To start, the food is GREAT. I mean usually Chinese joints here in FL are pretty mid honestly. HOWEVER; this particular place, you'll definitely catch me coming back to. The food was high quality. My two go-to's every time being the pork fried rice and fried chicken wings. (Yes I said wings, they're unmatched) The staff was friendly and straight to the point. They seem to make an effort to get things right and make sure the food is hot and ready. We've been coming here for years and I can say this is one of my favorite Chinese spots in town. Some of our favorite dishes are the honey chicken wings, sesame chicken, fried chicken wings and the regular honey chicken. The pork fried rice is great. They recently changed their duck sauce and I don't like it as much but the service is fast and they make the pick up process smooth and seamless. read more

In Clermont this is our go to Chinese place after trying most in Clermont. They don't deliver but it's a small place where you order and take your meal to go, so not much thought on the ambiance of the place other than fast and efficient. We call our order in and pick it up, it is always right. We get egg rolls and crab ragoons every time. I get one of the combination meals with garlic chicken usually served with fried rice. My boyfriend always gets the large fried rice. Recently hes been ordering a side of sweet and sour shrimp on the side. This last time we also added orange chicken too, which we enjoyed. read more

The only fast food Chinese place I will go to in Clermont/Groveland area. I commonly stick to the fried chicken wings and cheese Rangoon but I can honestly say their bourbon chicken and Fried rice makes the rotation sometimes. Definitely 10/10. read more

I have ordered three times from this place since 2022. We kept returning because of the flavors and freshness. I do think the younger male is rude and condescending when he takes your order and charges you. Not friendly at all. Although, this last Saturday when I arrived to pick up our order the front door was wide open and the inside was extremely hot. No AC on and I'm sure it was over 100 degrees in there. When we opened the white rice box and poured half of it onto a plate at home- there was a cockroach leg sitting inside on the remaining rice. Absolutely disgusting! I do not recommend this place. It's obviously dirty and they welcome insects by leaving the door wide open. The left side of the restaurant is blocked off by a ton of stock that is unorganized and is plain junky inside. Glad I ignored the bad reviews on the lo mein and gave it a shot. Damn good lo mein. Noodles are good, beef is great actually. Better beef than I usually get at to-go's. Huuuge portion for $12. There are so many quick Chinese restaurants scattered all around Winter Garden and Clermont. It is difficult to find a restaurant that is consistently good. Most are good some of the time. This restaurant is different and has always delivered a good product served hot and fresh. We ordered from Chinese To Go on four occasions. All four times we got exactly what we ordered and were not disappointed. Part of the reason for this may be because they have no problem saying that they are not making something off of their menu on a any given night. On my last telephone order I was told "no" for moo sho pork and "no" for egg foo young. No reason is given just a resounding "no." Admittedly....The directness humors me. I had really high hopes, but unfortunately did not meet expectations. Ordered the kung pao chicken lunch special, fried rice and an egg roll. The egg roll was the best part of the meal. Kung pao chicken is supposed to be spicy, right? There was absolutely no spice to this meal, none. The fried rice, not quite. Looked more like brown rice with a single pea. Ok, so I haven't had Chinese food for over four years. So, we decided to try this place. Well, I got the bourbon chicken and it was not good. The chicken was over cooked. Making it hard on the edges and tough to chew. I will try again maybe in another four years. Service is not that great either. Just not very good. The orange chicken consisted of tiny pieces of heavily breaded chicken and were fairly hard and tough to eat. The lo mein was flavorless. I ordered by walking into the restaurant and they have a legitimate fortress of plexiglass separating you from the staff. Problem is, you have to duck your head around to even see them and make sure you know what they're saying because of the set up. read more
