The servers were promptly and attentive. We were provided beverages and a bowl of tasty Wonton Crispies which were addictive! For my meal I selected the Szechuan Tofu with steamed rice and a bowl of Wonton Soup which were delicious but could only eat about half of my plated (thus shall enjoy it tomorrow whilst at work for lunch.) A person who was either the manager or owner came by to check on us and provided boxes (including for what remained of our second-floor serving of Wonton Crispies). We were given the check. Prices are reasonable and I'll gladly pay for quality, particularly for something which will traverse my innards. I recommend this highly if you are in the environs of Westminster, MD and fancy Chinese cuisine. Oh, they have what seems to be a full bar, however I didn't notice a buffet setup.
