I visited China One on June 7, 2026. I ordered Pad Thai Spicy Noodles and Singapore Rice Noodles and several other items. My bill came to over $75.00. My low rating is due to the fact that the chicken in both dishes was sooo dry I could barely chew or swallow the chicken. I ordered extra shrimp, 9 pieces for $3, and that is the only thing that saved the dishes. The shrimp was the only meat portion that was not dry to the bone. You can't complain because the staff is very confrontational to me and mine. The following after noon I warmed up my left-overs in the microwave and sprinkling some water on the chicken pieces and noodles in hopes of softening the chicken so it would be chewable or a little soft so it would hurt my teeth. That did not work at all., the texture of the chicken was rock hard and the meat was a tough dark brown. I had to spit out the chicken due to it being so tough. No I don't wear dentures! The chicken was just that tough. I would not recommend buying anything off the menu that has chicken or beef in it. See attached photos.

I visited here today to try their lunch specials prices which range from $9.55-$9.95 and available from open until 4pm daily. The lunch specials includes fried or steamed rice, plain chow mein, and soup of the day. We decided to order 2 lunch specials to go: 1. L16- Mongolian Beef $9.95 - pretty tasty and good flavors 4.5/5 2. L15- Pepper Steak $9,95 - tender steak filet with green peppers and onions. 4.4/5 We purchased the food To go so it didn't come with soup. I like that they stir fry it in a wok when you order so it's fresh. You can see the chef cooking right there. Inside isn't that big but has ample seats if you opt to dine in. The employee who took our order was friendly and patient. I will definitely be back.

I just moved around the area and was looking for a local Chinese restaurant for takeout. But decided to dine in. Service and ambience is very dull. Most Chinese restaurants offer combo plates. I asked to look at them on the menu and gentleman very bothered answered we don't do that here with no follow up information. Everything is ala cart. As for food, the food is decent. Overall for the price and meal portions and just overall feeling of the place, it just made it very unpleasant to enjoy . Would i come back regularly probably not. If it was my last minute resort maybe . I want to give 3 stars for grace for customer service.

Stopped by on Sunday, 06/23/24 for the first time. I was around the area and wanted to bring home Chinese Food; went on Yelp and found this place to try out. I ordered the following to go: - 1 #82: Taiwan Style Rice Noodle = $10.95 - 1 #84: Shrimp Fried Rice = $9.55 SUBTOTAL: $20.50 TAX = $1.59 TOTAL = $22.09 Wait time was minimal. It was empty when I arrived. Prices are insanely affordable! Meal wasn't too salty which I admired - will definitely add this to my favorites.

Good service, hostess packed our leftovers once we were done eating. Pretty big portion for the Orange Beef that I ordered.

Here's the staple on part of the egg roll that I brought back to the store

Typically I don't post negative reviews and I haven't posted in a few years (good or bad), but this place crossed the line Be careful when you order the egg rolls. I bit into this and it stabbed my cheek. I went back to the restaurant. The workers there were pretty upset with me. They said that it didn't come from their location and nothing like that is ever used. They took the staple and wouldn't give it back. They were really rude and only offered to pay me back for the egg roll (not the meal). They gave me three dollars back. Be warned!!! Needless to say we will never return to this location.

Intoxicating, mouth watering aromas from the kitchen, I am impatient and cannot wait for the dishes to arrive at my table. This is my fifth time coming here alone and with friends. I've never had an issue with the wait or the service. Everything is tip notch and I just absolutely love this restaurant. Today I ordered, the green beans and it's simply the best I've ever had. Just the right amount of salt and garlic, and what a crunch. The hot and sour soup, authentic and better than Chinatown. It's salty, spicy, vinegary, bamboo shoots was crushy too. The roasted duck was spectacular, crunchy skin and flavorful meat. Perfect seasoning. The orange chicken is a must. Crunchy and so so tasty. Every chicken pieces were crunchy and no bad pieces in this batch. This is not your panda Express orange chicken or Panda Inn, this is your Mr Chows Beverly hills orange chicken. The quality is un-matched. I don't know what these noodles are but they are crunch and delicious. I am so satisfied, and I also love the prices too, very good for this quality. It comes with a nice light sweet-and-sour and then a darker duck sauce to pair with fluffy soft boas And the appetizer the mushu was a very delicious that came with like a Wong tortillas to pair with it and it was a very good recommend 10/10 But like I said, give it a try and you decide

Chicken dumplings had a good filling to wrapper ratio, but the filling needed way more seasoning. It just tasted like wet, mushy stuff inside, and drowning the dumpling in chili oil barely helped. And the two fried dishes weren't flavorful either--they weren't dredged very well, so they just tasted like oil. This was especially disappointing for the scallion pancake, since it looked nice...but didn't taste of scallions at all. Overall, really disappointing. I might give it a try at a different location if the opportunity comes up, but with the menu being rather small, I'm not even sure it'd be worth the time.

This place can probably fit 40 people, it's so small. We tried a few items such as their beef roll, wonton with chili sauce, their seven grams xlb, , fried mini buns, noodle with scallion oil sauce, and potato string shrimp. Their seven grams xlb was disappointing, the broth and meat inside didn't have any flavor to it IMO. The mini buns were sweet and heavy, and we split one and didn't touch the rest. The noodle with scallion sauce was just okay...again, not much flavor. I didn't like the potato shrimp at all, too doughy and hard. The beef rolls were just okay to me, again kinda bland without dumping it in shoyu and vinegar). The best dish was their spicy wontons. It had a nice kick to it and we saved the sauce to dump everything else we ate in it lol.

They could have been busy with online orders, but I still felt like it was slow service for being nearly empty inside. They have a self serve sauce bar. It just has soy, soy mixed sauce, chili oil, and black vinegar. I ordered the Wide Hand Pulled Noodles, Green and Onion Pot Stickers, and the Beef Rolls. Wide Hand Pulled noodles were ok. Honestly not much to brag about. I thought the noodles were cooked well but the flavor didn't really stand out to me. I believe it's served with chili oil, a mound of minced garlic and some vegetables. Outside of those ingredients I thought it needed more flavor or substance. The beef rolls were ok to me as well. I liked how crispy the roll was and size. Good portions of sliced beef served with cilantro. It was refreshing but the meat was generally cold with some warmness provided by the roll. But that quickly faded. Would prefer it to be warmer. The highlight was the pot stickers. Beef and onion were good. Really enjoyed the presentation of the dish. The edges of the pot sticker were really thick. Almost chip like. I enjoyed it as much as the dish itself. Would get it again. Overall I thought the food was ok. I'm sure there are better highlight dishes than what I ordered but they weren't selected this go around. Also the prices are a little higher than most dumpling spots so I just expected more.

The value is definitely the main highlight, pricing is fair for AYCE and you get a decent variety of meats, veggies, and sides. For a casual hot pot night, it's hard to complain on cost alone. That said, there were a few things that made the experience a bit less smooth. Parking was a challenge since the plaza gets very busy, so it took a while to find a spot. Inside, the setup was also a little confusing at first the hot pot being built into the table takes some getting used to, and it made it slightly awkward to get the soup out comfortably while cooking. Food-wise, it was good, but the refill timing was inconsistent. A few items like meat and fruit ran out faster than expected, and we had to wait a while, sometimes close to 30 minutes for refills to come back out. Service was okay overall, just a bit slow during peak rush. Still, for the price point and AYCE format, it's a good deal. We got the premium option for hot pot dinner, all the meats came out at once already portioned for our group of 4. When the meats all come out at once, it's hard to know which is which. The only obvious distinguished proteins were the seafood, which is presented really nicely. I cant justify any of these dishes making me want to consume bowls upon bowls of rice. That's what spicy Szechuan and Hunan food is supposed to do....it should make you awaken your taste buds, with the power of their chilli peppers, Szechuan green & red peppercorns, and the umamis derived from MSG. Empty in a sense, I could DO BETTER at home mixing my own Szechuan Cold Noodles, with Home Made Chili Oil, Sesame Paste, Sugar. Chicken Bullion, Minced Garlic, Vinegar, and Cilantro.
