likes their egg rolls- I think the shrimp ones? If I want Chinese food I go here to China One. I've only been disappointed twice out of many times in their food. But the woman that works the counter is very rude. She snatched the money and instead of handing me my money back in my hand like I gave it to her in hers , she slammed it down on the counter. The meals are pretty good. They're what I'd call standard pick up Chinese you'd find throughout the country. The servings were very large and everything was made to order and nice and hot. Dinner on a busy night will be ready in 10-15 minutes and the family will have leftovers. read more

I have eaten here a number of times in the past few years. The food has always been good. I usually get a lunch combo and eat in. Today I got take out. This is also the first time I got soup; The hot and sour soup is out of this world. The chicken with garlic sauce was good as it always has been at lunch time. My wife's lo mein was also good. The shrimp egg rolls were fresh and not even a little bit greasy like they are at that other place down the road. My order was complete and correct. The woman who runs the place was not rude or anything, she was all business. I have noticed that she is not chatty, but i chalk it up to the language barrier. Stopped by to grab some lunch and take a leak. The bathroom was outstanding! I wasn't sure they had bathrooms, but while waiting for my order I decided to have a look. Sure enough, as I peered over the cold drink machine, I found them. Now it's a single restroom, having only 1 toilet. No urinals. That's fine for me, because they had a lock on the door! Sweet relief. They also get a plus for having hand towels! They didn't even have a dryer. Fuck dryers. Call me old school, but I like using the hand towels. They're way more efficient in my opinion. It was clean as a whistle. I was a bit concerned about the toilet paper sitch...but there was a fresh roll on top of the toilet. So that's good. All in all, a pleasant surprise considering I wasn't sure they had a restroom to begin with! Total recommend. -x read more

We have enjoyed so much buying food here the last 11 years we have lived in Dover. Always have plenty left over even after eating as a family. I enjoy the Steamed Dumplings, my son always used to like Crab Claws and for the family dish it is always a toss up, we like other than the mainstay General Tsao Chicken, the Happy Family, Seafood Delight, Sitchuan Bean Curd, Egg Plant Dish. Have even brought friends visiting from Papua and Daniel Alexander having been in Surabaya where lots of Chinese food is cooked, Europe and even Philly found the food good. Many people in the ratings ranked the lady who served as being curt. She could cook anything quickly. However I find it endearing like when you go into a diner and have an Aunty with an attitude serving. Because of comments she was smiling so people do check out these comments but... When i first walked in i noticed the dirty floor right away. Not clean at all. I ordered $54 worth of food from lo mein to several meals. My sweet and sour chicken was really gross. Probably old and frozen. Lo Mein was not good. Tasted old. Bottom line is these people aren't concerned with how food tastes. They are only concerned about selling food. I'll never come back. This used to be my absolutely favorite spot to eat. Lately, as in the last two or three years, the people working behind the counter have not been nearly as nice to the customers as they used to be. It seems that the lady is always on her phone and gets all the orders wrong every time I go in because she's not paying attention, then I have to sit there longer and wait for her to make extra food. If they would just put down their phones and pay attention to their customers and smile once in awhile, it would be the best place around to eat. Ok, I need to write a review on this place! I live in Dover and have ordered here many times as I love their Hot & Sour soup-extra spicey. When I call my order in it's usually a women that takes my order and she is very quirt and hangs up the phone before you can finish your last word! Ok ....all that aside, I would always order 2 qts of this soup, which I love at this place. Several times my order would not be right and I would have to go back to get it fixed! Anyway, today I wanted some of their soup and when I called my order in for 2 qts, She freaking hung up on me while I was asking her a question! I was so mad and called her back and told her she was rude, she didn't even say thank you and hung up on me while I was asking her how long would it be to pick up my order! This middle-age lady usually always works there and takes phone orders. Since I do live in Dover, this was my go to Chinese place to order. I have tolerated her rudeness many times, but today she was exp rude! I told her that and to cancel my order! I told her she should treat her customers better and smile on occasion when picking up an order! I loved their Hot & Sour soup but to be honest there are a lot of other Chinese places in this area and now I will be looking for a new Hot & Sour place to order! It's a shame a business has to be so rude, exp since there are so many other compeditors out there that would love your business! I've ate there food since the place opened, I stopped going a few months ago due to them failing there health inspection. I read thru the other reviews and will agree, the owner does not smile and does not put down her cell phone. The children are very pleasant when they are there but since they are now in college that isn't much. The food quality has gone down, What once was fresh and crisp is now not much better than you'll get at a all you can eat restaurant. They also lack when it comes to the main ingredient if something is shrimp you won't find many in the dish if its pork the same goes. I wish they would rethink and do a total cleaning and update the store it's exactly as it opened over 10 years ago. My order is never less than $60.00 so I'm not nickel and diming with my comments also consider the fact that there seems to be one reply from the woman's son 3 years ago so they don't seem concerned about reviews. read more

The foods alright when they give you what you actually ordered. I called in today and asked for a small order of chicken & mixed vegetables and she said "okay 15 minutes" then hung up. I pick up my food and get home and she had just assumed I wanted the lunch special and that I wanted chicken fried rice as well (any other time I've gotten food from here they give me white rice.) This has happened before, I order one size of something and they give me whatever size they damn well please. The woman that runs this place was extremely rude and this was not the first time. I asked her how she was and she ignored me. When I told her what I would like she kept saying "yep". I got 3 "yeps" and only got two of the things I ordered. At this point when I left, I was so angry for the way I was treated, I didn't say anything and I walked out. I've eaten here fairly often and the food is never a disappointment. Fast, tasty, and reliable. I usually get the Singapore Chow Mai Fun, and the curry flavor is pleasantly spicy but never overpowering. The egg rolls and crab rangoon also please. One of my favorites is the steamed dumplings. The dipping sauce is great, I usually get a side of it to splash over the Mai Fun. read more
