This is the only Chinese food place I trusted, I found something black inside a piece of shrimp, almost like a black pimple, which was extremely off-putting. When I brought it to their attention, they said it's part of the teriyaki chicken I requested on the side, mind you: it was inside the shrimp's skin, they refused to give me a refund and only offered a new plate. I came here to pick up a DoorDash order and when I walked up to the counter, I could see the order sitting right by the register ready to be picked up. So I walked up to the register, respectful of the customer that was paying for her food. Its obvious that I'm most likely there to pick up an order or ask a question because I didn't get in the food line. Regardless of my patience, the lady at the register did not look my way at all, yet the customers looked at me. But the lady at the register avoided eye contact with me and when she gave the customer her receipt, she turned her back to me to help the next customer. That was extremely awkward. So I tried waving at her to get her attention, like I'm here for a pick up and the pick up is right in front of my face. She acted blind and moved on to the next customer AGAIN! The other older lady at the register ignored me as well, so I decided to just touch the order so I can see the receipt, as I have the name on my phone that I'm picking up for. That's when the older lady at the register suddenly acknowledged me like "oh are you picking up?" I said "yes, for [name of person]." Then she slowly looked at the receipt and said "okay this is for [name of person]." I'm reaching for the order like okay thanks. And she puts her hand over it and said "can you please confirm it for me." I happily showed her the whole process of me confirming it and then I said "thank you!" and grabbed the order and dipped out. Wow what a terrible experience with both of those ladies. How dare they so obviously ignore me like I wasn't even there! My question for the restaurant is, is your goal to satisfy customers or just control them? Dashers most definitely deserve respect because who's going to take YOUR food to the customer? Are you going to start your own delivery service? Because if you keep up these poor actions, you won't be having any dasher wanting to deal with your restaurant employees. read more

We had bugs in our food!! We had just brought home food from here for dinner and as soon as we took off the lid from the wonton soup, I noticed these little dead cockroach/baby spider looking bugs in the top part of the rim of the soup, we mixed it and looked closer and found more in the soup. I then checked my brocoli beef bowl and there was a bunch more in there mixed in the chow mein and in the brocoli. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Naturally I went back and requested my money back and said they shouldn't be feeding people food with bugs in it. They were NOT surprised at all, as a matter of fact, they seemed bothered that I had the nerve to take the food back by saying, "we've been serving this all day and nobody had complained!"
