I have been ordering here since I moved to Denville earlier this year and they are always very quick and friendly. They do online ordering on beyondmenu.com which is very quick and convenient. Lunch specials are a great deal! They also just delivered my food within 20 minutes of me placing my order online (granted, it's a Saturday afternoon) but I was quite surprised and pleased. Their food selection is great and quality is not *as* good as where I'm from (Flushing), but great for NJ and they prepare dishes how I like it. We did take out for Chinese New Year. The wonton egg drop soup was hot and delicious. there were two or three large wontons. The shrimp egg roll was what I would expect, not amazing, not horrible. Cold sesame noodles were a large portion, more than enough for two of us to share. Their fried dumplings were a little dough-y but again they were tasty. We enjoyed a tofu dish as well. For $40 for 2 of us, there were many leftovers so it was a good value in my opinion as well. We'd do take out again. read more

Very Disappointed!!!! I explain issue for mixed vegetables for 10.00 . it was all broccoli... and chicken and broccoli meal was 80 percent broccoli. barley any chicken . never going to order again bad customer service .. just say sorry . 60 dollars of food not worth 10 dollars . ..... horrible read more

This was by far the worst Chinese food I have ever had in 25 years. I'd eat just about anything, but couldn't eat more than a bite of each item. The wonton soup was mediocre. Pineapple pork fried rice was filled with curry and horrific. The pork-fried dumplings were a disaster as well. I took a single bite of each and made a yelp account. Absolutely disgusting. I came here when it first opened and noticed they don't use real chicken. It's like soggy and gross. So, i didn't come back. Recently i thought, well they've stayed in business maybe they got new management or made changes.. NOPE!!!! got chicken soup last week. the chicken is not even edible. I've never had soggy chicken. I DON'T know what it is but it's horrible. How anyone keeps coming here is beyond me. How they're still in business is baffling. GROSS just go by a protein bar from CVS..... read more

I stopped in for some food for the family for dinner. I asked for large sizes, so we could all share. When I got home, the had made small sizes. I called up, and explained what had happened. All he kept saying was "I only charged you for small size!" He had no concept that I had to reorder from another chinese restaurant, which was double the work. All he cared about was the money, not getting the order wrong. It wasn't worth trying to explain to someone what went wrong when all he cared about was money. Never going to go here again! read more

I love Chinese food. I've been searching for an amazing Chinese delivery restaurant in the area, and have yet to find one. This place, sadly, has to be the worst I tried so far. I ordered delivery, and it came relatively fast, but that was the only good thing. I got scallion pancakes and jumbo sesame shrimp. They were both pretty terrible. The scallion pancakes were very thick and hard. The dipping sauce was bad too. Extremely garlicky. The shrimp were just lightly breaded, which I was happy to see, but there was so much sauce and it was super watery. It didn't taste like any sesame shrimp I ever had. This is the only place that my mom likes for Chinese food. They are quick, their food is reasonably priced and quantities are good. My favorite thus far is eggplant with garlic sauce and vegetable lo mein. read more

We've gone to China Pavilion for years for quick, inexpensive Chinese food. Most of the food is just OK, but recently I tried the Mongolian Beef - It is absolutely the BEST I've ever had. Lots of onions and just the right amount of spice. This dish changes my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. read more

I really want to like this place but the food is inconsistent. Their fried rice & wonton soup is awful! Those are two staple items that have to be good when running a Chinese restaurant. Just horrible. I order shrimp fried rice with chicken wings. For 10.93 I got 2.5 chicken wings normally for the price 4 should be included it wasnt even good. Years ago this place use to have good food. They had real chicken in the chicken broccoli somewhere around 2012 that changed and i stop going. I should have stayed away. The food is inedible. Chicken did not taste nor looked like chicken. Fried rice was not authentic. This is my first review ever and I felt like I needed to write this. Just tasted the hot and sour soup... Not good. My bf said that the egg roll was the worst he's had. What a disappointment. read more
