In fact, they speak better English than may Chinese buffets I have been to. The buffet has many of the food options you expect to see on a buffet. Rice, fried rice, lo mein noodles, rice noodles, pepper steak, General Tso's chicken, honey chicken, green beans, egg rolls, sweet & sour chicken, etc., etc., etc..
