This place has never been the same since it was acquired by new ownership. I tried it several times but the last order from me, was yesterday. The portions of their meals have gotten smaller. One of my deliveries was delivered to my home and food was taken out of my meal by the Delivery Driver. I ordered Pork Fried Rice, there was no pork, just Fried Rice , So I thought.. I called and spoke with the owner and she stated that someone will come by and pick up my order and give me a new one. Well upon placing it on my plate, again I seen No Pork. I called them and they stated there was pork in the meal.. My Gosh, if They call a piece of Pork that is only a shredded 8th inch of pork. That's not Right. Stopped for lunch the other day after getting in to town, picked this place based on reviews and i wasn't disappointed. Split krab rangoons that were awesome! The veggie lo mein was a good size portion with a fresh diverse choice of veggies. My dads general tsos chicken was crispy and flavorful. The woman working the desk was very friendly and a good face for the store. The only thing that wasn't good was a random person coming in selling watermelons that interrupted my meal. Will definitely go back and highly recommend to any one in the area looking for pick up or a quick meal. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Honestly first time writing a 1 star review. First time I've ever ordered from here. The food arrived looking fine but then when I took a closer look and a bite something was off. First not one but two of the food carries came with holes in them... not because the chicken was hot, but because something or someone literally put a whole in them. So right off the bat my food should have not been served in that ( poor cleanliness of their restaurant ). Two, is that the chicken came too hard and way over cooked. I mean we did order the Sweet and Sour chicken... way to burnt for that. If I had to compare this with the other takes out like this the food would be less than a 1, I couldn't even eat it! The rice was fine. Came hard, but edible. The egg roll was good, I don't think they make it in house regardless. Anyways I just have to say not worth spending 20$ here... first and now my last time getting food from here. On a good note the communication was great, and the overall time the food got here was quick. Also something didn't sit right with me ... delivery charge is $3. And my meal came out to 12.50 and I was told that it needs to be 15$.. for it to be delivered so i had to add more food?! Regardless it still was 15$. Stupid. Waste of money read more

Worst fast Chinese food I've ever had. My boyfriend wanted to eat from here because he's a regular and knows the owner. It was my first time and we ordered some orange chicken and beef lo mein for takeout. We arrived home and started eating, only to find a freaking cockroach in the orange chicken. I immediately gagged and threw away the food. It was the most disgusting experience I've ever had with food. My boyfriend called and the lady apologized and asked if we wanted one free meal. Uh, no thanks. I will NEVER eat from here ever again and my boyfriend won't either. The place is usually empty and the tables are always dirty. Ive been a regular. I usually dont have any problems with them. But i noticed lately they give you less food. I let it slide a couple of times because the food is usually good. But this time they did it to me again. They got stingy with proportions. I called them and told them what happened and the owner miss mei i believe her name is told me to come in and show her the small proportion of food. When i got there and showed her she got angry with me and started saying i touched the food in front of her. Literally the best Chinese food I've had since I moved to Central Florida 5 years ago!! The fried rice is actually fried, with soy sauce, not that nasty yellow rice other restaurants try to pass off as fried rice. I had the Bourbon Chicken lunch special, and the seasoning was delicious and cooked to perfect (moist, not chewy). I think they used a marinade but WOW it was delicious!! We order from them about once a month. They have changed owners since opening, but the food is consistently good. The portions are huge and I love that they deliver! We have only had one time with a long wait and they were apologetic. I tried this place out the fall of 2013 because it was on the way to a friend's house and the family was hungry. Oh my, what a delight to find some of the best pork fried rice I've ever had, friendly service, and excellent General Tso's Chicken. I visit this place regularly (they're just down the highway from us) and I absolutely love their Hot & Sour soup. In fact when I came down with Strep Throat I sent my husband down there for large orders of the soup often because it was delicious and was something I could eat and actually feel full afterwards. The staff is all very friendly. The food is consistently well prepared. They serve everything in to-go containers, but they give you such generous portions it actually saves you from asking for a box to go. Even their lunch specials are generously sized (I'll be having leftovers shortly). One of the best Chinese restaurants I've found in the area. My lone complaint is that they only do canned soda, but I've noticed that's a trend with Chinese restaurants in Central Florida. However the food and service is so good (and we do take out from them usually) I forgive this as we usually hit Wawa on the way home for drinks. read more

I called to place an order there, was placed immediately on hold for 5 min. and when someone finally answered she asked me for my phone number 3 different times, interrupting me each time. Then was quiet, so I proceeded to order and was interrupted again with her asking for me address, so I proceeded speaking slowly and clearly, and was rudely interrupted again with "let me shut you up for a second" and was asked 3 more times for my address being interrupted each time with the same phrase. Then I hung up on her. I've never been so rudely treated by someone in the service industry. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but telling someone to "shut up" was something my mother taught me was rude and something I should never say to people. I will not be doing business with a place that allows their employees to talk to their customers in such a disrespectful manner.
