    Orange chicken plate 13.99$

I just moved around the area and was looking for a local Chinese restaurant for takeout. But decided to dine in. Service and ambience is very dull. Most Chinese restaurants offer combo plates. I asked to look at them on the menu and gentleman very bothered answered we don't do that here with no follow up information. Everything is ala cart. As for food, the food is decent. Overall for the price and meal portions and just overall feeling of the place, it just made it very unpleasant to enjoy . Would i come back regularly probably not. If it was my last minute resort maybe . I want to give 3 stars for grace for customer service.

I visited here today to try their lunch specials prices which range from $9.55-$9.95 and available from open until 4pm daily. The lunch specials includes fried or steamed rice, plain chow mein, and soup of the day. We decided to order 2 lunch specials to go: 1. L16- Mongolian Beef $9.95 - pretty tasty and good flavors 4.5/5 2. L15- Pepper Steak $9,95 - tender steak filet with green peppers and onions. 4.4/5 We purchased the food To go so it didn't come with soup. I like that they stir fry it in a wok when you order so it's fresh. You can see the chef cooking right there. Inside isn't that big but has ample seats if you opt to dine in. The employee who took our order was friendly and patient. I will definitely be back.

Good service, hostess packed our leftovers once we were done eating. Pretty big portion for the Orange Beef that I ordered.

Stopped by on Sunday, 06/23/24 for the first time. I was around the area and wanted to bring home Chinese Food; went on Yelp and found this place to try out. I ordered the following to go: - 1 #82: Taiwan Style Rice Noodle = $10.95 - 1 #84: Shrimp Fried Rice = $9.55 SUBTOTAL: $20.50 TAX = $1.59 TOTAL = $22.09 Wait time was minimal. It was empty when I arrived. Prices are insanely affordable! Meal wasn't too salty which I admired - will definitely add this to my favorites.

Here's the staple on part of the egg roll that I brought back to the store

Typically I don't post negative reviews and I haven't posted in a few years (good or bad), but this place crossed the line Be careful when you order the egg rolls. I bit into this and it stabbed my cheek. I went back to the restaurant. The workers there were pretty upset with me. They said that it didn't come from their location and nothing like that is ever used. They took the staple and wouldn't give it back. They were really rude and only offered to pay me back for the egg roll (not the meal). They gave me three dollars back. Be warned!!! Needless to say we will never return to this location.

Good food, fresh and made hot. Efficient service from staff. Clean restaurant. Better than other takeout restaurants

Big shot Chinese guy driving his BMW wearing a mask who parked too close to my vehicle

A lot of rude reviews and they all say it's because of bad customer service, not surprised. Some Asian guy who was wearing a mask who drives a White BMW series 5 parked so closed to my vehicle. So I waited for him to come out of the restaurant to call him out on it. He called me a liar and said he was there before me. I was in this restaurant before he got inside and when I parked my vehicle, no other vehicles were around me. I confronted him on video. He threatened me and told me the workers here said I'm not allowed at this restaurant. If that is true, oh well, I will just go to another Chinese food place. FYI: I'm an Asian male who is not East Asian or Chinese. The guy worker here is very cold and rude but I've noticed he is nicer to other customers besides myself. I've spent a lot of money here, these people are selfish and ungrateful. To the guy in the White BMW, you're a stupid driver who can't parked in the lines.

Chicken dumplings had a good filling to wrapper ratio, but the filling needed way more seasoning. It just tasted like wet, mushy stuff inside, and drowning the dumpling in chili oil barely helped. And the two fried dishes weren't flavorful either--they weren't dredged very well, so they just tasted like oil. This was especially disappointing for the scallion pancake, since it looked nice...but didn't taste of scallions at all. Overall, really disappointing. I might give it a try at a different location if the opportunity comes up, but with the menu being rather small, I'm not even sure it'd be worth the time.

There's lots of traffic so be weary of the cars that pass by and when we went there were tons of people. We walked in and they took our name and phone number and about a 40 min wait. This place can probably fit 40 people, it's so small. We tried a few items such as their beef roll, wonton with chili sauce, their seven grams xlb, , fried mini buns, noodle with scallion oil sauce, and potato string shrimp. Their seven grams xlb was disappointing, the broth and meat inside didn't have any flavor to it IMO. The mini buns were sweet and heavy, and we split one and didn't touch the rest. The noodle with scallion sauce was just okay...again, not much flavor. I didn't like the potato shrimp at all, too doughy and hard. The beef rolls were just okay to me, again kinda bland without dumping it in shoyu and vinegar). The best dish was their spicy wontons. It had a nice kick to it and we saved the sauce to dump everything else we ate in it lol.

I was greeted upon entering and the employee went over my order to make sure it was correct. I ordered the sweet and sour pork that came with egg drop soup, fried rice and some appetizers (shrimp, eggroll and a wonton). The pork was ok, and i didn't really like the sauce, it left an after taste. The soup was good and rice was good. I was already full, by the time I realized it was appetizers in the bag. I cant justify any of these dishes making me want to consume bowls upon bowls of rice. That's what spicy Szechuan and Hunan food is supposed to do....it should make you awaken your taste buds, with the power of their chilli peppers, Szechuan green & red peppercorns, and the umamis derived from MSG. Nope, I didn't crave the Lazi Chicken...nor the Hot Oil Beef Mix... Not the Cold Noodles, and I left with a $122 receipt in hand for 2 more takeout items on top of the 4 main dishes I've shared.....and I felt pretty empty. Empty in a sense, I could DO BETTER at home mixing my own Szechuan Cold Noodles, with Home Made Chili Oil, Sesame Paste, Sugar. Chicken Bullion, Minced Garlic, Vinegar, and Cilantro. I almost felt robbed here.....either every dish was lacking peppercorns and numbness, or it was missing Umami, Alot of it...so I leave anyone who wants to challenge my opinion otherwise and prove me wrong that the food here indeed belongs in a long list of top notch Szechuan Hunan Restaurants in Los Angeles. Even if this place opened up in Phoenix, I'm sorry, it's going to rank in the lower end of the bell curve. It was a hot day. I felt the service lady doesn't know how to tell "Customers Need Ice Water" and I had to vocally tell her ice and water please.
