The best chicken wings, but as for the other foods I have tried, there is no consistency in preparation. The hot and sour soup has nothing in it but a few mushrooms, a 1/4 inch strand of tofu, and a hint of veggies . It's pretty disappointing . The vegetable tofu soup was basically tasteless water with some veggies and tofu. The egg foo young has the most horrible blackish brown sauce. I actually added my own flour and water to it at home , and recooked it. Sad . They need a new cook. read more

Ordered a wonton soup, boneless spare rib appetizer, and a small order of hunan chicken. The soup was very salty and hot with pepper, the wontons themselves had an odd chemical-like taste, the spare ribs were soft, very mushy and bright orange like orange juice, and the hunan chicken was tasteless. It all went into the trash. On top of all of this, the small space the store has for the customer area was run down, worn out, and dirty. Two young boys handled my order by speaking chinese to each other and then ripping open my bag. An adult came forward and yelled at them in Chinese, not even acknowledging me. Live and learn... Not my usual place, but I stopped in because I was in the area. Standard quality takeout. Food was good, hot and fresh, and the order was correct. Not bad at all, but not great. The place is clean and the service is friendly. What gets me with any takeout place is that when I order a "Hot & Spicy" dish, and then repeatedly ask them to make it very, very, extra spicy, I really mean it. Most just smile, nod, and ignore your request, as this place did. My usual place gives me a little tub of hot chili oil that I can add myself, and that's okay. This place isn't bad at all, though. Great food for a quick bite. The lunch specials are fantastic. For $7 you get a large amount of food plus a small soup of your choice. The sesame chicken lunch special with wonton soup is my go to. Would've given 5 stars however the sweet and sour chicken is generally over breaded and doesn't contain enough meat. The rest of the food is very good. read more

Friendly staff, but inedible food. Not sure how this place gets a 4.6 rating on Yelp. Ordered 3 items; garlic in broccoli sauce that was tasteless and the garlic sauce was lumpy & coagulated, large vegetable fried rice which was bland and had zero taste, sweet & sour shrimp that were disgusting because they were heavily battered with a flour coating. They gave 8 shrimp which appeared to be the size of large onion rings. The last 4, I peeled off all of the flour coating, only to find miniature shrimp that were butterflied and most likely dipped in flour 4 to 5 times. I don't ever complain to the restaurant, instead I just don't go back. However, I wanted to let other area people know about the food, so you don't make a $30.44 or more mistake. Last thing, which annoyed me, I asked for brown rice instead of white rice. For the vegetable fried rice, they actually charged me $1 extra. I thought it was a little crazy, considering rice is rice, regardless of color. It's not like I asked for risotto or something more exotic in the rice family. Not recommended!!! read more
