I love Rangoons but not from Panda but I'm trying. After tonight they've convinced me to stop wasting my money. I'm not sure how you can have such overcooked food that's still cold and soggy. They also just have no taste but I kept trying. No more after this. I'd be more understanding if I went at an off time but I spent 20 minutes waiting in a line to get my food because it was so busy. I've never been to a Panda Express and have heard good things about them from people in other areas. This location has some negative reviews so I wasn't sure if I should chance it. I was in Lima picking up dinner for my daughter and decided to try it. I really liked being able to order from the app. It worked great and was easy to navigate. There were several things I wanted to try so I ordered the big plate. I got chow mein, orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and super greens. I also ordered a side of fried rice and a large order of cream cheese wontons. I live about 40 minutes from the restaurant so I knew I wouldn't be eating it fresh. I ate the wontons in the car. I really liked that a large order is definitely a large order. And, for those who can't eat crab, it's nice that they're meat free. I enjoyed them! I paid extra for the premium honey walnut shrimp. It was good but I won't do it again. I paid extra for a tablespoon of food. Really? The chow mein, fried rice and orange chicken were delicious! I have enough food for a couple more meals. I ended up eating about two hours after picking it up and it was still delicious, even cold. I'll definitely be back! read more

i left with no food, embarrassed, and very upset..... Me (38yr old male) and my family (wife and 3 kids at home) was looking forward to Panda Express all week. Normally, I prefer to carry out so I can see what is available because many times there is a lack of variety, especially late. Long drive thru line but short line inside with most of the tables still open as well. Me and 2 other family tried to walk in but front door was locked. Tried knocking and got nothing but stares from faculty and customers through the glass door. Tried calling store but no answer. A guest walked out so I walked in while door was closing and got in line. I peacefully asked "did you know your front door is locked?" a man in a black shirt shouted "if you previously were not in line, you need to leave and go through the drive thru because we are short staffed". I've never been kicked out anywhere before and was so embarrassed with all the stares of patrons already in store. I left without making a scene. I understand being short staffed but would have no problem waiting, but not in my car wasting gas and idle engine time. I went to another local Chinese food establishment and was greeted with a smile and no locked door. Going to be a very long time before I have the nerve to go back to this Panda Express. With almost 3 hours left til closing, telling customers to leave should not and could not a good business model. read more

I love the fried rice and egg rolls. The egg rolls are crunchy and tender. The orange chicken is saucy and have some healthy options.

Terrible establishment. I wasted my money because I ordered an orange chicken plate with noodles but I only got noodles and they were cold, dry, and rubbery. I won't be coming back and this isn't the first time. read more

I got more rice than I could eat. The two portions of meat that I got were small. I made a comment about the portion size being on the skimpy side, he didn't say anything. I asked about extra orange sauce on the side, they won't give any. Egg rolls were over cooked to nearly burned. The guy serving me was nice enough but seemed to be clamoring about. Great portions, a nice variety to choose from, fresh food, and the ability to "try it before you buy it"! We tried the one in Findlay, loved it, decided to try Lima's and are quite content! I'm fairly certain that when ordering we spoke plain English, but upon receiving our family's order, I checked the receipt as it seemed too cheap. They had rung up one of the items in our order incorrectly and left off two orders of spring rolls, which is a total of 4 spring rolls. I know that mistakes happen which is forgivable. What upset me so much about this transaction is that one girl had come to the window and spoke to us, I thought, about fixing part of this. After waiting a few minutes, another girl came to the window and looked at me like I was an idiot for still being there. It became such a confusing, stupid interaction that we just left with part of our food, having made the decision to not go back. I'm not sure how it's possible to have zero clue what another employee you're working closely with is doing. Especially when they were not busy at the time. read more

Thought we would try out the new panda express. I give zero stars. I ordered 3 bowls, 3 egg rolls and 2 spring rolls and at $28 it was a waste of money. My beef and broccoli consisted of 2 slices of meat and 4 small pieces of broccoli the whole bowl was filled with rice. I asked the employee if this was how it was supposed to be and he says "yup". I went down the road to Mark Pai to order some real food. The food tastes old, not even good at all. It was dry with bad flavor. The other 2 bowls were the same as they did not have any toppings. It was more like a bowl of rice with a few pieces of meat and veggies. Egg rolls and spring rolls were ok but I would never order those again. You would be better off going to the gas station and grabbing a lottery ticket if you want to waste money. As you can see this picture is as shown and not as shown on the menu. For a fast food restaurant that hasn't even been here for a year, this place was very lazy. We walked through the door, and even though we were greeted immediately, we hadn't been asked what we wanted to order at least 5 minutes afterward. And it's not like they were busy, we were the only ones in line and there were only about 3 tables that were occupied. To top it all off, they were out of a majority of their entrees, and the 'cooks', if that's what you even want to call them, were just standing around, chatting. When it 1st opened portions were bigger & it tasted really good. The last 4 times we went, chow mein is so dry. Chicken fried rice is bland, smaller amounts of meat in Entrees. I was so excited that we finally had a panda Express, but it won't last much longer if something isn't done. Also, I ordered a family feast like usual & they forgot 1 of my Entrees & a side also took 27 mins to get it out to me when I was told 8 mins. A other night, they had an therefore closing and when I ordered they acted as if they were out & didn't want to make more just for me. Mind you there was 6 cars behind me. Laziness. I absolutely loved Panda Express when they opened! I usually get the bigger plate because I can get 2 meals out of it. These last two times I've went, I have been super disappointed. Portions seemed to have gotten smaller and quality isn't that great. Eggrolls are always burnt and taste like eggrolls from a frozen isle. I got a kids meal for my son with more cabbage than noodles in it which was disappointing for him lol. Maybe I'll try it in a few months when they cycle through people. read more

Gave me and my fiancé food poisoning. I've heard that isn't wasn't good and the service was terrible but I love Panda Express so I figured I would give it the benefit of the doubt... ended up getting food poisoning and puking my guts out within 6 hours of eatting there. Nothing like waiting in line 30 minutes for cold food that leaves you hungry and wanting to go somewhere else for a ridiculous price.

Food is good, different portions every time you go. One time had to ask for more, put all veggies on top and like 3 pieces of meat, it was a premium entree as they call it, no way I was paying an extra $1.25 for that. Most of time arrive is good, you can tell they still get overwhelmed when more than a few people in line. Seems like they got rid of most of the people that helped them open the store. Managers do not seem to be from here, so that's worrisome they didn't hire local. It is pricey though, for two people just getting 1 entree and 1 side and drinks, almost $20, so more than local fast food and even more that like Applebee's and others who offer whole meals and desserts for two for $20. Was really good when they first opened up! The past month has been horrible the friendliness or employees is awful! The quality of the food has gotten so bad. Hearing employee yelling at another very upset employee is not something you want to see while having lunch. read more
