Asked for a full tray of orange chicken and was given a wimpy combo with exceptionally small portions . Further asked for a large bag of crab Rangoon and to my surprise was given 4 or 5 pieces , very disappointed with service .. to add they only filled the red sauce about1/4 full could see the bottom on the container with lack of sauce . Back in the day, I would give this place 4-5 stars.......but for awhile now it hasn't been that great. It seems like the staff is different every time we order from there. The food is either wrong or lacking in quality. I order fried dumplings ALL the time. I usually don't have to say pork but I guess I should have. There was nothing but a pc of cabbage in them . The egg rolls have been horrible for quite sometime. Used to have cabbage and pieces of pork in them...now looks like a gray colored roll of mush on the inside. The combos are either over seasoned or don't have enough. I'm hoping they could get back to what it once was or I'll be going elsewhere. I can't recommend this family-owned gem enough! The pepper steak lunch combo is my go-to--perfectly portioned and incredibly affordable. I love adding their house-made hot chili oil to really elevate the flavors. The best part is the fast service--I always get my food in 5-10 minutes, making it perfect for my lunch breaks. The staff here are also wonderful--very friendly and attentive. As a regular, they always remember my order or suggest something similar to what I've had before if I want to try something new. I've been coming here 1-2 times a week, and I've never had a bad meal. The family that runs this place is the rudest group of people i have ever done business with. No manners, no kindness. You walked in and are never greeted, only spoken at! The food is sub-par. The cookies are sometimes stale. If you have another option, even if it is a few mins longer to get there, I highly recommend you skip this particular chinese take out. NOT WORTH IT on any level. This is quite probably the worst food I have ever seen. Tasteless rice, scallops??? that can be stacked like poker chips and egg rolls more suited to a drive in theater. The only edible portion was the chicken, that was what was expected I would give this location a lower rating if possible. read more

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. The taste definitely seems a notch above the others that I have tried plus they are extra accommodating. I normally bet the Singapore noodle (very good), Kung Pao Shrimp (with $2 extra shrimp, the shrimp are a good size), sweet and sour chicken, chicken in black bean sauce or General Tsos and all have been good. They also do good lunch specials. Well worth checking out if you are looking for a good Chinese in the area. read more

The cook (wasn't wearing a mask) used his bare hands to grab the pile of noodles and place it on the stove. Then continued to hold the cooking utensils, touch his shirt, touch the food some more. The woman in the front taking people's order is rude. Has a very demanding look on her face the whole time. I watched her touch her mask, pick up the phone, take someone's receipt, then head to the back to cook without washing her hands. read more

I went today to pick up a light lunch. Egg drop soup and vegetable chop suey. The place was a mess food left out on the counter, shrimp,pork,, and something I did not recognize. Nothing iced to keep cold.The cooks and helpers did not wear hairnets, aprons, or gloves. Palace that breeds cross contamination, and, food born illness. No temps, are used. Also wrapped raw food Ina used grocery bag. I will never order from there again. Sanitation should be their number one concern. The help look unclean. The doorways open no screen to keep insects out. Sorry folks I was a restaurant manager and this is not up to code. I am reporting them to the health department of Hernando County. read more

Definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area. The food was delicious and came out very fast, under 10 minutes. My mom and I got the Vegetable Lo Mein, Chicken Fried Rice, and an egg roll, all of which were great! Service was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for some good, local takeout. read more

Outstanding New York Style Chinese food. Everything is great and I highly recommend the teriyaki beef sticks.
