I ordered shrimp fried rice, crab rangoons, and a shrimp egg roll... Everything was spectacular!! This is my new favorite restaurant

The China man in from won't give u a receipt even if u asked. They closed at 9pm but closed doors at 8:30pm, won't wait 1 minute for a customer. He says he's got 20 restaurants, so he's super rich. The food is ok to good but the management is not worth the hassle. Few reasons I feel this way. 1, if you're hungry and the establishment says they closed at 10pm. They do not actually closed at 10pm. Why? They actually shut kitchen down at 9:30pm. Technically it closes at 9:30. If they say they're open till 9:30pm. Means last u can place an order is 9pm, no exceptions. Management has nice people to be the face of stores so they can actually treat u how ever way they want. The front counter girls are the escape goat or should I say good cop. 2, twice I've asked for a paper receipt and management refuses one for me. Not only refuses it, he's pretty cocky and arrogant about it. I kindly asked, how come? He just brushed me off in a condescending way as usual. In front of his good cop, she was a very sweet African American young lady. I asked her again in a nice way again for the 3rd time, she never got to respond. The management person keep insisting on they don't do that. There's a receipt on the purchase online. I'm thinking why would that have anything to do with the fact that I wanted a piece of paper as record. Now being tired of the rejection I just left. If it's not a tax issue then it must be a paper saving issue. Didn't know customer service goes only 1 direction. Idk if the manager or the owner this guy was but it doesn't really matter. He was very confrontational again for the 5th towards me and people doesn't know that racism exists among us Asians. He's from mainland China I presumed, I'm an immigrant from Laos/thailand since the late 70's. The man is approximately 40ish give or take. Thinking to myself, If there should be any kind of protest?s? It should definitely be this location. Someone needs to be humbled bad. Can't accept the lame excuses of (Hey they have a family) who doesn't? Perhaps learn customer service if you're striving for success? We all go trials and tribulations to get here. Not just Chinese, being unkind just reminds me of how grateful many can be. If anything avoid if u can unless you're extremely hungry and must eat like yours truly, just don't be 1 second late. First off let me start by saying I've been coming to this restaurant since working on the same side of town (almost a year) never had any problems but today it was a different story. I came in with a few of my coworkers as we were getting our order I asked for a receipt. As I was fixing my sweet tea, I noticed it was not an itemized receipt. I asked the lady at the counter could I get an itemized receipt instead. I didn't come at her wrong what so ever. The owner who was sitting down on his laptop chimed in very aggressively saying well that's not what you asked for. You should've asked for that first. In response I say is it a problem it should be a small fix. He goes on and on talking loud and aggressive and proceeds to call me out my name over 5 times. I told him he never has to worry about me coming to his establishment ever again. He said he didn't care and for me to get the fuck out! Excuse my French. This and the Egg Roll Chen are the two best Chinese restaurants in town. Before I retired I ate lunch at the buffet at least once a week. I still get by and order the Mongolian Chicken as it was my favorite on the buffet. Great food, good prices and friendly service. read more

Tried this for the first time this weekend because everyone on a local food group was recommending. I ordered the food, hubby picked it up. We had crab Rangoon, egg rolls, vegetable lo mein and sesame chicken. Ordering was easy, not a long wait, hubs said restaurant was clean and people friendly. Food tasted fresh and not oily like other takeout restaurants. Good portions! Enough for lunch the next day for 2 people. We will be back! read more

As a Chinese and former Southern Californian, this restaurant failed to bring Chinese signature flavor to the area but classic salty and oily food known to give bad names to Chinese food. I have been there several times. None of these dishes impressed me but shocking how disgusting they were. Some of those dishes were known to be stirred fried but they deep fried them. The food is not presented in a way from what I know them they were from my experience at a legit Chinese Restaurant in Southern California and/or even in China. We ordered our usual tonight and brought it home and it was the wrong meal. It was supposed to be sweet and sour chicken and it was sesame chicken. Didn't think it was going to be a big deal, the food hadn't been opened since I knew right away it was wrong. I could have easily of brought the food back. I wasn't trying to get two meals for the price of one or anything. Unfortunately they said there was nothing that could have been done. I found this little hole in the wall family owned buffet the other day! I'm so glad I did. It's hard to find a decent Chinese buffet these days. This hidden gem has the BEST Chinese food. I've eaten there in person several times, but since Covid I've never only had them via delivery. Every time our food is so fresh and super neatly packed. We usually do a combination menu option that comes with a meat, rice, and egg roll. Everything we've had ( which is usually some type of chicken) has been top notch. The real MVP are those crab Rangoon. Definitely some of the best I've had. I also like that they will let you sub a spring roll, or a few other options for your egg roll! China wok 2 my review on it isn't about their food because it is good in my perspective. My complaint is about china wok 2 stealing and terrible customer service. They can't be trusted. I've been a faithful customer for years. So the other week I ordered close to the usual order for my family. I ordered lemon pepper wings and a small order of beef lo mein and 2 egg rolls plus an order of crab Rangoon. My wife ordered a combination of lo main and fried rice with spring roll. My son got house special mai fun noodles. When I picked up the order it had everything I had ordered accept the crab Rangoon but it had the red sauce that comes with it. When I got home I realized that it was missing crab Rangoon. My wife called and told them it was missing and they said that they would just give us a credit on our next order. A few days later I order some lemon pepper wings and told them about the crab Rangoon. The owner told my wife he didn't believe her and wasn't going to live up to his word. So basically he's calling her a liar. I have never written a review in my life and it probably won't do any good but it's the principle of the matter. I just hope people will check their orders and don't take the word of the man who said he owns the place because they wouldn't own up to what they did . This is what's wrong in this world. All he had to do was live up to his word for the price of crab Rangoon 7.95. I know I have spent a lot more money close to 40 or 50 dollars an order. Hopefully,if one person listens to this review and decides they don't want this to happen to them find another restaurant to go to. read more
