Today I called for 40 minutes to place an order at 4:30pm and no one was answering the phone. So I decided to walk three blocks there and see if they were closed or not. They were open so I walked in and there was a young teenager behind the counter. I asked if the phones were working and she said yes, I said I was calling for 40 minutes to place an order and she shrugged her shoulders and said the phone was ringing to much so I took a break from answering it. I said it's dinner time, that's crazy. She just shrugged her shoulders. And today there was only one cook preparing the orders. This place has taken a nosedive these days. My spouse ordered from this restaurant on door dash. We got fried chicken wings with pork fried rice, not great chicken was fried until dried out. Spare ribs were also really dried and hard to chew it was like jerky. The worst was the egg foo young, the gravy was soo salty it was inedible The texture was not gravy like, it was flavorless and actually ruined the entire dish. I've had thin and thick noodles from chinese restaurants in 4 different states and 3 different countries and I have never had noodles so plain. Great, stereotypical Chinese take out spot. They have all the cult classics (chicken with broccoli, egg rolls, spare ribs, won ton soup) down to an exact science. They don't know the definition of customer service. They are extremely rude and distasteful. They messed up an order and instead of making it right they had me return the whole order after waiting an hour to pick the food back up. I have to wait 3 days for a refund. Also I don't know if they are using the food that I returned since it was a full order I couldn't imagine they would be wasting it. read more

I have been their customer for a very long time and loved this place. I have placed lunch order recently and what a disappointment that was. Tso's chicken portion contained more rice than chicken and pork fried rice was dry and tasteless. House chow fun (my favorite ever) mostly had flat noodles and some pieces of "house" add ons (2 baby shrimp overcooked, few pieces of very dry pork meat and some veggies ). Been in the area for over 20 years so you kind of get a feel for the food around here, especially Chinese food. We've had the best, we've had the worst, and everything in between. I won't mention which used to be our go to place because they went downhill and I would rather concentrate on the positives. This place has excellent food and excellent speedy delivery. I don't think we have disliked anything that we've ordered from here. They are also on all the online ordering service is like seamless and GrubHub and eat 24.
