This was confusing because I had received a confirmation email, and the website clearly showed that my order was complete. I had also selected the option to pay at the store upon arrival. It seems that my food may have been given to someone else. To make matters worse, after this mistake, I was told I would need to wait another 40 minutes for my order to be prepared. When I said I would rather cancel the order, the employees simply stared at me as if I was the one at fault. What was most frustrating was that no one offered any solution, apology, discount, or attempt to make the situation right. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled showed a complete lack of customer service. I left extremely disappointed and frustrated.
