This is a buffet style restaurant, even though you can order your own gf pizza, but we ordered it for the Buffett and they bring it to you to get as many pieces as you want before they put it on the buffet for others to eat. Yesterday, their Penn Play Wallet app glitched and loaded someone else's funds into my account without my knowledge. Instead of handling their own technical error professionally, slot attendants marched me to the cage like a criminal. ​They confiscated my ID and my phone for over 30 minutes to pull the money back, leaving me stranded and humiliated in front of other guests. To make matters worse, security then stepped in and banned me from the property. ​Casinos love to hide behind the rule that "malfunction voids all pays and plays" when it benefits them, but when their app malfunctions, they blame the player. Treating a loyal, high-spending guest like a thief because of a bug in their own software is disgusting. I spent a massive amount of money with them for years, and this is how they treat people.
